Best service ever. They are amazing. My friend works there at night time. Them charging over price is normal. All gas stations have done that. I have worked at gas stations in my past. And the pumps not working is normal. At lease you guys don’t have to experience of the hose coming off.

The pumps dont work properly. Put my card in, got confirmation to start filling up, and the pump never started. I spent 2-3 mins playing around and couldnt get gas.This isnt the first time Ive had issues with the pumps here. One time I had finished fueling, let go of the trigger, removed it from my vehicle and it spit gas all over the place. Told the attendant inside and they gave me a blank stare.The corner this is located on is a bad intersection as is, so its easy to avoid going here.

Employee wasnt wearing his mask correctly. He even took it off to pick something out of his teeth while I was paying/entering my pin

Really rude lady working midday - got mad at me for the credit card machine being broken. Blamed it on my cards chip. Didnt apologize for the issue, even though she was very unclear in her explanation of why the machine wasnt working. Didnt offer a receip. Also allowed her friend to leave without paying for merchandise. Store has a decent selection and is in a good location. Needs to hire less rude people to work, though.

A new girl Sarah, had no coffee ready, didn’t apologize, and was extremely brisk. There is a right way and a wrong way to get things done and she chose the wrong way. Next time she could at least attempt to be friendly with customers.

Somethings going on in this place, I just went in to fill up my tank and the place reaked of either meth or spice. I know these smells first hand, definitely not how to run a business...Just glad they finally managed to hire someone new but dont think its going to last lol. The employees that have been working there already are great though I think they should actually be paid more but its a franchise location and the lady that owns it aint all that great

This one of my favorite 7-11 locations very friendly and always clean and has gas.

Not a bad gas station, but nothing stand-out, either. Gas tends to be higher than other places in the area. Large convenience store, though, so good selection in that category. Employees can be hit or miss.

Not easy to see or get to from Hover. The gas pumps worked for me, and the cotton candy slurpee was 👌!!! The cashiers were less than friendly, and I felt like I was bothering them to pay for my slurpee. The window squeegees have shorter handles than the ones at the Conoco down the road, but the rubber is more pliable and requires less force to effectively dry the window. Overall, got the job done. I hope there is more effective training and staffing done here in the future.

Never has a problem and the lines are very short.

I absolutely regret going here. I have only been twice and it was an annoying experience both times. Both times my cards wouldnt work at the pump and I have to go in and wait in line to pay at the counter which is a pain when Im running late for work. Bad customer service with both gentlemen Ive talked to as well.
