Dr Kim did a very thorough exam. She really understood causes for my dry eyes. I will go back to see her again. She is focused on her patients conditions, will discuss them at length, give great advice and direction, and again is very thorough. A really good experience!

I chose this vision center specifically because my research indicated that they were one of the only vision centers in the Longmont area to accept Medicare assignment for eyeglasses covered by Medicare after my recent cataract surgeries. Although, I am very well pleased with my glasses, I have given up trying to seek the Medicare and supplemental reimbursements to which I am entitled because of Walmarts failure to process the necessary Medicare claim completely and in a timely manner. The claim they submitted to Medicare was denied because required documentation was not attached to the claim - documentation which I had provided and which, in fact, the local vision center submitted to the Walmart central claims office. My efforts through Walmart Customer Care to resolve this issue have been futile. The Vision Centers Medicare Claims office refuses to provide any problem resolution communication avenue so claimants can seek mitigation of problems with claims. The local Vision Center manager and optician have done their best to assist me, but they have had no success trying to work with Walmart Corporate in getting this matter resolved.

Dr. Kim was AMAZING! Had me in the next day and was the most honest exam Ive had in years. Didnt feel like she only wanted my money.. was even running the place alone that day, and it didnt compromise my experience at all.

I had an eye exam earlier this week with Dr. Kim. She was absolutely wonderful! I’ve had glasses all my life and have seen different people over the years; I would say my visit with Dr. Kim was the best by far. She has excellent bedside manners. I was relaxed being around her the whole time, it’s very important to me to have that kind of relationship with my doctor. I’m definitely going back next year for my next eye exam.

Today I stopped by for a quote for Transition lenses and I was assisted by Samantha the Eye Center Manager. Samantha was absolutely awesome and amazing and she was so very polite and friendly. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give Samantha a 150 because of her fabulous customer service skills! She even adjusted my current eyeglasses to properly fit my face!

From exam to glasses/contacts -excellent!
