I go to a lot of coffee shops to work, do meetings, and enjoy coffee of course. This coffee shop is by far one the best. Atmosphere is wonderful. Music isnt too loud but perfect for background noise. Wifi is good. Extremely friendly service. And the coffee is GREAT. They use as much local and fresh ingredients as possible and you can tell they really care about their customers experience. I cannot say anything negative about this place. I highly recommend.

I’ve known Rob since his days in Prospect and remain a loyal customer. The coffee is fabulous and Rob is a lovely person. How fun to go to a place where you know you will be treated with kindness Every Time!! Thanks to Rob and the whole crew.

If Cheers was a coffee house, it would be called Ques.First, the atmosphere is great. The way the interior is loosely separated into three areas makes it so that those of us who are doing some work have ample room to concentrate while those who are here for more conversation with friends. Its also well worth mentioning that there is a great patio in front of the shop which always has a water bowl out for the pups.The coffee (my drink of choice being a 20 oz. sugar-free vanilla latte) is delish and if ever you feel the need to hyper-customize something or are looking for a particular recommendation, Rob (the owner) and his crew are on it.Theres a reason why Ive been coming to Ques often over the past several years and thats because its not a large, loud chain shop where caring only seems to extend until your drink is in your hand. Highly, HIGHLY recommend.

Great coffee and pastries, burritos etc. But when Governor Polis issues a mask mandate for indoors, this business decided not to comply. On Sept. 8, owner and staff are not masked, and at least half the incoming patrons did not wear them either. Even though I am vaccinated, I expect businesses to comply and request masks indoors.

I enjoy this coffee shop immensely. The staff is very friendly and theyre very helpful in deciding on what type of coffee beans you will like.The coffee could be construed as too hot, but Ill let you in on an industry secret. Drip coffee is the most common to go beverage and it gets brewed super hot so that it stays warm longer since its in an uninsulated paper cup. Some reviewers have voiced concern about coffee temp here, dont be, theyre doing you a favorThe interior is softly colored and clean. Most importantly, the bathroom is immaculate. Clean bathrooms indicate the cleanliness of the brewing/prep area. Your food and drink is being made by clean hands, and thats something that is very worth singing praises for.Get coffee here, youll like it!

Great local coffee shop. They have a few very yummy gluten free bakery items from Spruce Confections. They do close very early, especially on weekends (2pm). I really wish they would stay open later... maybe 6 or so. It is a great study spot and never loud.

Despite social distancing Ques has managed to maintain a relaxed and friendly coffee shop atmosphere and continues to offer a great range of coffees, fresh pastries and excellent burritos, as well as being one of the few decent locally run coffee shops. Strongly recommended, particularly the fresh danishes if you happen to come by in the morning.

I got a bacon burrito from this place and it was one of the weakest burritos Ive ever had. There was literally NO bacon in it at all. If I order a bacon burrito, I actually want to see and taste BACON. Not just potatoes and eggs. WEAK. Especially when they are NOT cheap.

The Coffee is good and Employees are nice. But ownership seems to have no idea how to run a business. The coffee shop on the FRCC Boulder Campus has not had a working Debit/Credit machine for months. Personally I have no idea how its still operating.Its a major inconvenience and not only is it unfair to customers (because who carries cash in 2019), but also to employees who rely on tips. Also assuming this has probably hurt business overall.Just makes no sense.

I grabbed my home delivered Times Call and went to Ques in my powerchair this A.M. As I cruised in, I noticed the sign of the paper display in the entrance said Newspapers for SALE. I spent some $6 at the counter, and at the table, pulled my paper out from the bag behind my chair. I was careful to leave the papers orange wrapping on the table so I wouldnt be accused of taking a paper--but no dice.The owner came over and said, Good morning. Is that OUR newspaper? I was really in NO MOOD as it WAS, much less to be accused of THEFT, and told her NO! Its MINE--and showed her the orange wrapping. She said, OK, and took the wrappingwith her. I no longer wanted coffee at this shop, so I took off, leaving my paper on the table for someone else. IM not greedy! (Some advice: perhaps this business should consider putting the paper display further in the store, to avoid accusing customers of stealing???).

The atmosphere of the place is a bit average, but thats fine. They have art you can buy off the walls, if thats something youre interested in. The music isnt too loud and there are plenty of seats.The person behind the counter was very friendly and seemed to do a lot of cleaning and prep in her down time. There were no messes or overflowing trash bins at all.The coffee itself was really nothing special. It wasnt bad by any means, it was just alright, really. I think there are better options in town, but this place is decent.

Im confused about other reviews on here. Staff is nice and that is grate. Coffee seem oddly priced. Think the coffee is brewed too hot and has had a odd flavor almost every time. The feel of the place is nice.

My favorite coffee shop in Longmont. Dragonfly produces some of the best coffee in the country, and Ques does not disappoint with their selection. Try the coffee of the month for a delicious feature blend at a great price. Great Americanos and cappuccinos as well. Service is excellent.
