I hate to do this. I have waited at least 8 months to see if it got better. I have my own business across from this location. The staff is always so kind and I love Floyd, he is the best at customer service!!5 stars for the staff. Exception, the manager. She doesnt take any sort of critiquing of any kind. THEY NEVER GET THE DRINKS RIGHT> I always ask for extra shots. The drinks are lacking coffee flavor no matter how many shots you order. I dont want a $7.00 milk shake. I am officially boycotting this location sadly... I cant continue to be sold milk in leiu of coffee. Big BUMMER!!!!!! There is arecipe for these drinks. Its not that hard.

Out of all the Starbucks in Longmont (North Main) this one deserves a 5 Star. As of the past year they have been the kindest and personable staff I have ever net in a Starbucks. The coffee also tastes better than most of their stores. Keep it up, train people with the same care.

I spend a good amount at Starbucks. I practically go everyday. Especial at this establishment.It’s right across my daughters daycare. Today I went in ordered my usual. Triple expresso with sweet dream and caramel drizzle.I asked for just a little bit of extra sweet cream and the lady who wasn’t even at the window rudely told me that next time they would charge me a latte. My drink is normally 4.55 and today I went to check my receipt it was 7 dollars and some change.... that was ridiculous and especially the way the staff treated me was totally uncalled for.They didn’t tell me what my total was, and I called to talk to a manager. She was extremely nice, but I don’t think I will be going there anymore. I don’t like it when I’m told I will be billed a certain amount and then turn around and be billed a much higher amount

Very uncomfortable place to visit and bathrooms are always dirty. It’s nice that you let the homeless people use your restrooms but at least clean up after them.I only met one employee that was genuinely nice. The other employees were so focused on orders they forgot their customer service skills.Definitely not my favorite Starbucks.17th and Pace in Longmont is the best place to go. You always walk in there and everyone makes you feel at home.

A really great and caring Starbucks. These employees work very hard and every time I come they still take the time to talk with me. It has proven to be the only location in Longmont that can successfully get my order correct and with little to no wait time. I highly recommend this be your stop for all coffee needs!

Horrible. Staff is treated poorly by customers, management, and even other staff. I have a family member who works here. A hard worker, works more hours than is scheduled for, always extends her hours when help is needed, but is yelled at more than being appreciated! Clearly they don’t understand that they need to take care of their employees FIRST. I was also seriously surprised when I found out that employees get paid minimum wage. MINIMUM WAGE? For all the work they do for a $5 cup of coffee and dealing with the attitudes of entitled customers? Absolutely ridiculous. I don’t recommend people to work here for that little money and poor treatment. I will continue spending my money elsewhere and suggest others do so as well.

Really disappointed with the treatment I received today. I went to the store on 17 & Hover in Longmont, CO at 8:55 pm today, 9/7/2020. Before heading there I looked up the store hours and it said they closed at 10:00 pm. I went to the drive thru and no one would answer so I drove to the window and saw someone inside but they never came to the window. I parked and got out and waived hoping she would come to the door to explain why all the lights were on including the menu in the drive thru, the door locked, and why she was not attending the drive thru? To my surprise she saw me and turned around and went back inside, complete ignoring me. I waited and she peeked her head 3 times to see if I was still there. I could see she still had her headset on and was talking on the phone. I dialed the store number and a recording stated the number you are calling is busy, probably because she was on the phone. I would like clarification as to why your employee is ignoring customers and being rude. She seemed to be all alone, I suggest for this employee to be dismiss. Unpleasant situation and customer service.

I always order the Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch, with extra,extra, caramel and extra,extra, crunch. For the most part they put extra, but I would give A 5 Star rating if they made my caramel ribbon crunch the way that I ask. So when I go thru the drive thru and I ask for double or triple EXTRA Caramel & Crunch, I would expect for my order to be exactly the way that I ask. Thank you Starbucks

Ordered a carmel frap with extra Carmel and a a little chocolate one for my son. We were the only one in the line. Legit the only ones. We waited for almost 30 min. I was told sorry and they lost track around 15 min of waiting then when I received my drink 15 min after that it was even extra Carmel. I told the girl at the window and she said. Ummm yeaaahhhh I cant take that back. I was like maaann I just sat here this long for you to give me the wrong drink and she said happy holidays! Like a dismissal super rude not willing to fix their mistakes. Dont recommend this location

Very frustrating thing happened at this location tonight. For whatever reason the staff decided to close early, but the menu and lights inside were all on so of course when I waited at the drive thru to get a drink before heading to work - nobody was there. When I pulled forward someone was driving off who I thought had just been helped so I tried to get the attention of the girl behind the window. She didnt notice me so I decided to circle back around in case something was wrong with the speaker. This time, someone else was also trying to order. They took quite a while to pull forward after not getting a response and then drove away once nobody came to help them at the drive thru window. At this point I knew they must have been closed but wanted to let the staff know the menu was still on, trying to reduce the confusion. I tapped on the window and the employee turned around and pretended not to notice, continuing to clean behind the counter and refused to look up at me. Then I pulled around to the side of the store and noticed another staff member inside. When I went up to the front door to let them know, the male employee gave me a thumbs down and ducked underneath the counter in attempt to avoid dealing with customers. I get the store closed early - but this was a really rude interaction that didnt have to happen if you just shut down the drive thru or put up a sign if something wasnt working? Maybe even just let your customers know by explaining the situation? Not that difficult guys..

Google said this location closes at 9:30. I showed up at 8:50 all the lights were on and they were two employees inside. I waited for about 4 minutes for them to take my order in the drive-thru. By that time there were four cars behind me in the drive-thru. I drove up to the window and waited there. There was an employee in the lobby who looked at me and walked away. I waited for another minute thinking she was coming around the counter to talk to me. She came around the counter grab something off the desk looked at me rolled her eyes and walked away. The four other cars were still waiting in the drive-thru when I pulled out. The customer service at this location is horrible. Im pretty sure they close at 9:00 and Google is wrong. I would expect them to take orders up until 9:00, but I guess thats not the case.

Im not much of a Starbucks guy but this location impressed me. I told them I wanted something like a chocolate milkshake and they made me a Java Chip. My friends got a delicious strawberry fresh shake that had a ton of real strawberries in it. We sipped on each others it was wonderful. Good on you folks

The staff is friendly and seems to know a LOT of people by name when they visit. Also, the staff seems genuinely happy. Ive never had a problem with my drinks being messed up. They are quick and accurate in my experience. I would give this location five stars except the dining area is somewhat small. However, Ive never had a problem finding a good seat to camp out here:)

I went in for a drink to wake up 3 days ago. The tender was busy in the lobby seat area. The tender stopped what was getting done to help me. I got my standard quadruple espresso grande caffe mocha. I told the tender to leave some space on top so I could add many sugars and I said use the whip cream. The tender said all they had was raw sugar. I said that is exactly what I wanted. The tender filled the sugar bin for me.I woke up fast after I finished my drink. OK today you get 5 stars!

I frequent Starbucks A LOT, as do many Im sure, but I felt the need to write a review for this one on Main Street in Longmont. I just moved to CO from TN about a 3 months ago and it has been hard for me. A new job took me away from family and friends and it has been lonely. Every time I come here, they know my drink, my name, even my dogs name! But that is something any ol Starbucks will do. They remember things I say for weeks! The day my hot water heater went out they gave me my drink on the house and helped look up the local rec so I could get a hot shower in before work. The next time I came in not one or two, but ALL of them asked me if it was fixed. Sounds dumb, but I feel like I have some friends in Colorado now.

Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience at this location. Im currently 9 months pregnant and I had my 38 week checkup near this location, with a 2 hour gap between appointments. I ordered decaf coffee and a few other items (just before 12pm). When the cashier repeated my order, he mentioned a decaf americano. I politely informed him that I asked for a decaf brewed coffee (the espresso currently upsets my stomach at this stage of pregnancy) and a female employee near him jumped in to the conversation and said Sorry, we dont brew decaf coffee here. This comes as a bit of a shock since I too have worked at a corporate Starbucks, Peets Coffee, and Nordstrom eBar and have never heard a large chain decline brewing decaf coffee at their location. I do know that after a certain time of the day, they can elect to not brew it since its not as popular and can be wasteful, BUT its always available upon request. As are pour overs, french press coffee, etc.I was not offered any other alternative, given consideration for my clearly visible condition (I mean, Im 9 months pregnant...pretty hard to hide at that point lol), so I asked them to delete that order and charge me for the rest of my items. I also asked where the next nearest Starbucks was and she was fine with sending me on my way. I called the other location ahead of time and asked if they had brewed decaf and the barista was happy to say that she would brew a pot for me! I made sure to give a great tip for their service and a massive thank you for doing me the kindness. She even told me that they even offer pour overs as an alternative and comped out my order as an apology for this locations negative service. I know how impactful a review can be on google these days. This is my very first negative review and I sure hope I dont have to repeat this anytime soon.

The worst Starbucks Ive ever been to!! They are extremely slow, incredibly rude, and the drinks are inconsistent. Ive had an employee argue with me over how the drink tastes (Im a daily Starbucks drinker) and they completely forgot the syrup and caramel drizzle on my macchiato. Im not a complainer but I have called twice to report 2 separate employees and the manager said Ill give them your feedback, not an apology or anything. Even though this store is on my way home, I drive over to the store on Ken Pratt and Bowen because Id rather give them my business and the employees at that store are great.

They were out of coffee. I went through the drive through at around 6 pm> they had run out of coffee. How can a coffee shop run out of coffee? my guess is they thought no one would order coffee at that time of the day, so they didnt make any. this is faulty thinking of course. How much is bad review worth? is it worth 5 dollars to brew a new pot of coffee? Or they just dont know what they are doing. They let the pot get old and have no idea when to make new coffee. Denise screwed up my 2 of my friends orders today my friend Chance went in and she gave him the small size with whipped cream when he asked for a large without, but still charged him full price. Then my friend Nick went in and she again gave the wrong size but then also overcharged him and then after he repeated he wanted a bagel with cream cheese twice he got a bagel with no cream cheese. A couple months ago I left a review on this locations Facebook page describing the decline in quality over the past few months at that time.A couple months after that review, Im super excited to give it 5 stars now. They recently underwent new management and have significantly improved all around service. Im the manager at the radio shack right across the parking lot, and was genuinely surprised when the new manager of this location came to me in person to talk to me about my experiences and let me know about his plans to improve the store. It was incredibly professional and refreshing to experience that. I believe his name is Ryan. Thank you for all youve done so far and will continue to do for that location :)

Friendly drive through younger gal was an absolute sweetheart! I came for the BBQ pulled jackfruit sandwich, but it turns up its only in Florida!! Arg! Absolutely stunned with the customer service I received today. Took my Venti peppermint mocha that I ordered at 8:32am in this morning at 10:35 and told them that i ordered a half sweet one and this one was to sweet for me, i couldnt come right back through because there were 10 cars behind me and I had to drop my other child off and get ready for the work day. Now that I am on my way to work I would like the right coffee for $7. The lady at the cashier in front said I NEED TO PAY for another one since this one is half full and almost gone, excuse me... ITS A FRAPPUCCINO IT MELTED! I asked for the manager and she throws a fit that this happened 2 hours ago and I am just coming in, she rolls her eyes and throws more mamble mamble, so I said fine I just wont have another one from here. I come here at least once a week and have never been treated horribly.... I left then went back in for a refund and they were behind the counter talking badly about myself. I own a business in town and HAVE NEVER seen this bad of customer service. The manager on duty and the front cashier were embarrassing to STARBUCKS today, cant believe it.
