I got the farmhouse on a bacon jalepeno bagel. It was so delicious 😋 service was fast and friendly. My first time was a great experience.

Amazing selection. Almost everything can be customized. Bagel sandwiches are brilliant! Shmear flavors are really good. Highly recommended for a quick bite, breakfast or even your coffee fix!

So I love the bagels but today I decided to ask for an ICED chai tea latte. Tell me why I got a blended drink in a regular coffee cup and to make it worse it was not good at all! I didnt ask for a smoothie, I was really disappointed and I shouldve known something was weird when he gave it to me in the cup he did. I was running late for work so I couldnt go back but I wish I wouldve! Maybe the guy was new but he should know the difference. There goes my money wasted 🤢

Not good service, bad selection. I asked about a sandwich and smoothie to ensure they were dairy free. Still ended up with hashbrowns that had cheese even though it wasnt clear on the menu at all.

I love this Einsteins. The manager who has glasses and longer hair pulled back especially deserves a shoutout. He’s always friendly and humming along getting orders rocked out. He leads by example and it shows. Don’t know his name but he always talks to customers by name and the owner should recognize he’s got a talented employee there!

Ive been here for 8 days trying to find a good full cup of coffee. It did happen the first two days. Had the couple of women working kept working at Brewing Market coffee all week I would not be doing this review. Everyone needs days off and I was stuck with not full not consistent coffee. So the search continued. The food at Einstein Bros was good and I wouldnt mind trying more items. The coffee was not very warm and very watery. The food was good enough and I almost gave it 4 stars just for that but, I mainly went there for coffee and was not pleased with that so 3 stars it is.

Not a bad location. Pretty busy and not quite as on par with the other locations. I’m not a fan of getting everything seasoning from previously cut bagels on my cinnamon. 🤷‍♂️

Asked for double topping, double toasted. Order was taken correctly (was on receipt) but bagel was almost soggy bread and hardly any cream cheese. Every time I order a bagel with extra stuff, its always this way. Been like this for years.

This is a great Einstein Bros Bagel store! I specifically came in this morning, July 31st, to take advantage of a $2 coupon emailed to me. This coupon and another free bagel and schmear were expiring today and tomorrow. I ordered via the mobile app to also capture a free coffee with any purchase on the app, however the $2 discount doesnt appear in the app. So the email and app offers are completely separate. I mentioned this to Brianna who cheerfully helped me resolve the dilemma and went over and above customer service by giving me a coupon to use at a later date while still getting my free bagel and schmear since I wanted to use that email bonus before tomorrows expiration date. Brandon and another employee, whom I didnt catch his name, assisted to make me a very happy customer. Its worth signing up for the email offers and downloading the mobile app as there are several offers that show up. This is one of 3 Einstein Bros Bagel locations I frequent and this one really delivered on exceptional service!!! Thanks Brianna and the entire staff. Great job!! 👍😁🏆

Oof where do I start.... This place was a disaster from the time we walked through the door. Very slow to take the order, out of so many things. Waited about 20 minutes for our food and it was not only cold, it was wrong. Half of our order was put in a bag with a different order. At this point we didnt even care we just wanted to get the heck out of there. I do not recommend wasting your time here.

What a happy & refreshing experience I had at Einstein. First the bagels are yummy and fresh. The employees there are kind and very personable. The best part of all is that they offer doggie bagels to your furry friend. The fact that they are considerate and cordial to me and my little friend makes warms my heart. Thank you Einstein for very positive experiences there each time I go.

Our order too long that I expected but I was fine waiting. The staff was very nice. Please do not yell at the staff. Don’t be that person. The staff is working hard to get you your food. Be nice and say thank you.

The longer line I could understand, though it was unusually long for late morning (~10 min). Multiple customers were becoming agitated as it seemed like orders were taking a long time to come out too, so I was somewhat surprised when my order was filled within a couple of minutes.I soon discovered why.My sandwich was not so much that as a damp pile of ingredients. The eggs were lukewarm and a little undercooked, and most of the ingredients were outside of the bagel. I had to messily reconstruct it if I had a chance of eating it like a normal sandwich, which even then was disappointingly bland.The coffee was the only redeeming factor, so if youre looking for a quick cup then this location is fine. Otherwise, Id recommend great harvest bread co. for your breakfast sandwich

There was a moldy onion on my bagel

8/1/2020 940am..It cant be that hard to take an order properly for two breakfast sandwiches.. My wife ordered no cheese on my farmhouse because I am lactose intolerant, and it was covered in cheddar cheese. She ordered the avocado veg out for herself, with no tomatoes and two eggs, and she got a sandwich with NO eggs and a tomatoe on it. Pretty pathetic, the employees obviously do not pay attention to the customer orders.. and better beleive they charged us for the extra eggs, that were not on the sandwich. Good help is hard to find these days.

I’ve never reviewed anything on google before but have been so frustrated with this Einstein’s location that I felt an urgency to write this. Every time I go to this location it takes more than 20 minutes to get my food. My mocha tastes more bitter than coffee. There have been numerous times they have less than half of the bagels advertised. It is clear they are understaffed. I’ve gone to this location many times because I like the bagels and it’s convenient, but no more.

I highly recommend the store in Longmont. The bagels are delicious and fresh. Add to that the staff is so customer friendly. Hats off to Branden who made my morning with his help and smile.

I have been to this location in Longmont maybe 5 times now and 3 out of 5 times I have had issues, however this last one takes the cake. I placed my order through the app on my phone for curbside pick up. When I arrived I called the number on the sign to let them know I was there to pick up my order and where I was parked, however when the girl answered the phone she immediately placed me on hold and set the phone down. I spent more than 6 minutes on hold and heard her take two other peoples orders before I was hung up on. I immediately phoned back and when she answered and said please hold I shouted no hang on just a minute and she set the phone down anyway. When she finally came back on the phone some 3 or so minutes later I told her where I was parked and I was there for my order. She brought my order out and I left. When I got to my office and dug into the bag for mine and my co-workers breakfast NOTHING IN THE BAG WAS CORRECT. They had given me the wrong order. So back I went calling on my way. When I returned I again called the number provided on the sign. The girl that answered the phone sent a young man out to grab my wrong bag. He returned no more than 60 seconds later with the correct order, however that order had now been sitting there for better than 45 minutes waiting for me and was now cold. When I said something about it, it was shrugged off. I will not return to Einstein Bros. Bagels in Longmont and will be writing their corporate office about the lack of customer service at this location. I was very disappointed that the manager Breanna at the very least for not coming out to try and console my frustration.

Im done with this place. The cashier can barely bother to say hello much less get your order entered correctly. They screw up everything they make. Honestly who would order salmon on a cinnamon raisin bagel. Burned no less. The manager Olivia was sweet and tried to make things better but you could tell she has her hands full. They literally screwed up every single thing we ordered. Ive contacted Einsteins HQ before about this location and they just ignored me. Its just not worth the aggravation to go here anymore.

The foods ok. I order through Door Dash a lot and between the two, neither has any quality control - EVERY SINGLE COFFEE ORDER I request 5x cream and 5x sugar AND EVERY SINGLE TIME its not in the order......How hard is it?.....I mean really......

Came in for a dozen bagels and a few breakfast sandwiches. Only to be told that all the bagel types I wanted to order were sold out. Completely unfriendly staff behind the counter who didnt even seem to care to provide decent customer service have any knowledge of what was left to order. this same young lady behind the counter was actually the one to take several dozens of bagels out to her own personal vehicle. Apparently employees get priority over customers on bagel choice. Terrible service. On duty manager didnt even seem to care. it seemed that the person to order all the bagels might have been his daughter. Do yourself a favor go to Panera bread to get bagels instead.

Giving one star because you cant give zero. I ordered an egg white bagel with bacon and avocado and cheddar cheese. The sandwich comes with tomato but I ordered it without the tomato. I waited over 25 minutes to receive this and there was only 3 people ahead of me. I got a cold bagel, not toasted, with tomatoes, cold egg white, cold bacon, and no cheese. Seriously this was the worst service. This was my second time going here and it was the same experience the first time. I wont be coming back. This is horrible customer servic .

Staff is friendly and got our food out to us fast! The smearful mini bagels are the perfect little savoury or sweet snack bite. The ancient grain bagel is hearty and delicious! Nice sized store with plenty of seating and many options of bagel toppings.

Great place to come sit and visit. We bring our grandkids here all the time. Staff are friendly if they aren’t busy they will bring you your order. They have a little area out front to sit and enjoy the fresh air.

Attn: Corporate, This store in Longmont needs New management from district manager to store management. The problem being they got rid of the right manager Kenneth, then Stephen and finally Olivia. These 3 knew what they were doing and the customers would walk in with a smile. Nowadays you can expect to get your order wrong, the workers are getting yelled at most of the time and the manager walks on the line where the food is being prepared with a child in her arms. Ive heard other customers complaining about the food and the service. I also heard customers saying that Longmont failed the inspection, this was not the case when Kenneth was in charge. What is going on?

They are very fast most of the time . The bagels are always soft and fresh and the strawberry banana smoothie is to live for .

The employees are amazing there. Always nice, but lately the past three batches of bagels we got from there were horrible. Overworked hard dough... they used to be my favorite bagels. Thats why I rated them a three. I hope the get new bakes. Still love the employees.

Extremely disappointed in this Einstein’s, and I am a regular to several across the state. On the morning we went at (10:40 AM, 4 people waiting) there were 5 employees working on bagel assembly. We waited for 15 - 20 minutes while employees did everything but make bagels for customers. If in the area check out Moes Bagel. They average 3 to 4 employees and can turn a bagel in 1-3 minutes FLAT, even at peak rush hour. Very bummed and frankly disappointed, first time ever writing a review on google. I would NOT recommend this restaurant.

Ive frequented this location often, but the customer service has gone downhill. Whoever the man is with the greased back ponytail that handles the bagels is beyond rude. I went in at 9am and they were out of every bagel except two kinds, which is absurd being that its still morning, but the bagel dude then proceeds to yell at the cashier if she doesnt believe me, she can come back here and look! Excuse me? I was simply asking about the flavors I was interested in. I did not need your condescending tone and rude comment. Definitely will NOT be returning.

I had an emergency where I needed orange juice as a diabetic and Kenneth was super quick to help me even when it was busy. Ive always loved this Einsteins but this was just icing on the cake.

Toasted means toasted big guy! Not enough ingredients. No comparison to Big City bagels in Prospect Place. Ordered toasted sesame seed bagel with cream cheese and tomatoes and onions for 4 bucks. Comes out almost not toasted with a microscopic amount of cream cheese and hardly any toppings. The manager talks incessantly. Really Einstein?! You would expect better from a Pioneer. Maybe its this location or this shift. Cheers.

I love the bagels and the food but every order I’ve ever gotten has been served wrong and in embarrassing condition.This morning I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and asked it be cut in half. I was given onion cream cheese on an apple bagel when I asked for honey almond and a bagel that had been smashed completely flat.I also ordered a coffee and asked for just syrup in it and was given a coffee with milk in it. I am lactose intolerant, so now my entire breakfast is inedible.Please hire staff with basic functional skills. A monkey could literally do a better job than your current employees.

After spending over $30 for a breakfast for my family, I will not be back. Spent too much money to literally pull a long strand of hair out of my children’s shmearfuls. Literally, the hair was half way in the cooked food and half out. Absolutely disgusting. 3-4 female employees today and one male. No hairnet... I ordered bagels for my kids, not hair. Regret walking back up to the counter a second time, because the children didn’t eat the food I spent more money on. And I even left a tip in the bucket... NEW TIP- wear a hairnet and make sure the quality of food you are sending out to your paying customer is edible. I hope the owner/ manager addresses this, because that’s just nasty..

The bagels can get a little bit on the firm side if you go later in the morning. My son didnt like them as much this time around. We just got bagels and cream cheese and they were good, but not quite as good as other visits. We also got a fresh orange juice and it was delish! They really should bring back the chocolate bagels (not just chocolate chip). Those are a favorite in our house! We will go back again for sure. This location is clean and the staff are friendly.

This is a good chain with a quality product, but after several poor experiences here, I felt compelled. Almost regularly the store is a mess, employees are inept and have no customer service skills and seem like robots. They’re all following the directions of several managers who appear slovenly, angry, and rude. Unfortunately if I want a bagel it’s the only place on my work route. Happily I will find another place to get my bagels. #FigureItOut

Extremely rude and inhospitable. I ordered bagels for my family and after paying for them I was told it would be 35 minutes for the bagels. Seeing as how I was not going to a dine in restaurant I did not have 35 minutes to wait. I asked for a refund and the employee began with an offensive and combative attitude. He stated to the employee working the cash register that “ sorry isn’t good enough for this guy” and proceeded to inform me that everyone waits for his bagels. Thanks for a horrible experience and maybe everyone waits because there are no other places to go. Here’s to hoping that more bagel places will open here.

I enjoyed my bagel and coffee here. Einstein Bros. Bagels has reasonably priced coffee good food and ok to fair staff. I ordered the lox and cream cheese on an everything bagel tiasted. The bagel was pretty good, not enough lox in my opinion but not enough to really be upset. One of the staff members was sleeping on the job, the reason I docked a star. Overall I recommend Einstein Bros.

I go here often, almost once every week. Today I was very disappointed... the last time I was there, the cashier had no clue what he was doing, there was zero help and training involved.. Being that I was on lunch I only had a few minutes but I let it go. today, the older lady with reddish hair that works there will be the reason I stop going to this location. She was very rude to the customer in front of me as well as myself, I explained what I wanted but every time I said anything she interrupted. I couldn’t even tell her what I wanted, initially I went in wanted a few dozen bagels for my work, I didn’t leave with that because I didn’t get a word in. She was rude I won’t be around this location again.

I had the french roast breakfast sandwich. It was like a hug for my taste buds. Fast service. The dude behind the counter said hi when I walked in. Always appreciate that.

Every time I have come to this location the staff is rude, snoody, and impatient. The customer service needs a ton of improvement. Additionally, this location is consistently out of half the types bagels they carry at any given time during the day. As I type this my husband literally just pulled a hair from his sandwich. Not worth it. Youll have a better experience getting your bagels from Safeway.

I went in about a month ago, about 11:00 on a Saturday morning. I had wanted a dozen cinnamon-sugar bagels and of course they were all sold out---of almost every kind. In the past when I have gone into an Einsteins in the Denver metro area and that has happened---which is USUALLY the case anytime after 6am!---they offer to crab a dozen plain and MAKE them cinnamon-sugar, so I asked. The counter person told me no, that is against policy!!! which I think was more like no, that would be too much WORK!!! I am VERY disgusted and disappointed. What has happened to the customer is always right in these kinds of places????

I painfully watched as people turned to skeletons waiting on a quick bagel before work. Slowest bagel joint I have ever been to. And when I did finally get my bagel it was cold.

They are so disorganized in the morning, it can take 20+ minutes to get a bagel and cream cheese. I used to love swinging in on my way to work, but now the wait is too long.

Dont sleep on Einsteins. Their breakfast sandwiches and avo toast are the bomb.

The food is great - But, the last few times I have been in, there is a middle age guy (owner or supervisor) that yells at everyone working! It’s unprofessional and I refuse to support someone who treats their employees that way!

This location is the ultimate failure of ownership and management. Perpetually dirty location, constantly out of items, and always staffed with rude, untrained and unhelpful people. All of these could easily be improved, yet they fail to ever improve.

Usually have a great experience, however the last few months orders have been wrong. Today had I not checked my order I would have paid for a meal that was not in the bag, employee seems put out when I asked for my correct order.
