Quite possibly the best coffee house Ive ever been in period! I am from New Jersey and I wish we had a coffee house like this! The whole place is gluten free and they really take pride in everything they serve. I ordered a vanilla latte that was delicious. And a 1/2 of an avocado with a fried egg and some greens that was so spectacularly seasoned, it just was delicious and so healthy! The vibe is so awesome. Theres cool inside seating, an amazing outdoor seating area and a deck that you can have your coffee on in the beautiful morning sun. The menu for breakfast and lunch is carefully thought out, nice and light and healthy. I also had a pecan blueberry gluten free donut that was the best donut I ever had and I am not kidding you. I had a beautiful healthy breakfast and then a beautiful healthy donut! Look at my pic and you will see why I couldnt resist! I found my new happy place when I am visiting my friend who lives here in Colorado. I will be here every single day until I leave and go back to boring New Jersey. I will miss this coffeehouse! Oh, and the staff are so kind and helpful and fun. I just love this place! Its perfect! Dont change a thing. I wish they had T-shirts to buy because I would wear it so proudly!

The small lunch menu looked great and my sandwich had a lot of potential however steer clear if you are not a fan of gluten-free. That was the only bread choice and it imparted a pasty chalky flavor. I would suggest a simple whole wheat option but I was told the entire establishment is gluten-free.

Oh my, this was a true find! Cavegirl has it all: friendly staff and clean healthy food that is made with fresh ingredients. Everything tastes real and is so delicious. They have set up plenty of comfortable spaces, both indoors and outside, for meetings or working alone. This has become one of my new regular hangouts. What a wonderful place!

This is a great place to hang out and study. It’s typically quiet and there’s plenty of room. Sometimes when going to other coffee shops I don’t know if I’ll be able to grab a seat, but cave girl always has space. I’m not much of a coffee drinker, but the food is good. Staff is always friendly, too. All in all, great for college folks to sit down and focus.

Exquisite little Cafe! Delightful food that is well done. A real treasure for your palette with well developed flavors in sweet and savory dishes alike. Added bonus for Celiacs is that it is ALL gluten free! The coffees were tremendously full bodied and rich. The atmosphere was cozy, comfortable, and quiet, with well defined spaces for gathering and eating. Patio is spacious and shaded, overlooking an open grassy area. What a gem to find this little slice of heaven!!

Smoothies are good. But Im not a big fan their Coffee though tried twice and switched to other items. Good seating area and a clean place.

Such a fun little shop! The oat-milk chai and paleo bowl are my go to and so so delicious. Only feedback is sometimes the counter person is in a great mood and otherwise no real engagement.

What an adorable and friendly coffee shop! The barista was so friendly and very inviting from the get go of walking up to the counter. The outdoor seating is very nice and it’s in a quiet neighborhood right off 287 that’s very accessible to get too. I haven’t tried their food menu but they have wonderful options The bonus is that the coffee is delicious as well! Definitely a must try in the area!

A nice modern coffee shop with lots of healthy food and drink options. Staff was friendly and the inside was very clean. Seems like it would be a good study place with their indoor and outdoor seating options. The iced coffee and apple cider muffin we had were fantastic, but the smoothie (Glowing Sunset) had an overpowering ginger and cayenne flavor and I couldn’t taste any of the other ingredients. Overall, enjoyed our experience and we will be back to try other things on the menu.

This place is exactly what I look for in a coffee shop! It is quiet, spacious, clean, and has really good coffee and baked goods. The service was good too! We are traveling, and we tried a different coffee shop nearby yesterday morning. It was small and loud. This place is perfect!

Disappointed. To be spending to $50 on 3 drinks, deserts and sandwiches.More bland than expected. On coffee, dessert and hot breakfast. Cappuccino was just not made right. Practically no foam at all.Great menu, but the outcomes, the tastes just were lacking.Gf bread was really not good, nor the donuts.Nice staff and space though. Just need to tighten up on the flavors.

First off, the neighborhood and area is lovely! The decor and vibe is spot on! The staff was super friendly and helpful making suggestions for my first time. The food and coffee is tasty too! Overall, just a really great experience.

We visit Longmont each year for a conference and always stay in prospect because of Cavegirl. They have super tasty coffee as well as local kombucha I usually buy for later in the day. Having a gluten allergy- their food is a dream. The donuts are to die for but they have more than pastries- egg dishes avocado toast and salads spring to mind. We also bought a tasty cheese plate for a picnic. It’s adorable inside, they have comfy chairs and tables and a fireplace, and the staff is kind fun and attentive. Love love love this place.

An entirely gluten-free, Paleo-friendly coffee shop! How did we not know about this gigantic, chartreuse, allergy friendly place?! Alternative milks galore! Gluten- AND dairy-free and even some vegan and nut-free treats! The espresso is good (not my favorite), but well definitely keep coming back!

This is a great place for healthy breakfast, coffee, desserts, and snacks. We had the amazing paleo bowl and avocado toast. Coffee was also very nice. Highly recommend!

Nice place! I will return to try other things on the menu. The roasted veggie hummus scoop lunch plate was excellent. Dont bother with the chicken panini. Very skimpy meat and spinach on dry bland bread (ie, not really a Panini). Should really just call it a tiny sandwich because Panini has a specific meaning.

The place seems nice & the coffee / food is good. I was excited to try a new place but the employees were just not very pleasant! They were not outright rude, just extremely disinterested, nobody was smiling, and I felt like I was bothering them to place my order. Like they couldnt get it over fast enough.The shop wasnt busy at all, I was the only person in line, so it isnt like they were rushed. Just grumpy. So strange! I will try again when I am back in the area, maybe everyone was having a bad day. But if this was my experience with their employees every time, I would not want to return.

We walked into the shop this last Thursday around 2:40. The girl at the register was very short with us, but I was excited to be there so we bought food and drink anyway. When we took a seat in the shop, the other girl started sweeping around us and loudly stacking (slamming) chairs. They seemed angry. Then I realized we were there around closing time and so we apologized and left. If they had just kindly let us know, we would have been happy to sit outside.

I hosted an event recently at Cave Girl and my experience was top notch! Not only was Lori, the owner, amazingly accommodating but the atmosphere is welcoming and the drinks and food are excellent. An awesome feature of Cave Girl is that they have private meeting rooms for rent - how cool is that? Check them out, they are a great hang out, work, or collaborate space!

Such a beautiful sanctuary. On nice days, like today, they open up the garage doors and let the fresh breeze in. Tables, couches, and bars - a work space or social grace for everyone. The coffee is delicious! If you’re into Keto, they got you covered. They have some tasty salads, smoothies, and snacks as well. I will certainly be back again!

Oh.my.wow! This place is heaven for those with food allergies/restrictions. I just had the most amazing latte with oat milk and a gluten free, dairy free chocolate donut that melted in my mouth. I dont normally like donuts, but this was amazing!! Staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Ill be back -- frequently!

Youre an idiot if you dont try this place! Great atmosphere, very relaxing, super clean and youll love the cushioned seats. Even the bathrooms are worth noting. They have a nice outdoor area with seating and theres a huge park area to let your kids go nuts (put the phone down). Great sound system, playing the Smiths is a huge plus. I had a tea so nothing to report there but their food is a revelation, sooo good. I had the flour-less chocolate muffin. Man was that good! Lite and fluffy not dense and not overly sweet. They bake it right there! I had to try the avocado toast. It sounds simple but it hits you with such freshness and great balance that youll want more. I met the owner/chef and you can tell she cares about the details, nothing has been left to chance. Other cafes take note, this is how its done!

I was really excited to watch this building grow in my area and my excitement hasn’t deteriorated now that it’s open for business. The shop is just as comfortable as it may seem. The couches and comfy chairs are spectacular, the service was outstanding, and the smoothie and lunch I had was fabulous. Everything was easy and not at all daunting, like some of my Starbucks experiences. All in all, I highly recommend this wonderful coffee shop.

Let their lead barista go because they didnt want to pay him a competitive wag despite him taking on many more responsibilities than was expected. He treated the owner, business, and most of all customers with the utmost respect. When you charge a premium for product you should be able to compensate employees better

This place is COOL. Even if youre not cool. They dont care. Very welcoming and comfortable. I spent a few hours here while I waited for my friend who was having a medical procedure nearby (were from Fort Collins). I had my 2month old little girl with me and they made me feel very welcome and no one seemed put off by a lady hanging around with a baby (shes really chill, but still). Thanks for being awesome! Delicious non-caffeinated chai and GF cinnamon coffee cake also!

Super cool atmosphere, Id come again just for that. I had a chai and a pumpkin cheesecake thing, which was unfortunately too frozen to easily eat. They both tasted really... healthy. A bit like unsweetened hay, or super nutritious dirt... I felt like my body was really going to thank me later for it, but probably not while eating or drinking at the moment.

This is my favorite coffee and more place. It has very healthy and delicious foods that meet the requirements of paleo, vegetarian and vegan. The coffees are top notch. My favorite morning fuel is a mushroom mocha and the Paleo energy balls. They have some gluten free treats as well, my son love the donut.Its great to chill and chat along with getting work done.

Out of all of the places Ive ever worked, I have never felt more welcomed, valued, respected, and excited about the environment, customers, and employers as I do at Cavegirl. The owner is one of the hardest working and dedicated women I have ever had the privilege to be around let alone work for. She treats me not only as a valued employee, but as a friend more than anything.Not only is the environment and atmosphere the best I have ever worked in, but the quality and effort put into creating said atmosphere, as well as all of the beverages and foods, is remarkable. The word dedicated does not do justice to the kind of effort that goes into each and every product served and, being one of the ones that gets to make a lot of the food, I can say this with full confidence.One of the main problems that Ive come up against while in the service industry, is being treated by my employer as though I am replaceable. Whether thats through how much they pay me, how much they listen to my suggestions, respect my scheduling availability, or follow through with anything promised in the initial interview, its not uncommon to feel extremely undervalued. And thats what makes Cavegirl Coffeehouse so unique.From the get-go, my availability has been respected and my employers frequently check in with me to make sure that nothing has changed regarding it. When a friend of mine unexpectedly passed away several weeks ago, they found someone to cover my shift without hesitation so that I would be able to attend her funeral service and have time to deal with my grief. I cannot express what that kindness meant to me.In addition to this, the pay is exactly what was expressed to me and, due to customers tips, has many times been over what I expected. The work to pay ratio is extremely fair and not once have I ever felt that me or any of my coworkers were expected to do more than what we were being payed for.The bottom line is that this is the first work environment Ive been in that I have every intention of remaining at long term. Working here is not only a privilege but a joy. You pay for what you get. I enjoy Cavegirl Coffeehouse, but its probably not a place I would go every day for coffee due to how much it costs. I appreciate how they use certified organic coffee for their drinks, and their food option is very healthy and as mentioned, you pay for what you get. Youre getting quality drinks but youre paying a premium price. They have quite the nice selection of drinks you wouldnt find any where else in the Boulder County. The place is spacious and I havent seen it incredibly busy for the times Ive worked there in the morning.I did try their Avocado Citrus toast. Again, its a little expensive, but I tried it for the experience. It was good, but I probably wont buy it ever again due to im not the type of person who would want to spend that much on Avocado and toast.The workers there are friendly and I hope they succeed as a Coffee Shop as it is very different from the other coffee shops here in Longmont.

Beautiful location great staff. They have an extensive menu with wonderful Paleo, gluten free and vegan options. They do not use any refined sugar sources. The coffee is exquisite.... especially the nitro cold brew! The pastries are moist and delicious. The overall atmosphere is condusive to health and wellness. This is my new favorite place in Longmont.

I could not have said it better Ella.... Cavegirl truly is a phenomenal place to work. I stumbled upon Cavegirl mid November and was completely overwhelmed and in total awe by my initial experience. Being Paleo for several years and very health conscious.... this place made me feel right at home so much so that I left a resume that very day. Three days later, I was hired on the spot and could not wait to begin working there. Lori is truly an amazing woman to work for like Ella said.... she cares about all of her employees and is always checking in with us. Not long after I began working, out of the clear blue, Lori text me to tell me how much she appreciated me. I worked my last Barista job for over two years and never was shown one ounce of appreciation from the owners of that company. I second all that Ella stated in her comment... Cavegirl Coffeehouse is simply the best and I am so happy and proud to be a part of the Cave Crew!!!! Lori.... keep rockin it girl.... you are an AMAZING boss!!!! Thank you for being YOU!!!!

I love cavegirl coffee! I am so happy to finally have another place I can get amazing matcha lattes AND paleo-friendly goodies. I stock up every time Im here and all the baked goods and raw treats are divine. I always have wonderful customer service, and find it to be very fairly priced. Plus, the atmosphere is great. Highly recommend!

Got my bulletproof coffee! I mean, cavegirl coffee. Whatever...Love it! Good stuff.I could also have gotten some pastries, or a doughnut. Those looked awesome. And normal old coffee. They have that too.
