Great And today I was in need of my starbucks and the person in front of me bought my drink.It made my day!!! Drive through.

Usually I love this location. Today, not so much. I ordered a hot coffee and an iced coffee. When I arrived at the window, they handed me 2 cups of what I thought were hot coffees. I asked to have one changed to the original iced coffee as ordered. They did change it, but then the hot coffee wasnt even warm. I actually thought it was double cupped. No just COLD coffee. I tried to call and inform them of the mistake...NO ANSWER! Very frustrating to pay over $10 for 2 coffees that werent correct.

This is a quick and good one if you like starbucks. Clean inside, good outside seating. Drinks always tastes fresh, never that burnt, need to clean the machine taste.

I go to Starbucks everyday and spend probably $400 a month on Starbucks. Sometimes I go multiple times a day. Today I left my wallet at home, and they would not give me the drink. I think it would have been a better choice for them to give me the drink that was already made, because I am not going to be going to Starbucks for a while. Im using this as motivation to stop spending my money there.

I enjoy the strawberry acai lemonade but sometimes it has strawberries in it and other times it doesnt. No big deal :)

I spend a good amount at Starbucks. I practically go everyday. Especial at this establishment.It’s right across my daughters daycare. Toda I went in ordered my usual. Triple expresso with sweet dream and caramel drizzle.I asked for just a little bit of extra sweet cream and the lady who wasn’t even at the window rudely told me that next time they would charge me a latte. My drink is normally 4.55 and today I went to check my receipt it was 7 dollars and some change.... that was ridiculous and especially the way the staff treated me was totally uncalled for.

This Starbucks makes my drink better than any others in town by far... havent been to the Starbucks on kenpratt though.

This is a great Starbucks location, you get exactly what you would expect in terms of the various drinks. I have always had great experiences at their drive-thru the staff is wonderful and it seems like they really Hustle. So dont let a longer line scare you these guys arent going to punish your punctuality for deciding to get coffee.

All the employees here are always so nice. I come here almost daily and the staff is always bright eyed, bushy tailed, and witty. Drinks are always on point. In this new era, retailers must convey their kindness and service digitally. Excellent customer service in the age of digital is just as important as a fast website or beautiful products. For instance, an incredible story of kindness and customer service occurred at one starbucks when one barista provided a paid drink to a patron who had little to no money on his app, showing just how much it takes to have excellent online customer support.

Fast service with a “masked” smile! I suggest the Nitro cold brew with sweet cream! It is so good I dream about it😀!

Always getting my order wrong because they don,t listen to instructions. I am allergic to cheese and they always put it on my breakfast sandwich anyways ruining it for me.

They must have been really busy today, wait was longer than usual, food was excellent and the latte was delicious.There is a huge crater, pothole in the drive up area

9 out of 10 times They make a drip coffee tastes like water And I just throw them out because they either drip it too fast or don’t grind coffee beans properly.The only location in the town of Longmont that have Baristas who are properly trained to make a drip coffee is one located on Pace and S Ken Pratt. The same goes for making Starbucks Double Shot on Ice, they always turn it into a water-down Ice Latte or else I would’ve ordered Ice Latte instead.Not to mention the same instruction always ask for a just light splash of 2% milk, but they always top it off with milk, in which it is basically ice latte.Anyhow, this is like 100th times This has happened to me, so it is about the time I write a review.The service is always good but the coffees tastes horrible

This place is always out of strawberries, always putting the least of strawberries in my drinks when I pay for extra. Too much ice in drinks. I would waste my time here when other Starbucks in town are more faster, friendly and get me what I want. I always have to wait 10- 15 mins in the line drive thru. Sorry to say I’m completely done with this place.

Amazing staff and amazing service. They take pride in their jobs and also willing to lend a hand to someone in need. I was down and out and my wallet had gotten stolen, and I had least money on the mobile app then I thought, so the sweetheart of a barista provided it at no charge at all. Love it.

A great place to get work done or visit with friends. Staff is friendly and sometimes share some interesting stories. Coffee is always top notch. Newly remodeled and just a comfortable place to be.

I waited 30+mins in line here, The women who was at the window did not apologize for the wait and seemed flustered. Whip cream was melted on the frapp that it got all over my hand. Just horrible experience in all! At least be concerned to your customers on why they needed to wait that long .

This is usually my go to Starbucks. I go here several times a week and I always get the same drink but today when I went they charged me a dollar more. When I asked why the increase She told me that’s always been the price with a snotty attitude, which is not true. I called and they agreed the price was wrong but she only said if come back we can try to give you .75 off your next drink. no thanks. I’ll go to ziggys. It should’ve been fixed on the spot.

17th & Hover Starbucks. Someone needs to talk to the skinny brunette employee with the prison tattoos... she has some serious anger management issues. Twice now in the last month Ive witnessed her berate two separate customers in front of the entire store. I would recommend avoiding this location.

Slow service. Not friendly. Didnt get so much as a greeting or a hello while waiting for my mobile order pickup at the counter. Oh, and this was at 1:00 p.m. when they were not very busy at all. There are many other Starbucks in town. Avoid this one.

Turn down the music! Impossible to hear when talking or even when ordering.

This Starbucks always has the nicest staff. They always seem happy and love their jobs! We visit no everyday but most days during the week.

I just had the best customer service ever. The baristas didnt hesitate to give me tasters of 3 different drinks when I couldnt figure out what a friend had gotten me. They were determined to help me and they did! Very friendly and wanted to make sure I had the best service possible!

Fast friendly service. Plenty of seating with electrical outlets. Clean. Cool - many Starbucks are way too warm.

Depending on the time of day, in relation to the wait times, they’re either mediocre or very, very slow. Multiple times this month, I have asked for my drinks with soy, as I have a dairy allergy. While the stickers did indeed say “Soy” the drinks were made with dairy milk, and I could tell, it’s not hard to decipher between the two. This has caused me to become physically sick on multiple occasions. I have already contacted corporate, but I HIGHLY suggest you avoid this location. There are many other locations throughout Longmont that are better suited to serve the public.

Dont come to this location if you are in a hurry, are hard of hearing, or dont like repeating yourself.Every time I come here even if there is no wait I am sitting in the drive through for a minimum of 10 minutes. You will be forced to repeat your order at least 3 times, and when you get to the window, you will likely again have to repeat yourself since they did not hear you the first three times.

Extremely rude staff. Almost makes me wonder if a bunch of them are racist. I think they just hired horrible staff (Most.) They give dirty looks at customers, pick and select who they want to greet and they talk about people that come through the drive-through. Its just common etiquette to have the front of the house be cordial and respectful to all people. Bad business.

Usually very quick and efficient like most Starbucks, but twice lately they simply forgot about my order.

I had an incredible experience here today. I called this location to see if they had brewed decaf and the lovely young lady that answered was happy to say they do, and that she would brew a pot to have ready for my arrival! She even comped my coffee for me to make up for the negative service I had just received at the Starbucks off of Main Street in Longmont initially. I ordered a half caffeinated brewed coffee at the Main St location and when the clerk rung me up he said a half caff americano. I asked if they had brewed decaffeinated coffee and a girl jumped in and said We dont brew decaf here. Sorry. Well Im almost 9 months pregnant and espresso has not settled well with me during my last trimester. They didnt offer an alternative. No option for a pour over. Nothing. A massive thank you to the Starbucks customer service on 17th street! You earned my business.

Its Starbucks. Youll basically get the same service and product at all of them. The people at this location were especially friendly and accommodating.

Coffee is what I want but the folks that work there need some kind of attitude adjustments. Seems like you are being a bother to them. Unfriendly not a good vibe when there.

If you are in the area and absolutely need a Starbucks, then come here. Otherwise for a better value and selection, head across the street to Ziggis or My Goods... you can get 5 refills at My Goods for the price of one bucks drink...

Over a 6 month period, this Starbucks has completely botched several of my drinks, and unfortunately I dont discover it till Im miles down the road. Sure, someone might argue that you should taste it before pulling away, but how hard is it to make a 4 pump Venti Mocha?? No other Starbucks manages to botch it up half as many times as this one

I always have great service at this location. Theyre fast and kind, and whenever I go, its a good way to start my day.

Wow.. as a previous store manager for starbucks I was shocked at my experience. There was a woman at the bar on her cell phone video chatting and drinking a personal beverage while making drinks, props for multitasking, but super unprofessional. I was the only person waiting for a drink and it took about 8 minutes for me to get my drink, which is ridiculous considering there was 7-8 people working. Lets just say I will not be back to this location.

I ordered a cold foam cold brew coffee and it had a hair in it. A hair, when I brought it up they took it and treated me like I was a bother. I did get a replacement coffee but no apology. They need to work on their customer service here. I’m very disappointed.

This drive through is a hit or miss. I go almost daily and cant go a week without some sort of inconsistency. Usually my drink is missing something or the espresso tates burnt. The drive through attendants are friendly though!

I spend literally thousands of dollars at Starbucks every year. This location is not one that I frequent l, but they let me down every time.

Not all Starbucks are created equally. This on is the best one in Longmont. Great people, service, and quick to boot. You really should visit!

The coffee was fine, but the service was delayed. The counter where people pick up their drinks had a dog on it for several minutes and no employees asked this person to remove their dog from a food service area. Ziggis is across the street. They have my business going forward.

The coffee sometimes tastes old and musty and the breakfast sandwiches are very frequently lukewarm in the middle. One time, I went through drive-through and was given spoiled milk in my coffee. I took one sip and it was the most disgusting thing Ive ever had. Starbucks is usually good, but this one sucks.

If you walk in, you are a second class citizen to drive through and online orders. I’ve been standing at the counter, getting ignored by the entire staff. They’re friendly about it, but they’re out of whack on priority.

Pretty nice little location and everything. But I have to say one thing... just to get it off my chest:I could have really done without this obnoxious & inconsiderate old man who was sitting in the corner here when I came in, who was video chatting with what Im assuming was his girlfriend... and he was being SO loud and he was borderline talking dirty to her despite being in PUBLIC. Ugh, some people are so inconsiderate.

No problem with Starbucks but this location sucks. I went there everyday for a week because it was the closest location and they messed up my order every single time. They either dont make the drinks correctly or they give me something I didnt even order. I tried again to day and got the same problem. Find some new staff for this location please!
