Good variety of boots, but the employees working the floor did seem to be trained on the different types and specifications of different work boots. I dont blame them for not knowing all the different specifications for work footwear. I think they should be trained and tested on it. The company is called boot barn so the should know all the styles of boots that the have in store

Not much to say but it sells alot of boots and western wear. Theres alot of pricey stuff but some can be found for a deal.

Bailey was extremely helpful. She took the time to explain all boot options and was very knowledgeable. They also offered military discount and was greatly appreciated. Will shop here again and recommend.

Didnt have my size, which is no big deal. But, they said they couldnt order my size to the store, Id have to buy online only. Horrible way to do business.

My Husband got a gift from his brother and it was work boots from Boot Barn, all I needed was a different size. I had a gift receipt not showing any information saying you only have 30 days to do an exchange. I was talking to Manager Katey, Boots have never been worn and she did not even bother to take a look. The whole time I was asking questions she looked upset and would roll her eyes and make faces. I am very surprised that she is a MANAGER she did not have any MANAGER skills and was disrespectful the whole time. Every time a customer would come in she would greet them with a smile and when I first came in she didnt even greet me. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I asked to have corporate number to see if they would be able to help since the gift receipt did not have anything listed in regards to exchange. Katey decided to google customer service for online purchases. I gave them a call and explain the situation, spoke to Manager Christina over at the call center and she was able to help me return the boots and exchange them. I was very happy with Christina since she had great communication skills over the phone and cared about my service. I will not go to this store every again.

Good place for Western wear. Got a good supply of cattlemans, Dakota, and other styles of hats. Good supply of riding, evening, and work boots. The staff is also very helpful.

Horrible place to get work boots. bought a pair had them for a day and only used them in my house on carpet and I didnt like them. tried to return them BECAUSE the guy at the store said if you dont like them and they arent heavily used we can exchange or refund your money. so I tried and got told a totally different policy. lady was extremely rude and I will never go there again.

Yeah please go ahead and drive out here only to find them closed 18 minutes early!!!! Guess they didnt want my money. When I knocked on the glass the brunette shook her head and smiled sarcastically and mouthed the word NO. No problem Boot barn!!! I have no problem investing my money at another store. Will not be returning.

One August evening I was held captive in the parking lot of this Boot Barn. For hours I was trapped and unable to speak let alone leave. And all I kept thinking about was how nice this Boot Barn looked inside from the outside. I never went inside on account of being trapped and all but this Boot Barn will forever hold a place in my heart as a symbol of hope.
