The business practice of boost mobile Ive never had a problem with and highly recommend them to others. The main purpose of this review is the owner is awesome and will help if he can. Even gives advice if he/they can. Again, I highly recommend.

Every time I visit the service is fine. They dont bend over backwards for you or anything, but they are polite and professional. They upgraded my high speed data allotment for free, so that was cool. Ive been a boost customer for years with no complaint. Id recommend it to anyone who doesnt use their phone as a status symbol.

Great customer service and always friendly and willing to help answer any and all questions. Great phone service for cheap single lines and family plans best part is the low cost phones that are all still name brand models

DO NOT GO TO BOOST MOBILE!!!They say no contracts but what they dont tell you is that they will not unlock the phone for a year if you choose to switch to another carrier.Spoke to several different representatives and was assured twice that the phone would be unlocked within 3-5 business days. Upon checking on status was informed again that they wont unlock it for a year.So, you have the option of using your newly purchased phone as a paper weight or you use their service.Very misleading, horrible communication and customer service and very deceitful to consumers.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Hands down the most frustrating customer service ever. I put down a payment on a phone three+ weeks ago, got a call a few days later saying they are out Of stock. Witch is reasonable, I was givin’ a phone number to call to order my new phone, yet the operator/ phone teller hangs up on me every time!?

Drove 22 miles out of my way to get a new phone as this was the closest Boost store. Hours listed are incorrect, and they were closed when I showed up. Ive been trying to buy a phone online, but the order has been canceled 4 times in a row so I tried going to the store only for them to be closed despite saying theyd be open until 7 online. I got there shortly after 5:40pm on a Wednesday.

Horrible customer service. Worst cell service Ive ever had. My phone has inconsistent service everywhere I go. The phone fails to deliver text messages, emails and drops calls constantly everyday. When I expressed how unsatisfied I was the store told me I had to take a day off work to talk to the owner who might or might not be there. I wish I never signed up for boost mobile and am saving every cent possible to switch to any other service provider. This was the worst experience Ive had dealing with a cell phone company. I advise everyone to stay away from boost mobile.

This is one very very bad service. Thought Id try it out, and man, theres a reason they had the lowest price. Couldnt cancel the service, had to suspend it and let it time out (well see if that works). Wont let me UNLOCK THE PHONE without having a full year of service first. Pretty sure thats illegal; if not, its definitely bad form. These guys are owned by SPRINT. So, that adds two companies to my do not do business with them every again list. Boost Mobile and Sprint.
