It all started with the initial call into service to make an appointment for our 2018 F150. Joshua Anderson was amazing to work with. Our vehicle had a problem that was not easy to find and he wouldnt give up. Within a day he got our Explorer back up and running like new. We have worked with other advisors and dealerships in the past and Josh is the absolute best. My vehicle was scheduled for recall repairs on the Friday before Labor Day. It was supposed to be completed the same day. I was assured that the service department would remain in contact, which they never did.However, additional problems were found, and the dealership did not have the parts. Getting the parts were to take until the following day.Even then, additional issues were again found, and again the dealership did not have the parts on hand. It took until the following Tuesday before I could pick up my car. I received no paperwork stating what was done and was told I could stop by and request a copy another time.Throughout, there was not one call from the service department. Any communication I had to initiate, or Id have not heard from them at all, despite their assurances.Less than a week later, the skid plate fell off the vehicle - fortunately, on my driveway. As well, now the vehicle has symptoms of a failed coolant sensor. So as usual, trying to call the service department results in leaving a voice mail. I know from past experience that the message will be unreturned.In all, this has been a poor service experience. I am quite frustrated, more by the lack of communication than the out of stock parts and delays - though those were likewise frustrating.[Below added 9/20/21]After my first visit, I discovered that my portable jump starter had been broken. Id left it in my vehicle because a door latch would not engage, leaving the dome light on & draining the battery.I contacted Maroone Ford about this issue via their website contact form and have received no reply to date.[Below added 9/30/21]Id asked that the shop would reattach the front splash guard, which fell off on my driveway between my first and second visits. I just discovered that the splash guard is still in my trunk.Maroone responded to this review, asking me to call them. This is indicative of their communications issues. Maroone has all my contact information. A well-communicating organization which values its customers would take the initiative to reach out to the customer.

I had a great purchasing experience with Aaron Baca, long story short I had a fallout with a car I had reserved from Carmax. They basically sold the vehicle out from under me even though I had a reserve on it and they had ran my credit. I found an identical Vehicle at Mike Maroone with less miles one owner and an immaculate carfax. I flew all the way from San Diego to purchase and drive it back home. I’m typing this review as I’m sitting having dinner at a restaurant in Vegas 5 hours away from my house. Anyhow, I would definitely recommend Aaron & and his finance team one of the easiest vehicle transactions I’ve ever had. Thanks

BE ADVISED: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!From the sales team to the service department, your satisfaction is of zero concern to them, only your money. Decent finance department, but their Car Purchaser is the ONLY employee who seems to have any sort of integrity and honesty. They will not call you back. They are dishonest from one department to another concerning your vehicle. They openly complain about their jobs and inventory.I recommend taking your business to Loveland Ford or even Interstate Ford. Mike Maroone Ford should be listed on Tom Martinos Sleaze Brigade.AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!

Easily the best dealership experience Ive had out of 5 or so. Joey in sales made it easy to get information and then held the car away from sales for us to come back in a couple days. Dustin in finance made the purchase informative, going over all of our options without pressuring anything. It actually felt like they wanted to help rather than just make sell me something.

My review is specifically for Josh Anderson from the Service department. We purchased our vehicle earlier this year and noticed at that time that the heated seat was not working and asked for that to be repaired as part of our purchase. Josh communicated clearly and often, worked with me to make sure that when I brought the vehicle in worked for my schedule, and when he found that the issue needed a new part to be resolved worked with me to get it done as soon as the part was available. Josh was friendly, welcoming, and wonderful to work with, I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know.

The service department is fantastic. Had some warranty work done on our Expedition. They diagnosed the issue quickly. They ordered the parts and we brought the truck back to them. They have a 48hr holding policy. I didnt realize that meant they do absolutely nothing at all to your vehicle for the first 48 hrs & you actually get it back after 57-58 hrs. Basically, I demanded my vehicle be returned after 2 days, & it is exactly the same as the day I left it. Both airbags AND my brakes with recalls, & now theres nothing at all I can do about it. I dont see how its so hard for them to understand, I cant just leave my car there for nearly 3 days.

I went in with the intention to purchase a truck and the sales person helping me was so unwilling to work with me I walked out. I was told they are a one price dealer and then dropped the price 4 times to the price I offered 2 weeks before. I also asked them to look into the cooling fan in the drivers seat and the salesmans responce was you can take it to a dealer to get fixed its still under warranty.

While I don’t write and/or respond much these days, I do want to share some great support for the needed repair of my F150. When I dropped off my F150 at the Maroone Ford Longmont Service, Josh was able to listen and respond to my concerns very quickly. This doesn’t always happen with other businesses. He was even able to acquire some needed F150 repair parts that were difficult to receive. Some other places is called told me that they won’t be able to receive them…. but they did. While Money is money, I even got an additional 2 year warranty. The F150 is working well now. Thank you Josh and the Maroone Ford Longmont !team

The service department at Mike Maroone Ford Longmont was great. Josh Anderson was my service Advisor and he did an awesome job. The difficult situation was getting parts. It took Ford Motor Company almost 4 months to get the parts. Josh was always there to answer questions and let me know the progress of getting the parts in. As soon as the parts came in my truck was fixed quickly. Ford Motor Company needs to make more effort to get parts to dealerships. Im not the only person who has had to wait an inordinate amount of time just to get parts. It is unfortunate that a great performing dealership (and probably many others) has to disappoint customers because they cant get repair parts from Ford Motor Company.

You know back a little less then two months ago I gave this place a 5 star super amazing review. The staff had absolutely went above and beyond with getting me into a vehicle.. that part was still great but sadly I cant keep it 5 stars I honestly think Im pushing it with two. I had my vehicle for two days before it had to be taken back there for work that I had been told was done when it wasnt.. but in their defense they were on it fast... now fast forward about 40 days and my transmission is going out of the truck.. it started skipping so I checked the fluid about a week ago.. to my surprise none... inhad been told all fluids and everything had been done with oil change.. there were no leak spots in my spot at home or at work so it seems as if transmission fluid was forgotten... being all wheel drive I cant imagine what thats gonna be... my temp tag isnt even up yet and its more issues. Staff are great but quality is definitely becoming questionable

Wonderful staff. They communicated repairs to us quickly. They ordered us Ubers to and from the dealership (we were repairing our only car). Samantha was so nice and easy to work with. She answered all our questions swiftly and clearly. One criticism which really applies to Ford overall and not Mike Maroone Ford Longmont: Ford *knew* there were problems with the dual clutch on the Focus, so it was pretty heart-sinking to have to pay nearly the worth of the car to fix a known problem because we missed some deadline from the lawsuit. If you sold cars with issues, fix those issues, Ford!

An unforeseen mechanical failure led Maroone Ford to keep my 2017 for a few days for repair, as parts were delayed some because of our major March snowstorm. Not only did this dealership warranty the repair, but they made accommodations for me to have transportation using UBER and a complimentary F150 the entire time I was without my vehicle. Joshua Anderson was my service advisor and did an outstanding job getting me repaired and back on the road. Definitely appreciated, these days where excellent customer service is hard to find. Mike Maroone Ford appears to be building a team that will differentiate them from the masses by having employees like Joshua.

Ashleigh was great! I got an oil change and was a little startled by the cost. She went through the cost with me and what that covered(I have a diesel that takes a lot of oil). I had a few other concerns she took note of, letting me know they might require a later service appointment. At pickup she was very attentive to all my concerns and thoroughly walked me through what they saw while changing my oil and doing the safety inspection. Couldn’t recommend Ashleigh enough

This dealership was recommended to me by a mutual friend, so I decided to check it out. I am very glad that I did, because Josh Anderson was the man I ended up speaking with about my car. Even though I own a Chevy and thought I couldnt bring it to a Ford dealership for repairs, Josh assured me that he had some top-notch mechanics that were experienced with working on a Camaro and made me feel very comfortable. He was extremely professional and seemed very knowledgeable, he even went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of and that there were no other issues with my car that could be a problem down the road. I really appreciate his honesty and the way he approached my needs. My Explorer had a critical issue nearby and I was just barely able to limp it into the Svc. Department. Staff were welcoming and were able to not only get my vehicle in but also called and paid for a Lift ride home. Two hours later, they arranged and paid for a ride back to pick up my repaired vehicle. My truck lost power and had to be towed to Mike Maroone Ford in Longmont. This was a real bummer because i have only 1 vehicle, and needed my truck for hauling horses the next afternoon! Sam had my truck diagnosed by the end of the day! They fixed my truck quickly so that I could pick it up the next morning! Sam was very professional, courteous and kind. I have worked in the auto industry before so I’m very particular about where I go to buy my vehicles and get them serviced.I bought a used car at Mike Maroone back in August 2020, and I have had the best experience with their service department. I drive a lot so I get more wear and tear on my vehicles than the usual customer and every time I have had my vehicle serviced and worked on I’ve had the BEST customer service. I recently had my wheel bearings replaced which is a huge pain in the butt, but Samantha in the service department made it such a smooth operation! She was communicative when working with my warranty. They had to order a few parts because I have a Lexus and my car was done exactly when she said it would be.Overall very accommodating!

The salesman who helped me was so very kind. He was physically hurting during my appointment, but he worked through all his discomfort to show me two cars and assist me with my paperwork.My disappointment is really two-fold: I have been doing my homework regarding purchasing my next Ford Escape. I found out my trade-in value for my 2013 Escape at one dealership was $4200. Mike Maroon Ford quoted me a trade-in value at $3,000. But what was more disappointing, was the fact someone at Mike Maroon (I am certainly not accusing my salesman of running the credit check, but someone did), in spite of the verbal agreement between my salesman and me, that no credit check would be run until my daughter would agree to co-sign with me and call my salesman with her financial information. When this happened, I lost all trust in Mike Maroon Ford and will definitely not purchase my next car from them.It has been a long hard journey, but I committed myself to work hard and build my credit back up. Over the past 3+ years I have built my credit up from 580 to almost 700! I haven’t missed or paid one car payment late! Even prepared to pay $2000 on top of my trade-in. But after leaving my appointment this morning, I realized nothing I do would be enough to satisfy Mike Maroon Ford, short of paying the entire sticker price in cash for the car.Again, my salesman was kind and knowledgeable regarding inventory. I hope and pray his knee feels better with every passing day. My feelings of hopelessness and frustration after today’s experience will keep me from buying my next car in Longmont.

Additional parts were required and will be contacted when they arrive to bring my car in for the remaining repairs.

I was searching on car gurus for a new car and expressed interest in a car. It had to be no later then 10 minutes and Bartley got back to me and said come on down. So I drove down got their 30 minutes before closing and ended up buying it. Dustin (I believe) the finance guy and Bartley stayed after to help finance. Also they just got the car in that day so told me they wanted to check it first before I drove off the lot so the spent some time to go over it, clean it and put new tires on it and the car definitely looks like they went above and beyond making it look good for when Ken drove it down to me! I appreciate the service and the help!

Anthony Nieto provided me with the best customer service I have ever had when it comes to buying a vehicle. I traded in my 2019 F-250 short box at fair market value for a 2019 F-250 long box. I was able to keep my upgrades from my previous truck as well. He happily helped me take of my mud flaps and as I was leaving he noticed that I didn’t have an antenna on my new truck. So he took the one from my old truck and transferred it to my new one! Now that’s first class customer service! Thank you Anthony for making it a great buying experience!!.

Better off selling your trade in on your own then getting the low end of the stick. The referral system of $200 doesnt always reply so better to use different sales people. Look around before buying from these guys find out other places give better deals. Name has changed but still same people running the business side. Use Caution...

I had an absolute amazing experience with these guys. I had been involved in an accident a couple days prior to my car purchase and their sales guy Aaron made this experience has quick and easy as possible. I filled out the application early in the AM and the vehicle was ready for me to pick up and the end of the day. I had a couple issues with the vehicle and I called Aaron and he immediately told me to bring it in to be looked at. This was on a Friday evening and he told me they couldnt get to it till Monday but put me in a loaner until then. If you need a vehicle I would absolutely recommend that you visit Aaron Baca at Mike Marrone Ford they will get it done

Would rather die from my airbags than have to deal with the recall services.I took my Ford Fusion in for an airbag recall on Friday morning. Called in the afternoon to see when it would be done. They said hopefully by the end of the day and that they would call. They never called. I called Saturday morning to check, but apparently only the oil change lane is open on Saturdays. I was left without my car for the entire weekend without ever being told they were holding my car for the weekend. The recall said a rental would be provided if needed. One was never offered and when asked they said they didnt have any provided.

Samantha Hickey and the team supporting her were awesome! I had a difficult situation to make sense of with a previous shop having contaminated the engine oil with coolant to try and sell me a whole new engine. Samantha did her best in meditating my concerns and historical information on the vehicle with what the technicians were reporting back. It was not an easy process as it took time to figure out that there wasn’t an issue to begin with.

Caitlin went above and beyond to find me a vehicle. When I told her I didn’t want the same truck everyone had she told me not to worry. She found a special edition model that was incoming and let me know as soon as it arrived. I can say it was everything she said it would be and more. I did a quick test drive with it and once I had agreed to purchase it I worked with Andre in the finance department. He was very efficient end made sure to get me the best deal that he could get. Buying a car from them was so much nicer than my previous car buying experiences.

I recently had my truck stolen, damaged, and recovered. Mike Maroone Ford service center was a one stop shop to have everything fixed. The service manager, Ronson Hagan, took care of EVERYTHING. He had his team come up with quotes, dealt with the insurance adjuster, and gave me my truck back in great shape. Very happy with the service. Had a wheel bearing issue during a vacation trip. Not something you want to happen when you are in the area from out of town. I work in the auto parts business.
