Nice selection of merchandise. Staff was good, customer in front of me acted rude, impatient, and thought she was entitled to disrespect the staff, whom I compliment for reacting professionally to the abuse.

Great for when need to grab a few things. Prices can be higher but a lot of times the quality is better. I wish the produce section was better since rarely can get all that I need.

I am not sure we will be shopping here much longer for produce. I like the store but recently the produce and salads have been really bad. We got some salad mixes that went bad 2 days later, come to find out the use by date was the day before we bought it. Last week we got onions and assorted bell peppers that didnt last 3 days. We had to throw out 6 onions and half the red bell peppers. Thats a lot of money for us to just waste. Sometimes you can find really good deals, but not as often as I would like on our budget. Its just not worth it recently to shop here.The store is always clean, and the employees seem nice enough. The cashiers weve had are nice and love chatting making you feel good about your visit.We will still come here for deals like canned goods, soups, and random shelf stable things, just not the fresh veggies for a while.

Okay,. I had a previous review 5 stars. Theb it went rown to 3 stars. I have to update that AGAIN. This store used to be my favorite. It has gone downhill very bad in my last year. FIRST. Idk why anyone puts up with these prices!!! Astronomical, even the sale products are more experience than EVERYWHERE else. The employees are rude, disrespectful and do not help anyone. The self checkout lady harasses me EVERYTIME. Will stand over you like a hawk. Even after Ive told her 5 separate times I have PTSD and asked please dont stand behind me and get out of my personal space.. NOPE!!! THE LAST 3 TIMES I WALKED OUT AND LEFT A FULL BASKET BECAUSE SHE DOESNT LISTEN. Ill never go anywhere close to this store ever again.

I had to get a money order and pay a fine for my fiance through their service. The staff ranges from very friendly and helpful to cold & judgmental. Ive had to deal with them on a monthly basis for six months and you never know what youre going to get. The store seems clean and well organized. I cant speak for their prices because I only go there for those two reasons once a month.

Winn-Dixie in Long beach Ms is always a very clean and convenient store. But like any Winn-Dixie the prices are steep. Even when they have their BOGO deals goin on. Which is quite often. They still mark up these item before putting the BOGO label on them. So although I love the shopping experience here. Its not worth the extra money i spend to go there

It has been years since I have gone to a Winn Dixie. This is an older store, but it was clean. The people were very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help. Being from out of town, I had no idea where to find anything, but there was always someone willing to help. Whether it was a customer or an employee, everyone was friendly. Leave it to that good old southern hospitality!

Winn Dixie is not a place I shop for my groceries because their stores are older and their prices are way too high. However, if you ever need a delicious cake made or an rx in a hurry - the store in Long Beach is the place to go! I have had terrific customer service experience with both the pharmacy and the bakery.

Winn-Dixie is a bit high. Their stores are clean though.. I live very close to Winn-Dixie and its convenient but I am about to stop shop at Winn-Dixie altogether. Sorry Winn-Dixie. But, maybe not. Because theyre very convenient.

Unfortunately on saturday return trip to get items on sale, after 45 minutes of shopping an employee took our shopping cart to put our items back? After 20 minutes and asking for help, we left the store only to find our cart around by the customer service desk area. The staff told my husband that sometimes people abandon their carts, and were we coming back to get our buggy? We had never left? An apology really goes a long way especially when customers invested time to shop and spend locally. The store has had a dramatic change in lay out so it also takes time to locate items needed and often only one line to check out in.

Hit or miss here, Ive not had a bad experience but my wife has had an awful one, paying a premium price for a shorter trip to get groceries, we only stop by if we need one or 2 things

We first shopped the store in March 2019. Kinda shabby. Returned in Aug 2020 transformed. Really nice now. Needs Fresh Pet refirgerator.

Check dates on all food. I bought some smoked salmon on sunday, December 6th. I got home and looked - it had expired on December 5th.

Went this morning to buy a certain item advertised on sale starting today. THERE WERE NONE AVAILABLE ON SHELF. Complained to staff and was told the item would not be put on shelves for another couple hours!!? REALLY!?? Not the first time this has happened. This store is not convenient location for me. They not only lost this sale but me as a customer!!

Its always clean well stocked. Their selection is getting better and better. I find if you know how to shop you do better here on meat and get better meat than Wally world could ever touch..

A new clean well laid out store. Really a good alternative to Walmart, which has recently become part of a national political objective. Going to a Walmart these days is like trying to cross check point Charlie on the DMZ. If in the Long Beach-Pass Christian area. Turn from beach boulevard at the main Long beach traffic light. Proceed across railroad tracks to railroad Avenue. This is really a good business area, if you are not familiar with the Long Beach-Pass Christian. There are many businesses including this Winn Dixie. There is a full deli, that offers many prepared food options, salads, which I purchased prepared fried chicken, potato salad, and coleslaw, also Blue Bell butter pecan ice cream, and waffle cones. There is the wall of values, that Winn Dixie is known for, and check flavored drinks priced 4 12 packs for $11.00, so if youre planning on that beach picnic with the family this is a affordable drink option.

Always super clean & well organized. Easy in and out for quick items! Young teens working a first time job could be a little more courteous but theyre learning. Self check out is preferred & easy.

This is a stripped down version of Winn-Dixie. It will not have a whole lot of organic or gourmet food like the Winn-Dixie in New Orleans, but the Employees are nice.

Most overpriced items on the gulfcoast. Buy one get one free is 90% fake. Just marked up so you pay for both. Buy the one item as shown on receipt. When looking at ads Google or walmart.com and see for yourself. Another issue is opened register. The finally working again self checkout is card only. Honestly cant believe people shop there. Walmart Pass 3 miles away. hopefully theyll close and Rousses will come back or neighborhood Walmart grocery

They have a big variety of things but they didnt have the turkey breast I was looking for and their prices are a little high.

Very clean and friendly 👌. Great looking Floral Dept. They carry Jewish products! Hope in time manischewitz matzo meal and others. Perhaps Joya bars? Peaches smelled fresh,when got home very dry and tasteless inside.

Same thing here as was Walmart in Pass Christian. It was surprising to me to see so many people of all ages disregarding the wearing of face masks. More people wearing a face mask here than Walmart but still inadequate. Get what you are after and get out. Saw no hand sanitizer anywhere on the way out.

Clean, well stocked grocery store. The produce was fresh and you could smell the fresh baked goods from the in store bakery. The pie and cookies I bought were fresh and delicious. The clerk was friendly and welcoming. I did not have the store discount card so she used the store card and gave me the discounts. Lots of parking for cars and RVs.

During these times, l prefer Winn Dixie less crazy people!
