Well I was expecting a better service here, since I went through the doors you can feels the tension and like soffocate, employees looks like stress out. I have one store by my place and unfortunately they are closing next Saturday, so I have to go far to buy the bread fresh and clean,due to they bag the breads separately...very clean, I highly recommend it!! Than I went to this market, from all the people I talk with and only two was very friendly, meat lady no...no...give some attitude and looks upset you can tell when she talks so angry she is at work, needs to be friendly or at least her customer service attention is not that good. Bakery just one person was very nice and attentive, produce, same not even a smile to greet, looks all stressed or tired 😩😴 at least the cashier was very nice when I get there to pay... Overall costumer service is really bad, need to improve or they will be next to close!!😱😱😱

This is a sleeper supermarket. They have great produce and the meat department is clean. Never a bad smell. I like their marinated meats too. The staff is always friendly. A great place to shop. Competitive pricing too.

Not a bad place to stop for some quick groceries, they dont carry everything but they do have most things youll need. Their produce section is always fresh with great prices. They have fresh meat available and the customer service is pretty good, if you get to the register and forgot to grab something. The manager will assist you by going to get what you need to complete your purchase. I always go here for the raw shrimp to use as bait when I go fishing lol. Not much I can say bad about this location.

Big Saver Store, as the name implies, yes, people can save a lot here. We went on a field trip with our students to buy chicken, tortillas and shredded cheese.For the cooking activity we made chicken tacos. The lead teacher bought 2 pounds of chicken for $5.00 and chicken was seasoned already.There is plenty of parking at this store and prices are great!

I go there around 8pm to buy my daily 12 pack of beers. The lines are short so its fast and easy. Dont have to wait much to go home and unwind after a long day of work. With my daily 12pk of beer.

Only problem I had was that its does not print out receipt, you have to go inside to get your receipt, I am handicap...I do not like to walk from pump to inside. Why is the machine not able to out receipt...

Very poor management. I tried speaking to one of the main directors and staff members, Maria, would say he is on break or stepped out for the moment. I tried calling five times but never got to speak to him. The reason was before I go to that store I call the store to make sure they have the meat that I need. Then they transfer me to the meat department. I call them between 7:30am to 7:45am and the staff i speak with says they do have the meat. So when i drop the kids off at scool at 8:00am, walking, i walk to the Big Saver on Artesia and when i get to the meat department they say they DO NOT have the meat that i just called and ask if they had. I understand if this happens one time, two times but three times that makes me wonder what type of management is running this store. Now imagine other people that this is happening to and cant complain this needs to stop. Its a shame because this store is the closest to my home and i dont drive. Now i just walk to Food 4 Less on Cherry its farther but thats ok because i know they have what i need and staff is helpful and does not give false information. This usually happens Tuesdays and Wednesday on mys off from work.

Friendly staff, great Pan Dulce much tastier than the one from Northgate. They usually have beer specials albeit a limited selection (again compared to Northgate who offers tons from Latin America). The meat is hit or miss. Ive had great carne and bad carne from here. But I suppose the same can be said of most carnicerias.
