Just know how much I 💞💞💞💞 coming to this place & that even though the lady staff members that have helped me doesnt believe in tips I give & make them accept it anyway, for I just want to show them how much I Appreciate them 4 all the times I needed help Faxing important papers off at the last minute how they have been their & have come through for me, even when it was closing time. Very disappointed with the professionalism at Minute Man Press. I sent my files to them over the weekend using their online order system. After not receiving a call from them Monday, I reached out Tuesday morning in regards to my print job. When I called they could not find my files or any information regarding my order although I received email confirmation that the files were sent. Anne asked me to send the files again. I called to see if they received the files and no answer, so I left a voicemail. A few hours passed and no call. I called again and the receptionist confirms that she did receive the files (was she going to call and tell me this??) I told her I needed a rush on the order to be done by this Friday (3 business days). She told me she would call me back with a quote. More hours passed and I received a call back from Anne stating they could not complete my order by this Friday. I called back and asked if they could just do one part of the order and she said NO. Called other places and because I was already 2 days into the work week my order was too late for other companies as well. Thanks MMP for wasting my time!

You receive 15 minutes free by pressing the green button. You wont need more than a few minutes though. In and out is the only experience I have to date.They also work well with a wide variety of files if needed. I came in with an invitation template I purchased on Etsy that I couldnt figure out. Zulma walked me through it over the phone and absolutely made it happen.I trust the spender and I advise you do the same. You will not be disappointed.
