First off, the owner doesnt wear a mask (the 3 times Ive been in there to drop off packages. Secondly, 4 times now, I have dropped off packages and they are not getting picked up by the USPS or USPS is picking them up and USPS is not scanning the packages upon pickup. This place also is filthy and disorganized.

The mail center here is small but excellent service. Usually busy though.

Although the owner is friendly and polite the business is a big unorganized mess. He cant always find your packages and will ask you to provide your tracking number which is useless to him at that point. He has placed a ticket in your box indicating that your package has already arrived. How can this carelessness with US mail be legal????
