I never post reviews even when Im disappointed about services but this one was unbelievable.The staff is very attentive and its seems like the service and quality is gonna be great. Came in to get very special business cards printed and was willing to pay the price for them but they require a lot of work so they wouldnt be ready when I needed them. So I decided to get simple matte finish cards with rounded corners which would be ready faster.When I came to pick them up, I found a disaster. The matte is not matte, the colors are nothing like the ones on the file (looks like the printer run out of ink) and the corners... not round.On the pics, you can see the difference in texture between matte and their matte. The colors are completely off from the file, if their technicians know that sometimes the colors change when printing, why not adjusting the image?. And then the corners, no comment.Im left with unusable cards, I cant damage the image of my company like that. They offered to make it up for me in some way when I go to print my proper cards, but I wouldnt put another dollar on their hands. Didnt get my money back. Getting the proper ones printed somewhere else along with all my other printed materials.

I needed to get some programs for a funeral printed. I had an idea of what I wanted it to look but they transformed it to a great memory of my father. Rachel was professional and attentive to what I was looking for and was very pleasant. Please use them for future printing. They are a fabulous local company and the price was very reasonable.

Fresh Prints Design is by far the best printer I have used for my business. Whether it was brochures that I needed rushed out or vinyl banners they always have delivered and have gone the extra mile to make the customer happy. I had the pleasure of working with Rachel at Fresh Prints Design for some baby shower invitations I needed printed. I didnt want something straight off the shelf, so she helped me customize something perfect for my event. The prompt service, attention to detail, vast array of design experience, and intuition of keeping the project on schedule (even though I dragged my feet and made TONS of changes) while still being professional AND patient, convinced me that I need to be a return customer. In the end my prints came out beautifully, under budget, and i luv them to death. I will defiantely recommend her to all my friends and family, and will come back again and again.

These guys are awsome. I needed a pretty big image printed to be framed for my wedding and these guys got it done same day. Keep in mind I dropped off the image file at 1pm and it was in frame a d ready by 5pm. Great quality and friendly

I was visiting from another state, Called and asked for a v neck tank top, verified everything through e mail, paid, and was ready an hour before closing. Every thing was great until I picked up my order that turned out to be a tshirt, and they didnt even have tank tops. It was too late to order since they are closed on weekends and I was leaving Sunday. Had I if known I would have ordered somewhere else and now I cant bc every place is closed.
