I was at Irish Day in Long Beach and stopped at their stand in front of their bakery. I tried the Irish soda bread- Next Level delicious. Just sayinPerfect mix of bread, sweet, raisins with a beautiful patina on the outside.This is a must buy

Very good place for breakfast in the area. Its quite pricey but the food is very good. Im very appreciative of the option for macadamia nut milk in coffee/tea lattes. Its incredibly delicious and is one of the few options here for my vegan friend. There are also vegan food options which is a plus

Food is great- coffee too. Service is meh. More than three times I have been standing next in line and there have been several staff mulling around the register/ not caring about who is next in line.

Not only is the menu incredible, but so is the service. It was my first time there today, and I will be a customer for life. Every time I come to Long Beach ill be stopping here for some great coffee and awesome food!

Have not been to their brick and mortar but we find them at The Malvern Farmers market on Saturdays. Love the bread. This is the first time we have had sourdough semolina bread. After reading the other reviews we will have to find them in Long Beach next time in that neck of island.

Fantastic new bread and breakfast spot featuring all coffees by the fabulous Stumptown Coffee Roasters! I had a croissant with my iced coffee and it was seriously one of the best criissants Ive ever had that was not in France. Highly recommend! They bake all their breads and desserts on the premisis and in an open kitchen. Love it!!!!

Not so hidden gem when you see a line at the front. The line is there for a reason. The service and food at Blacksmiths is legit. Highly recommend their bacon, egg and cheese on an English Muffin. Their grilled cheese is also excellent. And dont forgot to try their Smore Brownie, life changing! Thank you Blacksmiths for serving our area, we love you!

Everything I’ve tried has been great. This morning instead of an egg and cheese with meat, they made me a veggie version with hummus and slaw... it was fantastic!

Ive been once for work and once for pleasure. The first time I sampled sourdough and brioche, both excellent. Recently I went back for the cruffin, a pastry from heaven (high praise coming from an atheist). It seems to be pastry dough braided into a buttery knot. Better than a croissant, better than a muffin. All I can say is try it. And if youre not into sweets, house milled grains add a wholesome touch to their entire bread lineup. Stumptown coffee is the caffeine-infused cherry on top. I hung out there for longer than I should have, but I couldnt pull myself away.

We are SO fortunate to have Blacksmiths in our little West End neighborhood for countless reasons. The owners and staff are i n c r e d i b l e people. Even on the busiest days, they always make an effort to say hello and ask about life (all while never slowing down service). Just the kindest, realist folks. They make an effort to create sustainable food, support other small businesses, and continue to expand and make delicious meals, goodies, and drinks for all to love (and devour, lets be honest). The vibe in this place is like no other, and you will definitely want to make Blacksmiths your regular go-to spot once you visit it once. Our family is forever fans of Blacksmiths!

Love this place. Having a delicious snack here, cappuccino, Rhubarb-Goat Cheese pastry & Vanilla biscotti....nothing better than dipping this biscotti into a perfect cappuccino ....Even dipped the Rhubarb in the cappuccino, because im loving the everything....if you are around Long Beach this is a must stop...great food and awesome owners...

Blacksmiths has an amazing menu with options for every diet and healthy ingredients. Nothing is processed and everything is fresh! They have chill ambiance and they keep their plastic use to the bare minimum which I love. The owners are long beach locals and care about our community. Theyre great guys with a hands on approach to running their business. You wont be disappointed!

Incredible quality, delicious fresh foods. Hit local spot, GREAT for breakfast! A must try. Be patient... everything is cooked and baked when ordered...so expect a bit of a wait, but its well worth it!

Although the croissants were too cooked last time I went, the responsiveness of owner was good. Usually croissants are well cooked. Forgot to mention excellent coffee/cheeses and nice people. Wish they would accept credit cards at least over $15. Maybe some day.

Absolutely incredible breads and food in general. The inside is super cozy and is a great place to hang out and snack on all of the delicious things they make and sip on some coffee. Everyone here is friendly and I couldnt ask for better baked goods. I highly recommend grabbing some fresh baked bread from here or just staying in and tasting whatever theyre making that day.

Friendly, kind staff and delicious and evolving menu that’s inclusive to soo many diets and allergies (vegan, gluten free options being added). Great work. Today I went to Blacksmiths for the very first time. Not a lot to choose from on the menu. Its very simple.I ordered a iced cappuccino which was amazing and I got 2 plain croissants. Let me make this loud and clear...Those croissants were OUT OF THIS WORLD, ABSOLUTELY 100% YUMMY!! I have NEVER EVER tasted a croissant like this. Im pretty sure I will turn into a croissant addict now. These croissants were big, crispy and flaky outside..little dark giving it that scrumptious crunch & taste and the inside was soft and buttery. Mmm mmm good!!

First visit. Had egg and sausage on English muffin. Delicious. Took bread to go. Yummy. Very friendly staff. Look forward to trying other menu items

Friendly, welcoming small old school shoppe. The coffee selection is stellar, the bakery items are one of a kind. I will tell you if on a diet, healthy eating lifestyle etc..FORGET it for 1/2 hr as these delights will entice your palate and make you want to return sooner rather then later for more. They have a few spots to sit down and enjoy each treat. Thank you for being on the computer screen as the ladies in my doctors office were checking out your store.... i drove over afterwards..... at least I was healthy at 8am..... First time here today, was pleasantly surprised. The ambiance as soon as you walk in with so welcoming. Very rustic feel without the pretentious hipster vibe. My partner and I order the egg sandwiches none bacon one sausage(chorizo). They were both tasty, I think we both prefer the sausage not bc the bacon was bad but bc the chorizo was just that great!. We also got drinks, we got a spiced hot coco... amazballs and a salted caramel latte also very delicious. Wish I had stopped to take pictures before we began Ill update on my next trip! Recommend at try at least once.

A small, beautiful and special cafe in Long Beach .. among the only ones you will find coffee from a machine ☕ real coffee ... In addition there is a small selection of cakes and croissants but quality and self-made sandwiches .. everything is baked on the spot and most importantly fresh..it is important to note Donates for the community in a special project - buy 4 loaves of bread every week, for a month for $ 25 and everything is donated ... The cafe is small - great music, really this is its beauty ... Highly recommended 🙏
