Was in and out in just a few minutes. Found the exact sports shoes that I was looking for with the help of friendly, knowledgeable staff. Nike Air. Reasonably priced as well. Convenient location.

Theres no real nice shoes they always have like the normal ones...nothing exclusive every time I walk in I swear Im disappointed...kids can get something nice sometimes but adult shoes nah....

Good variety of shooes for a reasonable price

WSS usually has an impressive assortment of choices teeming wall to wall with the majority of/ if not every popular name brand when it comes to shoes. This location had only just recently reopened its doors for customers to shop, which was instantly obvious once inside of the store. The entire mens section had slim pickings which I estimate was only about 60% of the entirety of possible selections. From the security to each of the associates, they greeted and helped each customer with a warm smile which overshadowed the frail inventory. All in all my first shopping experience at WSS was a pleasant one and I would recommend visiting the store possible in a few months, giving each location ample time to replenish their inventory.

Small store but surprisingly found a Good Variety of Shoes n Clothes

The staff is very helpful. Even though after a crazy rain storm their roof had a couple of leaks. The staff really took safety serious. Had ppl avoiding those areas.

What is the point of WSS? The prices are the same as retailer prices in the mall. The shoes in the picture Ive attached are at Macys. They are the same price at WSS. I feel bad for people who dont use coupons and think theyre getting a deal here. The employees are unprofessional and sloppy.

This place is just like any other shoe store as far as selection goes. However, the customer service sucks. Theres always someone available to greet you. But if youre ever in a rush or looking for something specific, dont count on any help. The representatives stand in the front of the store talking and youll have to interrupt to be helped. If you ask for something specific, theyll probably say whatever is on the floor is what we have

I just bought a pair of Nike airmax yesterday with my $20 off coupon and didnt know that they run a half size small took them back today none in my size so I got a pair that cost $10 more dollars than the pair I bought Valentines day and she said it was going to be $30+ dollars Im like its a $10 dollar difference the busted male employee didnt even try to help the girl employee told me the closest shoes in 10 1/2 are in Texas Im so sorry but that is straight trying to get money from my pocket for a fraudulent charge will not ever go here again... Calling customer service as well ... what a waste of time and money.... The employee needs to be taught better customer service skills because they just lost a Hundred dollar sale because of his attitude...

Theres a lot of shoes to select from lots and lots and lots but the staff they were rude and all they did was watch me like if I was going to steal I felt so uncomfortable they gave me anxiety and I left but I did buy some shoes

Every time I go in there I feel welcomed, staff is always asking if I need assistance & recently met Kevin & he is super helpful! They definitely have a new customer!
