I bought this CUTE dress and I didn’t notice a slight damage on the zipper after purchasing, but I asked if I can exchange it because apparently I only knew you couldn’t get a refund. And they did not even let me get a different dress. (so disappointed)**** well ladies no exchanges or refunds****

Amazing place with the biggest selection, $7 DOLLAR SALE and super friendly staff. Teresa and Diana were super helpful and help me and my wife find everything we wanted.

This store is HORRIBLE! I went in to buy an outfit and the lady told me I cannot use the dressing rooms and to try it on over my clothes she said I also can’t get a refund but, she would give me store credit and I can swap my items out if it didn’t fit me right. I go back and this lady told me I can only swap sizes of the same item that is not what I was told the first time... they are OVER PRICED for cheap clothes! And they followed me the whole time I was in there.

The clothes in the store are awesome wanted to browse more but they close kinda early

I actually really like this place. Think cheap Urban Outfitters and Forever 21. Trendy styles, some of which are pretty high quality and for reasonable prices. I get a little overwhelmed since theres so much. You can find sexy pieces, upscale dresses and casual outfits.

Been going here for years n every time I do its always nothing but love they are very helpful n the manager is my girl I love her . I highly recommend going especially since they have REALLY CUTE stuff for CHEAP!!!

I use to live in Downtown Long Beach and this store was one of my favorite stores that I go to since I was in 6th grade. I love the employees and one of the employees know me already because I always shop there. I shopped here for almost seven years!

A large selection of clothes for low, and amazing customer service. After having been screwed over by Fashion Nova for failing to ship out my order from 2 weeks ago, I spent my entire day looking for a dress that I need Saturday. Tired and feeling defeated after having gone to the Lakewood mall, cerritos mall, and long beach town center, I entered the store looking to be disappointed, but left VERY happy, and satisfied with my purchase! Will be visiting again for any and all of my dress needs.

My absolute favorite place to shop! for all my last minute needs. whenever im going out or going on a trip i come to fashion island . they even put the cutest outfits together for you and theyre always up to date on the latest styles . I call them my stylist because they already know what to get for me when i come in . and ive always been treated well here the girls are super friendly and willing to help .

I walked into Fashion Island in Long Beach to look around. The manager asked me four different times if I needed any help. I told her I was just looking around. She continued to follow me around the store asking me do I need any help? I told her no I don’t need any help, I am just looking around for female clothes. She was acting like I was a shoplifter trying to steal something. I left the store because she made me feel uncomfortable by followining me all over the store. It was discrimination and disrespectful how she treated me. Cute accessories and shoes, but not a wide variety of cute clothes in ALL sizes. They need to hire someone else on their buying team that has a better vision of trends for not just S,M,L,. Their curvy selection is cut!

The manger was awful so we extremely rude and when I asked for sizes she would just look at me and laugh. I work in that area as well and she came in my store and was causing problems as well . While I was in the dressing room she was yelling at one of the co workers that they were looking stupid. I feel bad for people who work there
