5 star experience, picked up snkr reservation here! They got some heat as well. Store is not too bag tho. Definitely looks fresh and worth visiting

I went to Nike at Ballast point for the first time to get some shoes for training. Charlie helped me out. He was super nice and was knowledgeable about the shoes. I bought a pair and theyre my absolute favorite for working out. Will definitely be going back to get the black ones. ☺️

Absolutely love this store and always come back whenever I’m looking for some new athletic clothing - they always have such a great collection of clothes out! There’s a cool vending machine that you could get free items from with your Nike membership. A staff member named Terry helped me- he was great!

Went in to pick up an online order I had for pickup at this location, and customer service was mediocre at best. I wasnt acknowledged when I walking into the building, I had to show proof of my order twice, and the staff banter at the checkout counter felt condescending. Beautiful store but customer service is definitely not their strong suit. Stick to online or go to the factory store instead!

They hold stock because they hate resellers so they say but theyre the ones selling the info to the resellers they are friends with. We see the transactions through the backdoors. Lame manager always has every time ice shoe on. Greedy

Its okay. It doesnt have a wide selection of items. Mostly expensive pieces.

My first time here and I fell in love with the variety of items I hadn’t seen at the other Nike stores and the customer service was amazing. Going back tomorrow

I was having trouble returning an online order because I wasnt receiving the correct type of return shipping label and because I had paid with my PayPal account I could not return in store. It was getting quite confusing but thank goodness this store was able to jump in and help! They were able to get me the correct shipping label and even gave me a shipping box, packaged up my item and attached the label for me - I just need to drop off at UPS. Thanks for the help everyone!

OPEN (in-door shopping & pick up)From the moment I walked in, to the check out, I felt that I was taken care of and that I was important as a customer. I came with an idea of what I wanted and left purchasing more. Making the customer feel important and getting them to the right product helps both sides. I am in love with my shoes and I cannot wait to recommend this location to my friend. Ask for Jah- he knows a lot about shoes and will make sure you leave with a smile on your face. Great job!Store:Stocked with the latest models. Shoes are located in the back with the women’s on the left and the men’s on the right. Sitting areas are available and trying on shoes is possible (other Nike stores no longer have sitting areas). The store is small but very neat and organized. Employees were seen regular sanitizing items. Great job!Parking:Park in the parking complex and walk down the outdoor shopping mall. Parking is currently complimentary!

Placed an order in person with an employee. I was notified items were shipped and ready for pick up. I had proof of email and the customer service was awful.
