I checked into the Verizon store at about 5:45pm with 5 people ahead of me. Within the 20 min I was waiting at the store 3 people were called and were being assisted. only to get told at 6:05pm that they will not be able to help me. We can make an appointment for tomorrow. If I wanted an appointment for tomorrow I would have done one. This store used to be really good at helping their customers no matter what time it is. In the last two years this store has gone down hill. They are basically telling me we donβt care about your business account. Good byeππ». I thinks itβs time to say goodbye to Verizon wireless after 11 years.
Went to take care a couple of things & Michael Helped me & his customer service was EXCELLENT!! I Appreciate his willingness to not only solve issues but to make me feel totally satisfied with the experience! Thank you so much for your help Mr. Michael!
Had me waiting very long helped other people before me very unprofessional not ever coming back horrible service
I took time off on Tuesday to come in to buy a new phone (the store doesnt have a phone number so you have to walk in). Michael the greeter told me to come back on the weekend because there will be a big Fourth of July sale. I came back on Saturday to find that not only was there no sale anyone had heard of, but that there were no appointments available all weekend because they are understaffed. Two helping customers, three greeters (only one of whom responds when you ask questions). Hoping the third time I visit they will allow me to pay them thousands of dollars for a new phone. Verizon = Profits > People
I never owned a Verizon phone but I heard they good phone service no drop calls
Horrible customer service. I just wanted to walk in and buy a phone they wanted me to wait 1 hr. They had the phone in stock.. The girl at the front suggested that I order online for quick pickup, however online it wouldnt show availability at that location if quantity was under 3. So I wouldnt be able to phone order it like she suggested. I would still have to go to another location. If I want to buy the bellflower location I would have to wait an hour. This makes no sense. She was very rude.afellow associate rolled his eyes at me. I have always just walked into a verizon store and been helped with no problem.
I came to the Long Beach Town Center store today to try and purchase 4 phones. When I walked in there was a guy sitting at the desk whose name tag said Jason. He looked at me and did not say a single word. There was another customer standing in the store. I guess jason was working on something for him. Jason who works for Verizon did not ever acknowledge me. So after looking around for a while, I left. Jason still did not say a word. Do NOT come to this store. Worse customer sevice everrrrrr. Jason should not be in customer service. He is rude.
Lazy and rude cant help anyone yet 3 assoc. Stand around and chat
As always, they had a quick and efficient solution. They were very polite and personable.
Very professional and helpful. JAWAN did a great job.
Absolutely the worst store ever! These people are incompetent and worthless! They can not manage themselves or the timing for customers! This store seriously needs management help!
Needed a little mechanical help with my existing phone, replacing a faulty SD card. Was immediately helped and was out the door within 10 minutes of entering as a satisfied customer.
Got a message that my phone is ready to pick up. Arrived 30 min before the closure (5:30PM) and there was nobody, they just locked the door. The order was made in the morning, and it was a present for my son that day. In the order at 9AM Verizon mentioned it would be ready within two hours, we waited for the ready message for the hole day, and once we arrived we found that the store just decided to close earlier without any notice. Good job verizon by doing things on time.
Service was not timely and required an appointment. Was not told this when I called.
It was one of those everything breaks at once days. On the long list of to-dos was getting a replacement SIM card. The nearest Verizon store wasnt near at all, but I had to have my phone working to call everyone else on the list to explain why I was late.So you know I wanted to be in and out in a hurry. I also know that the pace inside a Verizon store can be very relaxed, laid back... Like molasses when Im hurried. This is a corporate store - and it has met the challenge of COVID versus trying-out-a-new-device in a winning way.I was screened outside - it was quick but I didnt get my hopes up until inside. While seated comfortably away from the other customers, I could still easily see all the new devices. My device had its SIM card replaced in about 5 minutes. So quickly that I had time (no I didnt, but hey) to ask about the specs on a phone.Meanwhile, the more solvent customers were being guided through browsing new devices by staff behind well designed lucite panels that seemed to be part of the stores design rather than a recently erected barrier. The speed of service seemed to adjust itself to my needs - maybe I was expecting a long wait and was just surprised. But I dont think so. The Verizon franchise store that was near me is gone. But even when it still existed and was a cool store with cool staff, I didnt get the individualized attention I received at this store.
I LOVE the folk working here(vs some other V-stores near by? OMG!), so much so, that I actually PASS a few of those stores on my way to THIS one! Its not the closest, but its the best, & is totally worth the drive: the employees are ALWAYS super pleasant, & eager to assist, vs the usual dont bother ME, Im busy! attitudes of the nearby V-stores; always offering deals & specials on whatever it is that YOURE looking for, instead of trying to rip you off for EVERY peny, or sell you stuff just for selling sake; & if they dont have it, theyll be happy to help you get it, whichever way works best for you! The store did look a little on the empty side, but Im pretty sure its the fantΓ‘stico result of COVID.
Thank you Jawanβ£Great seevice
RUBY! and her STAFF are the greatest!PLEASE be sure to give them a 10 when you do the Verizon email review. I did not and it affects them so...Sorry ALL I didnt know...
Great overall experience. Gilbert helped us on our first visit and also when we had to return an item a week later. Very helpful, patient, not pushy. Dont do reviews often but this warranted one.
I had already stopped by the store previously and saw their sign stating a appointment is required during this COVID time. They want to maintain and healthy and safe environment with a 1:1 ratio as far as 1 employee for 1 customer. Assisting them in keeping the number of people in a small area limited and the staff and customers feel safe as a resultWhen I had called #611 first, as most of us experience with cell phone companies, no matter what the 800-# or online person tells u, especially right now with so many uncertain safety concerns.FYI they do not repair iPhones in any Verizon stores as of Oct. 2020 but that may change in the future they donβtIf u want guarantee work u must go THRU apple or the geek squad at best buy
Heres how much this store cares about your patronage: My wife bought a phone online through Verizon with the help of the exemplary 2nd Street Verizon and online support---she received a discount as a long-time customer and needed assistance to get the full discount. After she made the purchase, she was told she could pick the phone up at this location. The online customer service and corresponding email confirmation informed her that this store would contact her via text, email or phone when the cell was ready. A week went by and we called the store to check on its readiness. The first representative was rude and dismissive to my wife, especially when she gave him her first name, which is Thai (she speaks perfect English). He told her there was no such order and if she ordered it seven days prior, it would have been cancelled if she did not pick it up within three days. This is counter to what my wife was instructed to do by the online customer service and confirmation email. My wife put him on speaker because he was so dismissive and arrogant to her and I asked for the manager. The manager, Ruby, got on the phone and was even more abrupt, rude and unhelpful. She insisted there was no such order and when we we gave her the order and location numbers from the confirmation email, she looked it up for a moment and said, sorry, your order must have been cancelled, I cant help you. Order it again. We explained that we were waiting to be contacted as per confirmation email and online support. She huffed and ignored us. She said that it was our problem we didnt pick the phone up the next day. This, of course, was counter Verizon instructions. No help, no customer support, no option other than go order another phone online, we dont help with that. Dear Verizon, someone train Ruby in courtesy and respect and what management is about. We bought the new phone at the Apple store.
I signed up for their service and I had nothing but problems and increases in my bill for no reason. When I tried to get out of my contract by going to T-Mobile I could not get them to close down my account and give me a closing bill until almost four months later. In the meantime they were charging me every month for phone service I did not have. Then they tried to get me to pay for their service for those months when I told them numerous times and so did T-Mobile as I was at T-Mobile when I tried to disconnect from Verizon but they still continue to bill me for months I did not use their service. I went to Verizon in person but even their representatives were unable to get my closing bill/statement. When they called Verizons main office they were told I no longer had an account with them! Then why were they still billing me for service? If anyone is a rip-off artist from a phone company its Verizon! Warn people about Verizon now every chance I get. Ive had numerous people switch from Verizon that have had the same problem getting a closing bill when they close out their account. I would like to talk to the CEO of Verizon and tell him exactly what was going on with his company but since I cant Im warning others. If you have a Verizon account good luck.
Horrible Service. Might as well learn their trade because you have to do it all anyway or on the phone with incompetent people. Failed me three times now. Contract runs out, I will be out of there.
It was my first visit to the store. I just want to express my appreciation to Lucy who was extremely helpful and caring. I came in to get an old phone activated for my mother because her phone had been stolen. Lucy couldnt get it done due to the fact that phone was too old and no longer compatible with Verizon. But she advised me to try to locate my moms phone using a phone locator app. She even offered to do it for me, but I couldnt remember her apple ID and password. She didnt make me feel like I was wasting her time or there was nothing to be done about it. What I am saying is that Lucy was patient, genuinely caring and helpful towards me. She must be like this also to other customers. Great job, Lucy. Verizon is a great company because of employees like you. Thank you.
I went to this store to get a prepaid plan for a phone from Verizon I already own. The service representative first lied to me when I asked if I could get the sim card and set up the service myself and said no, while using the same self service tool usable by customers on the Verizon website. After asking for me to unlock my phone, she proceeds to look through my phone for the settings. I value my privacy and upon informing her that I would prefer she told me she needed to see so I could bring it up myself, she lashed out at me that she wasnt looking through my phone and that there was something wrong with me for not wanting strangers going through my phone.
Great customer service! Thanks to Ricardo who helped us, he made it all smooth for us to get that new phone ππ»
I worked with Peter, the manager, who was a little less than helpful. I presume they are used to dealing with clueless consumers and a certain attitude is probably helpful for them. What I needed was straightforward answers and for my time to be respected. They took a long time to get me information and in the end I had to leave the store without any service or additional information.Over the phone, I got more direct answers and helpβThe phone support used the same information to get me set up. Id suggest doing everything from home to the business support line if possible before going into the store. Bummer.
Great convenient location.
If you dont have an appt dont waste your time going because they will not help you. Worker is a poor representatvie of Verizon
I have been to this store many times and, generally, I have received good service. But it seems to depend on when I go. It would appear that the A game staff works on Saturdays and Sundays, maybe because those are the days traffic is highest and there is the largest opportunity for sales. On January 10, 2014 I walked into this store without an appointment and I told the hostess that I was interested in getting information only about changes to my account and potentially new products and services.A staff person was sent over to me in fewer than five minutes. Even though I told Adrian straight off the bat that I was not going to make a purchase today, he took his time in explaining things to me thoroughly and showing me the devices I was interested in seeing. I was very pleased with my experience. But I have gone in after work on a weeknight and I have had to wait a long time to be assisted by staff people who were not as informed or customer service oriented as Adrian. The BEST experience that I have had at this store is when I telephoned ahead of time, spoke to a specific person about my issue and then told that person that I was coming in on a specific day to have that issue addressed. I made sure to schedule it for a day when the person with whom I was speaking would be working. Then, on the day I was scheduled to come in, I would telephone in the morning, speak to or leave a message for that person and remind them/confirm with them that I was coming in. On those occasions I got the best customer service of all.
I go here to look at google phones. Anyone that buys a phone in a phone store better do their homework before going to a store. Know the prices and understand the differences between the phones. Dont go into a store cold
Many employees, but they could care less about good customer service. They just congregate together and talk, or sit there watching videos on their phones. I tried asking a question, but I felt like I was interrupting the employees time with her phone use. First I had to ask if she was an employee, then I asked her a question, but rather than follow up with me to see if I had other questions, she went straight back to watching her video. Its hard to believe that they hire such people. Avoid this particular store.
Rude and lack of customer service. Go to the Verizon store on 2nd street. They are customer oriented and very helpful.
Bad customer service, rude manners, these individuals keep trying to sell you products that you already told them categorically for the 3rd time in the same conversation that youre not interested, and then show disregard towards you. Stiff attitude in general, most of them seem bored out of their day job...This crew seems wrongly trained, also the usual long lines.
Ordered online and picked up in-store. Was in and out in less than ten minutes, phone in hand, and no attempts at upselling accessories. Probably the best experience Ive had at this location in a long time. It took over twenty minutes, last year, when I went in for a simple SIM card replacement.
I had to have photos transferred from cell to cell that couldnt be done at the Torrance store because they were too busy! I was assisted by a young lady that actually took the time to listen to everything that I needed to get done. In a matter of minutes my photos had been transferred, and she explained to me exactly what my plan was and my data usage . She also helped me with a new app! All of this was done in as little as 15 minutes !She made sure that I understood everything in my plan before I left the store.Great experience!
Gilbert is always so helpful. If he is tied up with a customer he makes sure to get someone sutible to help us. On our last visit Gilbert referred Robert (Manager)to help us and he was amazing.
Lewis was clear and understandable with my business. He gave suggestions so I could lower my bill. I am very grateful.Sue Griffiths
Verizon Team, your sales associates need customer service training. Your customers dont pay over $200 a month for 2 lines to accept or tolerate below par service. Get it together, I shouldnt have to tell you how to handle my concern after 800 person handled my issue with quality customer care. The two iPhones you were going to sell are now being sold at another store. YOUR A CORPORATE STORE NO EXCUSES!!
Im giving the Bellflower store props for putting up with me ! However, they couldnt sell me a case or glass protectors...they were sold out. Imagine I paid Uber 6.00 to go there and not walk out with what I went there for. Sometimes I should just slap myselfπ
Great customer service Jose MataI went had a few questions about the my service and he was able to help me
Things I wasnt told: 1. the cost of the $800 phone is hidden in the bill and the alleged discount does not exist. 2. You lose all ability to fax anything once your connection is entirely through their jet pack. 3. The jet-pack must be manually turned on through a tedious process every time the jet-pack is not in use for a little while or whenever the device is carried to another room of the house. 4. Asurion (the insurer of the phone) is an entirely different and disreputable company who hang up on you, do not answer Emails and in every way make a lost phone into twice the drama it already was. 5. Verizon is mostly heavy on the sales end and weak on the service end. You have to look hard for a sympathetic salesperson if anything goes wrong, which it usually does. 6. Any equipment not sold by them will never be serviced by them. So forget about someone coming to your house to troubleshoot a connectivity issue. They dont do this anymore. If a problem cant be fixed electronically over the phone line, it cant and wont be fixed
Im giving it a two because, when I bought my new phone last December, the sales person was great. However, when I returned a few weeks ago because my Galaxy S7 had suddenly stopped receiving calls, the customer service was abysmal. There were plenty of staff, mostly busy playing on their phones and discussing lunch plans. The guy I got never made eye contact and continued to play on his phone while listening to me. It has been multiple visits, numerous chat sessions online, and a replacement phone later ... and the problem continues. However, my next visit will be to a different location. If that doesnt work, hello to a new service provider and an iphone.
Our experience was really good game usually helps has been young lady by the name of Lauren helped us and she was able to have our tablets Anton repaired and sent back to us and I thank you very much Lauren .
No ! Help ! What ever happen to talking with live person! Thinking of jumping ship and going with another carrier!
Man does this place blow. The staff tries hard but the system they have to speed up customer service, never helps. Long wait times and clueless staff tend. Always end up waiting long enough to not make it worth coming in. Usually can find a better deal online.Last time i was here they put me in queue, forgot about me, then they tell me they cant help me out or Ill need to do it myself (even though I call asking if I need to come in or if I can do this myself online). Great waste of a Saturday. The items they have are typically over priced, luckily Amazon has it cheaper. Unfortunately a necessary pain. Good luck and may god have mercy on our souls, if you ever NEED to come in.
I would definitely not recommend coming this store. Michael basically lied to us in order to gain commission on 3 lines when we decided to transfer our phones from Tmobile to Verizon. He failed to tell us that 2 out of the 3 lines would NOT be transferable due to the model after all sim cards were already changed out. In doing this, my wife and my father in law were without a phone for over 24 hours. When I called verizon customer service it took about 4 representatives to finally tell me the truth, in which he stated the store employee should have known and/or double checked prior to initiating any type of transfer. In trying to get ahold of Michael the following day, we also experienced the run around and very poor customer service of a man named Gilbert. This unfortunate and inconvenience could have been easily avoided if Michael would have just told us the truth, heck we would have even purchased phones there. In the end, we missed the opportunity to benefit from a buy 1, get 1 deal on that Sunday (Mothers Day). We wasted 2.5 hours for nothing, dont waste your time.
Outstanding just came in to get a case. Short wait. Fast service
Though this store was very busy - I found the sales associates to be courteous and professional. In my experience, this has been difficult to find in other area Verizon stores. Nanice was patient with all my questions and diligently problem-solved.
Love this particular spot. Staff is always friendly and actually helpful..
Very professional.
I wish that there was some way to not be forced to give an actual star to this store. I originally went in on 9/27 to order an iPhone 6 Plus. I received a receipt stating Order Confirmation with a confirmation number on it. It was an actual receipt. You know, the one that is three feet long full of disclaimers. The phone was to arrive on 10/18. I called to check up on the delivery date five days ago(10/24) and was told that I would get a call back. That return call never happened. Today, I called and found out that the order had mysteriously disappeared and that they would have to place it again with a new ship date of mid November.Backing up a bit, three to four minutes after ordering in store originally on 9/27, I had second thoughts and went back to talk to the salesperson to cancel. They told me that it was impossible to cancel as it was not in the system yet as the order was just placed. I then called customer service and was told that this salesperson was not being completely honest(lying) and it could be canceled in the store. I understand that this one unit may have changed his commission tier so I will not take my aggression out on Robert.Well, it is now the 29th of October and the Manager, Amber Catchings, asked me if I would be interested in the iPhone 6 as they had one in stock. I told her that I had large fingers and she then told me that 7 out of 10 people that ordered the 6 Plus wanted to return it as it was too large. No, I am not making this up. A manager for Verizon told me that 70% of people who purchased the iPhone 6 wanted to exchange for the smaller 6 model. That is staggering.I asked Amber Catchings to point out the lying liar who lied to me so that I could express my displeasure and she had the good sense of telling me that it was out of line to communicate to him in that manner.Bottom line, if you order something from this store, make sure several times that the order actually placed, even though you have a receipt with an order number. Amber Catchings communicated to me that it was not unusual to have that order disappear out of the system due to the poor technology. I do not question her because she made it clear that she was ranked #1 in customer service for Verizon for the past few years in the territory. Again, I cannot make this up as this is what was communicated by her. Please do not buy anything from this store. I beg of you. They lie, are incompetent and do not care.I am excited to see my current phone not work due to someone in the Long Beach office shutting it off somehow, wanting some sort of retribution based on my having simply the lowest of expectations in customer service.
I spoke with are CSR and he asked me fro my ID and I provided my license. Then another customer walks in and he doesnt request an ID and he says to have a seat.I was not comfortable with the service at this Verizon store.
This place is just patatic when it comes to customer service. Thy are all sales driven. I get it. But that doesnt mean you tell your customer Oh, yea, I forgot to take out the SIM card because YOU made me forget. Really? Because I was trying to remember my phone reset password, I made you forget to remove the SIM card? This guy (name starts with a Y) started off the entire process throwing his other coworkers under the bus saying they told me wrong information and I shouldnt be doing this or that. Im not one to get loud, in not one to make a scene. But I am one who is going to shame this place and give the lowest rating possible.
Just an awkward store. Nothing happens quickly. Lots of salespeople but few that are really helpful. The store is also poorly labeled.
Love Verizon!!! Great cell service fast internet.
Gilbert was a ass, if you go into Verizon, bring a recorder. What I thought I was getting cast me 350.00 to get out. You are better off going to another Company
Like a lot of businesses a lot of upselling of phone acessories at more than twice the price online. Verify exactly, what everything you are buying, are really what you are going to pay per month. Still dont know.
Bought a new Apple iwatch series 3, 5 days ago. Most of the apps havenβt worked. I have tried every software fix to no avail... It was determined to be defected. Went back to the store and wanted a new one since I have had it for ONLY 5 days. They were out of stock, which I understood. I asked to have one shipped to the store and the guy told me I would have to buy a new one and that was the only way to get one. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!! I just bought a new one 5 days ago. Then he said well you could get one under the warranty but what I would get back is a refurbished one not a new one, again ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!! I just bought a new one and want a new one that works in return. Highly disappointed Verizion... you guys drop the ball... I just spent a ton of money on new iPhone 8, new iPad and new watch, not to mention the money I spend monthly for the services. I am highly disappointed, I am thinking of returning everything, canceling your service and switching to a new carrier.
I came in to return two phones. No hassles and reasonably fast response.
Awesome, knowledgeable and prompt service.
Ive always almost come here to upgrade my phone... however this last time doing so has left me almost paying double my bill due to someone not getting all my account information corrcet and just rushing me into a phone sale. Thanks now im stuck paying for devices an one of which i dont use. I will be leaving my Verizon plan shortly.
Just a note to thank Kenny for his time & expertise on Sunday 12/28/14. I needed an SD card for my phone - no big deal. Kenny helped me out - installed the card - and then I asked him where exactly does Google Play store music on my phone - considering that the devise never did have an SD card? Hmmmm. Kenny took the time and had the patience to actually find the seriously illogical / convoluted / deeply buried file location - and then make sure that all files (mostly music) were safely stored on the SD card. Thanks Kenney - you are appreciated.
Good location, located next to a Startbucks. Its a smaller store but very helpful employees.
I am here. Been waiting about 90 minutes. Been next in line for about 20 minutes. There are 50 people waiting in line and I am watching a customer service rep polish some womans iphone for her, while other people just stand aroubd. they really really need to work on their efficiency.
The staff is not professional, they are interested in a quick turn around You have to push them to address all your needs, it took at least 4 trips, to 2 different stores to solve my problems
Today Jawal helped my parents to find the right phone for their needs. He was personable, helpful, and friendly. He got us out in a timely manner and synched their old phones apps/pictures/contacts to their new phone for us. We have been a long time Verizon customer and we all agree that he provided the BEST and EASIEST phone-buying experience thus far. Thanks, Jawal! -Haight Family
If there were negative stars to give I would give them! No customer service! False promises to placate you until you go away and then to get in touch with anyone you have to call almost everyday for weeks to only be told they will call you back and they never do!!!
Every time I go there they want to give me something for free. Until you see your bill. That free item costs at least $10.00 a month to use. And you cant just cancel it.
Awful experience. Ive never been treated so rude at a retail store. The lady at the front wouldnt even let me talk to a representative and started arguing with me. I just wanted to update my network.
Ricardo is very helpful and patience
Staff was very good to me!
Excellent customer service.
This store is hardly a REAL verizon store. I dont know why all these premium retailers keep popping up but there is nothing primo about them. Let me say ONE good thing about the store which is that the 2 male associates (a caucasian gentleman and middle eastern young man) are VERY friendly and they are very helpful. They rock! However the manager of the store has major attitude and is not helpful at all. All I have to say is that any Verizon that closes in the middle of the day is NOT the equivalent of a regular verizon store. Their products are limited, hours are funky, they are supposed to have the same services as any other store, however they seem to want you to jump through extra hoops at this particular branch for services that I can guarantee dont take as many steps at another retailer. Also in regards to trying to call the store and speak with them directly, good luck with that. It transfers you to the national payment center and there is no option to speak with the store reps directly. :( I wish they would close and put whatever store they had there before back!
I got stuck with a Droid 2 all because I went on a cruise and trusted them that I had to return the phone in my market.A great way to lose $600
I was in this Verizon store on Saturday May 17th. Kevin Davis was the person who helped me and my husband. I orignally came in because my Galaxy S3 was no longer holding a charge and it was still under warranty. Kevin told us our options (submit a claim and theyβll mail me out a new phone in the next couple days, or I could upgrade). I wasnβt sure what phone I wanted to upgrade to so he told me about all my options and answered all my questions about the three phones I narrowed it down to. He was very detailed and very easy to work with. He told us about the Mothers Day promotion an iphone c and a tablet for 100$ and said that we qualified. He also said heβd throw in an extra tablet. We went with this deal. He helped us arrange our plan so we could benefit for the unlimited talk and text and adjusted our data so we wouldnβt go over. I feel like Kevin went above and beyond for us and I am very happy with the amount of customer service we got from him. We even had to go in the next day, and immedatly as we walked through the door he greeted us and took care of us once again and went above and beyond. Kevin is a huge asset to your store and to Verizon. There should be more employees like him. He gave us a great deal and his knowledge and expertice was superior. I have told several people about Kevin and how great he was and they are looking forward to seeing him when they upgrade there phone. We deffintly will be going back to Kevin Davis at the Los Altos Verizon store. Thank you Kevin.
Dont come here unless you want to spend your whole day here. Worse than a line at Disneyland. At least there, you get to ride.
Awesome, Jawan is the man to know, good service and good person
Very knowledgeable and eager to help.
The manager is just unprofessional feel sorry for this place as a customer for 20 years. will take my business somewhere else many carrier in the market.
Getting better service :-)
Horrible individuals! Was there 2 whole hrs and these SOBS did everything but what I ask. I spent the majority of my time telling these rockets... No, I just want what I came for.
Always helped quickly
Sad when the employee doesnt know the company promotions that are current.
Need more training & low knowledge of products
They allowed someone to open an account in my name with no proof of idenity
They are extremely helpful
Not the cheapest but the best 25+years as customer
Excellent location and staff
CLOSED!
This location has the worst customer service ever people are rude and no help I been there 2 times and both times I went home mad I reported to Verizon but I guess it does nothing this place needs some good management I been with Verizon 5 years and this experience with this people there are making want to switch my cell phone provider
Nice service no complaints
Knowledgeable staff in store.
Couldnt fix my phone
They help me out with everything
Very poor service
They went extra mile
Customer service on the telephone and store need to be on one Accord
Terribly rude sums it up and the manager there discriminates against people in wheelchairs and I had to report him; he treated me like dirt both times I went in there.
