Rick with Monster Fix is a absolute stud. He came out to meet me at a downtown Starbucks where it’s crowded and the parking sucks. We posted up outside, the whole time we had a conversation. I was able to ask questions business related and personal. While we’re talking he is fixing my broken screen on my iPhone 6. Not only did he not miss a beat answering questions, he absolutely hit the fix out of the park. My cell phone looks brand new and works great. He makes it look easy. My boyfriend bought a phone of the internet. He started having difficulty with it and the touch screen. So he took it to Monster Fix and the tech no only fix the problem but let him know that the previous owner had replaced the screen with cheap and broken materials.The tech not only brought the phone back to life but did it at a great price. The shop shares space with a cute Cambodian bridal shop. All the staff here are really nice and very helpful.Also the tech can help you after hours if you have a phone emergency.

I took my Samsung Galaxy S9, anyone that knows about Cellphones knows this Androids phones are not easy to work on, you try to take them to Techs, they want you to buy a new 1, I couldnt be happier with the Service, I only took it to get my front screen fix and he didnt just fix my screen he even fix my speaker that it was hard to hear at times, know is loud and clear, prices are affordable, good location for parking, Call before going, and what i like the best he will talk to you with honesty something that alot of business wont do

When I came in to get my screen fixed he told me I had a 30 day warranty. 8 days after I came and to get my screen fixed it broke again, when I called and explained this to the business they told me that they could only replace the screen for free if it wasn’t broken...?? And now because there Was damage to the screen they cannot replace it. Literally one week later. I don’t know how that makes sense but they wanted to charge me another $70 to replace screen that was initially faulty to begin with?? He said he is willing to charge me half but how does it make sense to pay for something that was faulty to begin with?

If you have a gaming PC that you need help FIXING or BUILDING, this is the best man to go to in all of SoCal. He loves computers and knows how to build them. Recommend 10-10. ( He helped fix a booting error within my SSD and helped me fix it. Keep in mind my Pc is a GTX 1080 TI, 8700k CPU, with Liquid cooling system that cools the cpu and GPU, so he knows how to handle high end PCs with care aswell )

Francis helped me out in a major way.he fixed my brothers Samsung A10 it was cracked and just unusable he checked it out and repaired it within 30-40 min tops.i highly recommend he also does consoles and computers.

My screen was severely damaged from a fall. And the owner/technician fixed my screen in less than 20 mnts. My phone is working like a brand new phone. I highly recommend it if you are in the area. Or if you have to drive from LA there DO IT is worth it.

Called Monster Fix today after checking around for a place to fix my cracked iPhone 6plus screen. Quotes from Best Buy, Staples and a couple other places were anywhere from $149- $200. It was a fluke that I checked Living Social as Id already decided to give Monster Fix a call ( due to great reviews) and they had voucher options for fixing all sizes of screens and screen/LED packages. With the Living Social 20% discount my cost was $63.20 down from the $79 for my type of phone screen fix. They are open til 7 pm which is an added bonus!I called and first spoke with Bryan who, while not only being very friendly, assured me they could fix my phone in about 30-45 minutes so I said Id be in. His brother, Francis, was who ended up helping me and fixing my phone. Nicest guy! I highly recommend them as they are a family owned business with great service and prices. They service all types of Apple products in addition to your other cell phone brands ( Im fairly sure Francis said they work on other brands of laptops and things but am not positive. I know he listed a really long list of phone brands, including Samsung). They have accessories available for purchase at good prices, too.

Rick is a nice & reasonable guy, and seems to be an expert at what he does especially since he’s studied electronics since the 90s. He fixed my friend’s iPhone 7plus screen and even replaced some missing screws in the body. He’s made it worth the wait by having a friendly conversation with him while he worked like a surgeon. We didn’t even wait that long, he started on the spot & we were out within 10-20 minutes! Plus, did I mention he’s Christian? Took my samsung to get my screen fixed i came back after four days to check on my phone he said it didnt want to turn on that it might be the battery so he ordered a new one I went away for a week for work . When I came back I went for my phone screen fixed but it doesnt turn on 2 weeks nothing . Bad experience ever.

Just walked in and no one from that particular part of the store was there. Someone gave me a business card and told me to call the number. I called it and explained the situation and they told me I had the wrong number. Total waste of my time after waiting until 10am to start my day when they “opened”.In response to the reply, 9am today a day after I posted the review. Check your cameras all you want. You will find a tall human being very confused as to why he is not getting any service and will in the future be even more furious for their integrity being questioned. Do not waste your time with this place.

I got an estimate for my broken Pixel 2 phone screen off of Yelp that beat all competitors in the area. The fix was quick (less than 2 hours total) between bringing my phone screen up from their Orange location to Long Beach and the actual screen replacement. Very happy with the results and would highly recommend.

Good timely service and knowledgeable. someone from my office jammed their sim cared into their brand new Galaxy S8+ without the tray and left it to me to fix. I went to other places locally and gave me the run-around. I called and spoke with Francis who gave me a straight forward answer and solution over the phone. Complete tear down of the phone was required, but I received phone with zero issues as if nothing happened.I will now be recommending this shop to everyone I know.

The guy that works at the shop who is actually the owner, Francis, can fix not just cellphones but computers too! I spoke with him over the phone with many questions to ask cause I was iffy about coming in for the first time. He said 2 to 3 days tops regardless what software issue my computer has and mainly because he was backed up by a lot of customers. So I came in and waited about 15 minutes, he fired up my computer to make sure it powers on(freezes instantly upon Windows 10 boot due to virus lol) and said he can fix it and will get to it asap! He is only 1 man running his shop so I decided to be patient about it. Although prices vary, HE CHARGED ME ONLY $75 for a virus removal, free 1 month anti virus subscription and my files werent deleted! The usual price I pay for software diagnostics is usually over $100. THIS GUY IS NEGOTIABLE! Francis will price match other competitors and he puts customers first over his business! For now this will be my new found place for fixing any of my things that has techinical issues. I highly recommend this shop to anybody living in the area because this guy is just excellent with his services.

Instead of going to my att carrier to fix my issue, I decided to try this shop low key for my 1st gen rooted s7 edge which turned my experience to a living hell after I had rooted it. The issue was I had no idea how to restore it back to stock firmware then update it back to nougat which I attempted for an entire day and failed. When I went this shop to go speak with Francis in person the following day, he said its something very simple that he can fix in a few hours and if not that, by next day noon the latest if he gets backed up with other customers and will only charge me $40! Surely enough, it was done on the same day in just 3 to 4 hours. Now I can use google play store with it not acting funny on me, no glitchy calls and lagging on my phone anymore! Best of all, all my data was backed up! Bottom line Francis is such an excellent Tech, he is straight-forward so if theres something he cant do, he will say so and I know so by body language the moment I walked into his shop. So if youre looking to fix something for cheap, this is one of those places!

My Galaxy S5 charging input was broken. So the guy ordered a part, which was the wrong part. He finally got the right part a few days later, which was $50 to fix. And now my S5 is glitching everyday for a few minutes. Good luck if you go their, but I would never go there again.
