I came in today in the afternoon to bring in my broken iWatch. I was told I had AppleCare when I bought it from an official T-Mobile store. And they confirmed I had it.I was in complete shock because I literally discussed my AppleCare Options when I purchased it a few months ago. I asked the sales rep if there was anything I could do about this situation because I was told I had insurance on the watch. He said there was nothing I could do even though I had $200 dollars to pay off on it. He dismissed me hardcore and made me feel like a VERY unvalued costumer. “There’s nothing you can do. Bye”. This isn’t the first bad instance at this store. I will never return and am leaving T-Mobile. I was a costumer for 20 years.
Jasmin was very attentive and accommodating to our needs! We kept her after closing but she was very patient with us and described all the promotions and deals we were looking for! I am a sprint user who is now excited to move over to T-Mobile! Also great management skills and customer service from Gabriel who was very knowledgeable for everyone in the store.

Worse customer service or just ONE bad seed. First off, the guy offered me 2 promos which you cant do. One for a buy one get one free S10 and $500 mail in rebate when you trade in a qualifying phone.. second, he didnt transfer all my data to the new phone ( lost my daughters pictures when she was born ) and LAST. ! He send me home with a disconnected phone, AFTER I had asked him if the phone was ready to use. There wasnt even a SIM card inside the phone. He literally took the fun out the experience and made it a regretful event. I will definitely not be shopping at this location again.!!!.!.!.!.!. ZERO starts if I could.

Very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly. Efran helped me tonight. He got me in and out with a new phone in 30min. restored all my settings and gave me the exact info i needed. Staff buzzed around him with lighting speed paper processing support. Thank you Efran....you made the stressful situation of losing and replacing my phone, very easy and smooth!
