Had a great experience here. This was our first time at Bob’s and it couldn’t have gone better. The rep we dealt with (Brandon?) knew the product and was very friendly. There was no pushing to get other products. He listened to what we needed and was able to easily show us what they had based on those needs. I’ve been searching for a dresser for a long time now, I began to feel discouraged until I walked through the doors of Bob’s furniture and there stood Brandon, the sales rep I’ve been waiting for. He immediately greeted us and asked how he could be of assistance, to which we happily accepted and so our endeavor began. Brandon led the way through the store, showing us many wonderful options yet nothing seemed right. Finally, we turned a corner and there stood the most beautiful piece of wood furniture I’ve ever seen in my life. My eyes began to water from its beauty… yet the color wasn’t right. Brandon already had the different color choices ready and we decided upon the gray. I’m so thankful for Bob’s and Brandon, he is invited to Thanksgiving, now part of our family. Tony Borruso was fantastic!!! So helpful, welcoming. He went above and beyond. We met him back in March when we first looked at the sofas. He was not pushy and gave us a print out for future reference. Now 7 months later we went back and he was there, but the sofa wasnt. He looked into his computer and found the one we wanted in the warehouse. He was able to secure it for us and schedule delivery the same week!! Fantastic service.

Monica and Johnathan are amazing. Johnathan, the floor rep, met me at the entry door ready to assist me. He knew all the names of the collections and pieces, which we laughed about. Excellent customer service skills from the Manager Jonathan and Customer service agent Michelle. They both went beyond their perspective duties to make sure they found what I was looking for after placing an order for an entertainment center that should have been in on October 26th but was on back order to December 18th. They were able to offer me something similar and I was very impressed and excited with my replacement items. You both rock and have helped me prepare my new home for Thanksgiving. I definitely recommend this place. It feels great to come inside a furniture store where you are being welcomed by friendly staff. They take pride in their work. Customer service is number one!. Our representative Daniel was exceptional. He went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. I like the fact that he took time to explain the quality in furniture and different payment options. They also keep their showroom clean and presentable. This has to be one of the best shopping experience that my family and I had. Nothing compared to shopping online. THE MANAGER AT THIS PLACE WAS OUTSTANDING!!! Minh was amazing! The store was amazing! He was super helpful and made my decisions super easy. I bought basically everything new for my whole entire 2 bedroom first apartment for my daughter and I. Minh was mindful to my wants and needs and addressed every concern and helped with the process as it went smoother then melted butter on bread. I will not stop bragging about how well he did and what a store it is.

I came in met with Tony, our sales guy and he was fantastic and explained everything to us and things went very well.

The shopping experience was great. No sales person to harass you. We walked through the store & found a few items that matched what we were looking for. When we were ready, our salesman, Daniel, took the time to answer our questions & explained how shipping & financing worked. The only issues we had were one discontinued item that we had wanted to purchase & the estimated arrival of our furniture is about 2 months away.

This is by far the best Bob’s in the area, if you normally go to the Huntington Beach location you have to try Long Beach. Their back room is the best, ask for Art.

Recommend going here if you are actively looking to buy. Walked into Bob’s and Tony was waiting there to greet us and spent about 30 seconds telling us where everything was. He helped us out by letting us know what was in stock, what came in what color, and was more of a guide than a salesman. Our 3 year-old had a breakdown so we left to take her home to nap and I drove back alone to order the items myself. I flagged down Tony and we completed the order. Did not find anything shady about this store and they have a very large selection. These 5 stars are for Tony. We will see how the delivery and setup goes.

Monica is the best!!! We had lots of questions in regards to a variety of items, and she was so patient, knowledgeable and informative. She helped us get exactly what we needed. She was also very understanding when it came to our son with special needs who at times was very rambunctious.

Customer service is friendly at the store, before you buy their item but sadly their goof proof and warranty is not. I purchased a sofa bed. First time my 12 year old sat on it it broke. Small daughter. I filed the claim thru goof guardian protection and got denied. I went to the store and also denied. Because this was not accidental. Ofcourse is was not the couch was just poor quality. Whats the point of buying protection plan. Shouldve just gone to Ashley furniture next door more expensive but no haggle when it comes to replacing damaged items. I am so upset only lasted 6 months and then broke. Piece of s#*t.

The Insurance (Guardian) offered by Bobs was useless for my situation, no fault of Bobs Discount Furniture.The wiring zip tie downs was done without thought and skill. Using the power to Recline the chair 💺, frayed the wire insulation fraying the actual wires. Because it wasnt the actual motor operation the Insurance wouldnt cover the repair. (I say, no power through the wires to the motor, no operation).But they did offer a $165.00 wire replacement, no way. I was negative for 8 months for Bad Customer Warranty Service.I just got so mad and went to Bobs Discount Furniture in Long Beach and spoke with (Manager Emmit Biggs) in 1 minute Emmit said, Mr. Hernandez select a New Replacement Chair at no cost. He turned me around 360 Degrees.I prise Bob for its stance on Excellent Customer Service 👌. I hope to replace 75% of my home furniture when my wife retires to Colorado.Thank 👍 you Emmit.

I had to replace a remote for our adjustable bed and they charged one hundred dollars! The remote shouldve costed, at the most, 25 bucks. And I had to wait a week for them to ship it to me. They didnt even keep any spares in store. Boo! Bad customer service and bad way to price gouge a customer who bought an adjustable bed and bed frame from you! If you are looking for an adjustable bed, maybe steer clear.

Our experience at the long Beach store with Mary was amazing. We were direct and straightforward and she took very good care of us. The only bad thing is the 5 year protection plan is not offered for lease so we ended up not financing and just paying cash. We went out of our way from Riverside to longbeach due to mediocre service at the bobs in riverside, which is a short drive from home. We will be returning to bobs in a few weeks and recommend Bobs to everyone.

This was my first time shopping at Bob’s Discount Store and I must say it was a great experience!! We waited 5 min to get in, so not bad. We were then greeted & tested before coming in. Horrible customer service at this location! Ordered to pick up a dining table set at the store and we got no help in loading the items in the vehicle ! I am glad I did not end up going by myself and my husband went otherwise I would not know what to do. Keep in mind the total weight for everything was over 200pds for one person to load themselves is ridiculous!!!

I would say I’m a indecisive shopper. Luckily I seen what I liked online but I went into the store just to get a visual and to ask some questions that were explained online. Bill helped me and took care of everything I asked. I was in and out. Can’t wait to have my new bed!

Walked into BOBS DISCOUNT FURNITURE just to browse and walked out with 2 living room sets, Fireplace TV stand and an amazing floor lamp. I was greeted by the friendliest staff, but Minh was a straight ALL STAR 🌟 TROOPER as well as Luke helping me pull odds n ends so I could have a better ideal visually of how to piece everything together! Minh went above and beyond contacting the Riverside store for pieces that I needed but was clueless as to what they were actually called, he helped me out with everything even securing the pieces I needed from the Riverside location! Minh tested all the all the recliners, Fireplace TV stand and the floor lamp without hesitation of any kind! I dont think Ive ever had such an attentive and amazing shopping experience! Today I drive into the parking lot of Bob’s Furniture Store with the intentions of looking around to get an idea of what I wanted in the near future. When I walked through the door the hospitality began, from the first point of contact and throughout. My sales rep was Trudy, she asked me a few questions to find out what I had in mind, gave me a brief knowledge of each area and let me explore. She stayed within close proximity, but didn’t crowed my space. All of the furniture was beautiful ☺️ I wanted to buy it all, and the quality and fair prices blew me away. The person who came to look 👀 purchased a few pieces for 3 rooms of the house 🏡 and was offered a warranty that’s insanely good for years of coverage. I’m truly happy with my purchase and the service provided, I’d recommend Bob’s furniture to everyone who’s looking to revamp their home. This furniture store is pretty nice. They offer furniture in a variety of price ranges. And they still have discounted furniture in the back showroom. You have knowledgeable staff available to help with any questions that you may have. Which makes the experience even better. If its something that you may be looking for that they dont have at this location they will look for it at another location. Which they are opening up new locations all around Southern California.

I went into Bobs in Long Beach to start planning for a move. I was greeted by two associates, one of which was Mary. No number of characters will do justice to how AMAZING she was!! I had initially chosen Bobs because being a Massachusetts native and Bobs originating there (I believe), I wanted a store I was confident in. They have always been known for high quality products at very fair prices. Mr. Bob was also well respected for his work in the community. Mary embodies EVERYTHING I believed Bobs to be. She was so kind and extremely helpful. Mary didnt pressure me into any up sells. Mary listened to what I was trying to accomplish and was so spot on with each piece she chose. It was like having a personal interior decorator by my side. She also stopped me from making a very bad mistake when it came to choosing curtains or doors for the closets haha!! I cant thank Mary enough. She was worth the visit all on her own. Thank you Bobs, but mostly, thank you Mary!!

Luis Salazar did awesome job today helping my boyfriend and I pick out a couch. He show us what selection they had and told his the different colors they can in. He also help us get an idea of a new bed frame. He wasnt a pushy sell man he gave us our personal space to think about our purchase. We will definitely be coming back and asking for him.

Was pleased that they took my temperature and had hand sanitizer available. They introduced me to Trudy who was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. She didnt try to oversell and I appreciated the way she let me look without hovering. I found what I was looking for and she gave me several options. It was an enjoyable experience. Me and my wife had a great experience at Bob’s today, we were able to pick up a power reclining sofa with pull down counsel plus a recliner and a power reclining love seat. We would definitely recommend to friends and family, our sales guy Bill was awesome and was able to get what we wanted.
