Ortho has the nicest salesperson, Jose. I had visited the store before and saw the twin mattress set afew months ago. When I was ready to buy I called Jose and he verified the sale price and quoted me the delivery cost .I also need a new frame.I told him that my out of state relative was purchasing it and Jose said that would me fine. My relative called me and said he spoke with Jose and that my bed would be there tomorrow.My new bed was delivered. The delivery man called me 40 minutes before and set up my new bed in 10 minutes. They took the bedframe box and plastic matress bags with them. I highly recommend Ortho to my friends and family.

We werent ready to buy when we walked in but Mark made us feel very comfortable and was very understanding of our needs/wants that we needed up buying a new mattress before we left. Over the last few weekends we went to a number of stores and after a while, all the mattress start to feel the same but Mark made us feel very welcomed and wasnt a pushy salesman type. The moment we walked into the store. We was insulted about our weight and age. We told him we were on a budget and he kept going for the most expensive bed. Really. That guy had a porch hanging off his front. No business being in sales. Id rather sleep on a board.

Great experience this morning working with Mark Courtney. He set me up and helped me get just what I needed.

So I came in about a year ago with my wife to start looking for new beds and the lady was very kind and we found what we wanted and it was for a better price than the dept stores we checked out first. We decided to sleep on it and come back because it was going to be almost 4gs. A bunch of stuff happened and long story short we didnt come back till a year later to find that the lady didnt work at that location anymore but a young man named christian welcomed and showed us the mattress we picked out a year ago and luckily it was on sale for about $200 less than when we originally were in, and he showed us an adjustable base which he made us fall in love with. With the base we were now looking at about 6gs. He explained the financing option which allowed us 6o months with zero int zero down. We still knew that the price wasnt changing but we liked that we didnt have to pay it all at once. Christian even threw in two pillows that my wife loved. Literally walked out of there with a huge smile cause they were going to be delivering it that evening, we were super excited. Its been a lil over a month now and its been even better for us than we expected. Love ortho and referred my whole FB friend list to them. Go talk to Christian R, hes an expert on sleep

Had to go back and get another mattress the one that was sold the first one was sold to me was a guest mattress I have no guest room go figure
