I received excellent service from Chaning! She spent a lot of time giving me insight and information about the products I was interested in purchasing. I believe the owner helped me find a product right away, as well! This is a well- stocked, very organized beauty supply store. I would recommend it!

I really like them they’re very helpful very nice and I have a broken foot so I sent my dad in and they really accommodate him to even get on the phone and talk to me to ask what they need so they really are accommodating and I really do like them in and they really do try to help and they really smile and they’re happy that you do come in so I really do like going in there when I can😆

They always have the products I need and the staff is very helpful & knowledgeable of color and various hair care for all types of hair. I prefer OK Beauty Supply over their big name competitors. They also have a great & diverse selection of clearance items that make it worth my weekly trip just to browse and see whats new.

Im from Tennessee and was looking for a hair store for black women, and this had everything I needed! But not just for black women, everyone can purchase items here. They all were helpful and patient and very kind. I will definitely come back!
