Nice place, great staff, very friendly and the store was VERY clean, just a little on the pricey side for the every day stuff. But I will go back and see if they ordered the wig I wanted!

They watch you shop and act like you are shop lifting. They made me feel so uncomfortable, I went in for a toner and I was also looking at the semi permanent hair colors. I have blonde hair and like to add purple dye to my shampoo. They come up to me immediately and ask me if I needed help. I politely said, No thank you, Im just here for a toner. She quickly responded this is not where the toners are. So irritating! I was being watched the whole time by this hispanic lady.

The customers service is awesome and the clerks are very nice and friendly people. And very helpful.

Wish I could give no stars but I had to at least give 1 the owner of this business is very unprofessional if your going to have a business in a diverse community and are racist to the people who are giving you there money then you need to be closed down! I will never spend a penny in this store again mind you Im a Licensed cosmetologist and have a bachelor degree in business so I know a thing or two about customer service I can take my money and receive the same discounts as this place but because of convenience I choose to come here never again! There merchandise is marked up so high above the margin and they refuse to give license professionals there discount unbelievable! She was rude and ignorant to the law I will be filing a complaint with BBB also the IRS tax administration on the price gouging and fraud charges on sample size merchandise thats being sold for profit also weight and measures for falsifying labels DONT SHOP HERE THEY ARE STEALING FOR THE COMMUNITY AND THEY Dont LIKE MINORITIES!
