I checked several shops and all quoted 40% higher rates. Also many wanted to replace the grill completely. These guys are honest, fast and fair. I would definitely come back.

I had a great experience at this shop. Made an appointment with the owner Francisco Bonilla. Came in for minor body work on my bumper. It was the exact price he quoted, and he started work on my car immediately. Took 45 minutes. Very pleasant, and efficient. I was referred by a friend who also had a great experience with Francisco. There’s no better place to go! After being side swiped my quarter panel on my g35 coupe was a reck! I thought I’d have to pay an arm and a leg for this repair and after being quoted over a grand at three different shops I was starting to believe it, but Long Beach Collision Center came through hugely! Fransisco helped me with all my needs and quoted me a price that was super fair, he talks you through every step they’ll go through to get your repairs right and he was not kidding when he told me it’ll come out looking brand new... Francisco provides Such amazing customer service! Phone calls to let you know status of repairs, and any changes that might be necessary. He is quick to contact insurance company and take care of estimates fir repairs and or any additional work needed. I honestly have not received such excellent customer service from any other business I’ve used. Francisco tells you he’s not happy if your not happy! This is my first review, and I am glad that it is to share the positive experience I had at Long Beach Collision Center. My 2003 Toyota Sequoia passenger door was overextended open and folded forward, ruining the hinges, door, and twisted the pillar. I picked up a door at the local wreck yard from an 02 Sequoia and brought it here. The guys here repaired the pillar, installed it, changed the interior panel from my damaged door to the replacement door, and painted it. It is good as new. I was nervous that the door wouldnt shut perfect, and that I would hear road wind. Let me tell you, the door closes smooth right on the latch, and she sits tight in her spot. Now my wife is happy and the family is happy. As soon as I get some extra cash, Im bringing my truck for some TLC too!

Long Beach Collision Center (LBCC) exceeded my expectations. The front of car was pretty damage and the LBCC team managed to get it get back to brand new condition. I also had a big scratch on the side of my car, and they repaired it and no charge! Again, the repair was perfect! In addition to providing high quality service on my vehicle, Francisco and his team are extremely professional and accommodating. Fransisco gave me a ride home when I dropped my vehicle off and delivered my car to my home when they finished because I was unable to pick it up. This place is truly amazing and I highly recommend!!

Walked in and Frank took one look at my popped-out side fender and knew exactly what to do. Took care of it in ten minutes and I was on my way - and since it was such a small fix and they had the part (small clip) sitting around already it was free of charge. Fourth time Ive taken my truck to Long Beach Collision Center and I am totally satisfied with their service and professionalism. In fact, today they even squeezed me in to do some minor work on my truck, even though they are completely slammed. I cant recommend them enough.

I stupidly crashed into a pole at a local gas station….hence my front bumper was crushed. Went to two highly recommended repair shops; both insisted I needed it replaced. My neighbor had work done at LBCC and I stopped by and Frank assured me he could repair it didnt need replacement. (no hard sell). I wasnt convinced so again I got another opinion. Same conclusion…bumper needed to be replaced and they would try to find the same make and model for my 2003 Acura.Back I went to see Frank. He again stated he could repair it. I said…Do It. He did and my 14 yr old car looks brand new. He also painted my rear bumper to eliminate the scratches and dents. I LOVE my car. I LOVE the guys that worked on it. Very professional…courteous….considerate.Great work….Great price….Great service. Love you all!!!!

This is hands down the best place to go to. I was impressed from the moment I got my quote because Fransisco took the time to really look at the damage and explain things to me. He was very confident about what they could do. What made it a no-brainer was that he gave me such a fair price, which he honored all the way through. He did a fantastic job on making my car like new and even fixed scratches that werent part of the damage from my accident. Ive used Long Beach Collision twice now for my 2013 Honda Accord. Highly recommended. Great workmanship and customer service.

They took a week longer than they said theyd get my car repaired. Paid to have the new parts match and be painted but hatch back door is different color thats the rest of the car and the spoiler part has scratches all over it. Big glue stain left on my door that wont come off. The worst part of the experience was that when they finally got it done thu called me to let me know they needed 400 dollars extra for a part they didnt receive with trunk door when what actually happened was they misplace it in my glove compartment. I will be calling for my money back, I just hate having to deal with things like this in the first place. 1 star for soooo many uncaring mistakes on their part.

Best place to take your car if insurance covering costs!

They did really good work for a good price. I called 20 different body shops, 90% of them were higher phone quotes, I visited 5 places to get written quotes. 3 of them had so much higher price for the work, most of them had a cheaper hourly rate but quoted at least 10 hours more of labor and 10 more of paint work and would have been $1000 more. Caliber colision quoted $4000 more than these guys even tho there hourly rate was lower. There was only one quote that was less but I got a really bad vibe from them and they would have just used bondo insted on new parts. In the end I used Long Beach Colision Center because they were up front about everything and had competitive prices. I am very happy with there work. My car looks amazing now I am verry happy with there work and would use then again in a second if I needed anything in the future.

I needed work done for front and rear bumpers, hood and windshield replacement and decided to check LBCC out in person after reading the very positive reviews on Yelp. I was intrigued to meet Pat who everybody said was so nice. As soon as I met him I knew the reviews were true. Pat is such a nice guy you cant help but like him and everyone else there I spoke to and work with were very nice and helpful too.But how are their work and prices? I got estimates at a couple of other places before going to LBCC and they were a few hundred less. Great. But the work? You get what you pay for right? In this case I got more than what I paid for. The work was flawless and done on time. My car looked liked it had been detailed on the exterior when I picked it up...including tire dressing!So I highly recommend LBCC for cost, work quality and customer service. You arent going to do any better all tolled in Long Beach or probably anywhere else.
