Brought my Chevy Truck. Very through with their explanations when finding the issue for my vehicle and gave me choices which is refreshing. I had a list of requests for my vehicle and were honest about certain things they could do and cant do so I appreciate them networking with the locals for services they may not do. Family run business for a long time. Recommend by appointment if you go here. Brakes working nice again. Will come back again.

This place is absolutely amazing! They are very professional and thorough. They do a great job every time and they don’t cost an arm and a leg. I will use Lincoln Auto every time! I am highly impressed and highly recommend.

Wasnt able to assist with a parasitic drain issue. (Not willing to measure the amperage). Was insisting on measuring the battery voltage by a volt meter instead of measuring the current. Thats technically an incorrect method to detect battery drain.I gave 2 stars because he accepted to take a look at the car without an appointment.Also, unprofessional with making appointments. (Bring it next week, maybe I can look at it). Either give me an appointment or dont.

I have had several vehicles serviced here. They are very thorough, and informative as to what repairs are needed. I am very pleased with their work.

This shop is Awesome. Ruben and his team are friendly knowledgeable and HONEST! Mechanics like this are very hard to find! They have worked on each of the three vehicles I own and have done great work every time. They even squeezed me in for a same day appointment to fix my air conditioning so I could have my truck for the weekend trip I wanted to take ...that’s Excellent customer service! Their prices are Pretty reasonable I recommend this shop for everyone, but especially for the ladies that need repair and don’t want to worry about getting ripped off. Dropped my truck off for some work. Worked out a price. Came back because there was a faulty new part. Changed it out no questions asked. In and out in a day. Ruben is the man.

U know how alot of people are leary about mechanics bcuz many of them are untrustworthy and its true, they are all about themselves and how they can make money off of you. I was experiencing that with one on Long Beach Blvd and PCH, so i my wife and I were concerned on how we are going to get our car worked on bcuz the one we went too ate us up with money and not a good job, but we moved down the street from this shop and gave it a shot and its been a blessing. These people care about there customers and do a good job and at a reasonable price. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO EVERYONE! GOOD AND HONEST PEOPLE!
