Took my car to have minor repairs before turning in my lease. When I got it back I was so sad to return my lease. It was beautiful! Great work, friendly staff and did I mention GREAT work? I would take my car again over & over. They will pick up your car while droping you a rental anywhere in Southern California.... 5 ***** service through and through!

EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the service here. I needed to replace a part on my vehicle and this shop had a significantly better price than auto shop around Long Beach. In fact, I called a list of about 7 different auto shops around Long Beach to get the best deal and this place was the best by several hundred dollars. I had my under engine guard splash loose and just dragging when i drive around. Looking at the item cost and the labor i just thought the worst for just to get it fix. I wud do it myself but since my car is low and dont have jack stands, had to go some where to get it fix. This place was really nice professional and friendly. Got it fix and i can be more happier with the quick and to the point service. Thank you.

The girl at the front desk is extremely rude. Mgmt not friendly either. I discovered this after having my car fixed here. Then found all the extra damage they had added to the car, such as torn headliner, broken interior lights, oil inside the car, damaged locks, & they broke my car key (in half!) Very unprofessional. When I brought this to their attention they told me to go to Autozone & buy a new one. Which is ironic bc Autozone does not even sell or repair my type of car key. Wont be coming back here.

These guys are amazing. I was traveling from East coast and had an issue with my rental cars front bumper. I didnt want to deal with the insurance, as it would have been time-consuming and expensive. I went to them asking for a quick fix.They fixed my car really fast while I waited. The best thing was they didnt even charge me anything. While I insisted, they asked me to give them a positive review on Google. I cant recommend these guys enough. They have the right skills, passion for work and integrity.

The staff was on top of it, they picked up the vehicle right away and got to work. Had a heavy hit in the front driver side of my car. Any questions or concern I had about the vehicle, Quality Collision center worked and did their best to make sure that everything went well with the car. These body shop is very reliable, have a good customer service, and repair my car really good. My car makes a lot of noise, have a power steering leak, and bad engine mounts. I went to check out the services that they offer and if they can fix the problems of my car. Well what do you know they gave back my car fully repaired, it doesnt any leaks and it runs smoothly and quietly.Their customer service is awesome. They are customer friendly and easy to talk to. They will make you feel comfortable. Great auto body shop. The manager is an absolute professional, and their workmanship is also very good. All the work on my vehicle was done with care, in a timely manner and within the quote initially provided.

Went to get a quote for repair of my car but I was given the impression by the clerk that I was a hassle, bothering her. I asked about a full repair/paint job for my car and an arbitrary high-dollar figure was quickly given to me. I was told I would get a phone call in regards to them finding parts to repair my vehicle but never received it. Message received, my old car isnt worth the shops time and effort so I will attempt to try and fix it myself.

Stopped by for an estimate. Parked my vehicle and someone came out and said “do you need an estimate” after one of the shop employees saw me pull in. I said yes. She did not introduce herself, was very impersonal, asked where the damage was, started snapping a few pictures with her phone, and she said “I’ll get that estimate for you, you can come inside if you want”. I followed her in, where she didn’t speak to me again and just handed me a 3 page report. It all happened in 5 mins from start to finish. I figured if this is the communication you get from these people from the very first step into their shop, how is it going to be when I have questions or concerns during during the actual repair process. No thanks! Went to the shop on the next block and gave them my business instead.

I was referred there by my sister and Im very satisfied with their service there working on my car nowand then inform the insurance company and the rental car company if theres any delays so I dont have to hassle with it

Unfortunately life happens, as for me, three or four times. Just to be clear, none of those were my fault. Fortunately for technology, I looked up QACC and saw their reviews, brought my car here for repairs, and came back just as Id expected.The front staff Marianne Malhar and Irene are very nice and polite. The Owner Hiten is down to earth and accommodating. Had an issue with one incident that I couldnt drive the car over and he came by to tow it in for me from Irvine! On another instance, he had my car delivered to me. No extra charge too.If there were any issues, it was either promptly taken care of, or they would figure out how to solve the issues.Professional, quality work, and reasonable pricing. Quality Assured Collision Center (QACC) was top notch. We have taken 3 cars to QACC, and the following is our experience. From the time you call, they were friendly and courteous.Them upon arrival, ensured that you were being helped promptly, in addition during the check-in process, made certain that a rental or loaner can we arranged. The quotes our very competitive, and timelines were within expectations. Upon completion they were prompt to notify us that our car(s) were ready for pick-up. Working with Hiten, and his A+ staff is what keeps us going back and always recommending folks to QACC. As of recently the addition of the tow truck and the service to pick-up ones vehicle from any local location i find is another feature that separates this shop from any other. Lastly, they made it seamless by working directly with my insurance company (State Farm) to get the adjuster and paper work completed.

I got T boned on the freeway, and figured my VW GTI would have been totaled. I ended up taking my car to QA Collision to get it fixed.When I showed up I was greeted by friendly staff, and didnt have to wait before they were looking at my car. They even gave me a free loaner car while my car was getting repaired. (I had to wait for CHP to file the report with other drivers insurance information).They would call me and give me updates on my car, and kept me in the loop the entire time. The turnaround time from when my car was hit to done was pretty quick!I would highly recommend QA Collision to anyone looking for top notch collision repair service in Long Beach!

After getting the run-around from both my insurance company and its recommended collision repair shop -- of course, all this on top of being hit by an (idiot) uninsured motorist! -- I followed the trail of positive reviews and ended up at QACC.Great shop -- friendly customer service, knowledgeable estimate and repair staff, and quick, thorough work! The other shop had my car for EIGHT (friggin) DAYS and they did NOTHING but drain my rental car coverage. QACC took care of everything in less than 1 day altogether and even referred me to a great tire shop (Tire Trax, fyi).Would definitely use their services again (but hopefully I wont have to!). Only thing keeping me from reviewing them as Excellent was the time and phone tagging some parts of the process took.
