Had an unfortunate accident a few weeks ago and my insurance led me to Precision and I’m glad it did because Cory helped turn my stressful situation into a much more manageable experience. Really appreciate the work Cory and his crew put into repairing my Toyota Rav4! They finished it at least 2-3 weeks earlier than estimated, and a whole month earlier than other places I looked into. It looks like the accident never happened and Cory was always available to answer any questions/concerns I had.

Cory helped with my car and did an awesome job. This place was recommended by a coworker and did not disappoint. Hopefully I never have to do business with them again but if someone hits my car again I definitely will.

After my vehicle was towed there it was not our job to get N estimate. Glad to explain how insurance works two weeks later i still havent heard from them.

I live on Bell Circle, just a few doors down from Precision Paint & Body. The recent hurricane and a tornado took off their roof and part of it landed in my yard. I tried to move it but it wouldn’t budge. I live alone so there’s no one else here to help me, and I was so pleasantly surprised when the owner of Precision Paint & Body sent someone to my house to remove the roof from my lawn. I think most businesses would have said that it wasn’t their responsibility to remove it, but Precision immediately took care of it, even though they didn’t have to. Not only did they remove the roof, but they also made sure not to leave any screws or bolts behind that could have punctured my tires. The roof was so large, I’m sure it probably had to be taken apart in order to remove it. Thank you so much Mr. Shane, it was so much appreciated that you did that for me. My vehicle was sent there from the dealership for a mysterious leak...not only did they not find or fix my leak, they butchered my truck. Unprofessional and did not want to take responsibility for their part in making the truck worse off. My truck only has 17,000 miles but smells like a soggy gym locker

Work looks good, but still not over the lies that were told. As well as it was not done or even started when they promised it finished. Had to prolong car rental, plus before they started i asked for my truck back and they refused. I blame myself for not getting the PD to go down with me and my truck title. Choose your own, but id suggest elsewhere.

Absolutely incredible work and prices! I was impressed with just how genuinely nice Corey and the other guys in the shop are. My biggest concern with finding a body shop was the fear of someone taking advantage of me and charging an insane amount, but that wasnt the case here. Ive already recommended them to several people and plan to use them for any future work I have.Side note: I actually live in both New Orleans and Houston, but this place came highly recommended by people in the auto industry in South Mississippi.

We just had my daughters car repaired here. My middle daughter was the original owner of this car and she was hit right in the middle of the drivers side. She purchased her 1st car and we kept this one for my youngest. Shane, Corey, Shaun, Natalie and the rest of the Precision Crew are amazing people and very easy to work with! My thoughts were this car was a lost cause. Corey insured me they can get the repairs done and BOY DID THEY!!! The car looks AMAZING and you can’t even tell the car was hit! This is my best experience with a body shop in over fifty years of car ownership. The managers and staff are excellent. They provided me with a quote, did the work in a reasonable time, and performed the work plus extras for the price quoted. The quality of the work is excellent. I would highly recommend this body shop.

Great repair shop. Theyve repaired two newer cars for me now and both times the car looked new again. I couldnt tell the car was ever damaged.

My wife & I hit a orange cone in the middle of the freeway going to visit my son in Long Beach. We dont live in MS so our insurance connected us with Precision. They got us in right away, replaced our bumper, and did an amazing job. Side note: recently Precision fixed our son & daughter-in-laws minivans door so it would open(wiring issue) again(no charge!). Our familys been blessed!

The BEST place to take your vehicle!! They fixed our 2014 Tundra that we had 8 days and then a year later, our son was rear-ended and they fixed his vehicle that was only 5 months old. Both vehicles look amazing - like they were just driven off the new car lot! We will never use anyone else.
