I was rear ended and took my car to Fix. They were professional and friendly, and communicated to me at every stop of the process. My car looks better now than before it was hit, they gave it back to me in pristine condition and had cleaned it too. Abraham inspired confidence that they job would be done right and was a terrific point of contact. The woman at reception was competent and friendly as well. They even got my SUV done a day earlier than anticipated!

My car was involved in a hit and run on May 11th. My car was towed to them on the 17th. I picked them due to all the great reviews. However it is July 27th and have yet to have my car back from them. Im ALWAYS CHASING them to get any kind of update. They tell me they are always waiting for parts for my car. They have gave me 4 different estimates and the pick up date keeps getting pushed back. Now theres no pick up date and they are not returning my calls. Im a single mom and live in Norwalk and work in Costa Mesa. I have made sure I told all my friends and family in person and on social media about this. Never Im my life will I ever get referrer anyone to Fix Auto. Now just waiting to see when they decide to finish so I can get my car back!!!

Going to a car repair shop is NEVER on anyones preferred to-do list. I had a very unfortunate accident with my new vehicle. After the HELL I went through with the Carson Honda Dealership and not wanting to use their recommended repair shop, I went ahead and put my trust into Fix Auto - Signal Hill. I AM SO GLAD I DID. As a customer and consumer ALL you need to leave feeling satisfied is CUSTOMER SERVICE and QUALITY WORK. This is what Fix Auto has given me. Natalie at the front desk will ALWAYS answer the phone AND will always either get you the answer to your question or she will refer to another specialist who will have the answer. And when they say they will call you back they mean it! Abraham was the estimator and service tech that gave me WEEKLY sometimes DAILY updates during the 2 week long repair job. He was extremely thorough in explaining each repair stage towards the end of the job to give me the best estimated and most realistic time in which my car would be ready for pick up. He didnt sugar coat anything and I can appreciate an honest person! I was hoping to get my car on a Friday but due to a delay in parts delivery and more extensive tests, I had to wait two more days. I was completely fine with it because this shop has never given me any room to doubt them or their services. I highly recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. I am very pleased with their work. I had my cat converter stolen off my Prius and went through my insurance Geico and they recommended Fix Auto as a great place for repairs. I read reviews and everyone seemed very pleased with the service they got down to the repairs. So I tried them out. They are hands down a great place for repairs. From the front of house to the back. Ruben and Nathalie were great! Communication is key. They kept me informed the whole way through. Im blown away by the care they put into their work. My truck needed body repairs after it was rear-ended in an accident.Overall, there was poor communication about the status of my vehicle, which ended up costing me hundreds of dollars in rental car fees (while I waiting on the truck to be repaired).Originally, I had received an automated text, saying the vehicle was going to be ready on 4/23. When I called prior to 4/23 to verify, I was told the text was a mistake and that they needed another 2 weeks. I had to call on two other occasions to check status and confirm the date my truck would be ready (unfortunately, there was no proactive communication to me). On Friday, April 30th, I was told my truck would be ready on May 4th or 5th. When I called on May 4th, I was informed it would be ready on May 5th. On May 5th, the manager called and told me they were waiting on the fender to arrive, which was a surprise to me. In the end, I picked up my truck on May 6th.The communication was not proactive or transparent. It was a frustrating experience to say the least.

Damage to front bumper of TESLA Model 3. The estimator was very cordial. Received a call from Fix Auto for appointment to bring vehicle in for repair. Abraham was extremely nice and told me he would keep me updated on the repair status...which he did. Repair work looks good and Abraham reassured that everything was in good working order and if anything was not working or looking good, please return back to Fix Auto.Something that needs to be improved is that whenever I made a phone call to Fix Auto wanting to speak to Abraham, the receptionist always “screens my call” wanting to know exactly what Su wanted to first to Abraham about. IF A CUSTOMER WANTD TO DOESK YO A PARTICULAR PERSON... whomever answers the call should automatically transfer that call to that particular person. Just remember that...Abraham or whomever was initially assisting me told me that he was going to keep me updated on the status and that if I had any questions, to call him...which so did, but had my call screened.

No issues with this place. Insurance totaled my car so they were able to let me collect my belongings from it. They even took off the custom license plate frame and held it until I picked it up.

Fix Auto Signal Hill did a fantastic job on the side-swipe damage done to my Tesla Model S (they are Tesla certified).Took my vehicle in late Monday. Abraham gave it a detailed analysis and estimated the vehicle would be ready by next Thursday. Sure enough, next Thursday the job was completed, just as he stated. And wow, my car was good as new! Heck even looks better than it did before the accident.Abraham and Natalie were outstanding. They talked me through the process. Communication was top-notch. I received a status text from them just about every day. Abraham phoned me a few times during the week letting me know status and that everything was going as planned,. They definitely exceeded my expectations.And oh yeah, they partnered with the rental car company and had me picked up at the shop. I had dropped my car off on Wednesday 5/20/2020 due to an accident I was in. They were very polite and understanding of my situation since it was my first accident. After I dropped it off that day they followed up with me through the process and where they were at on the car. I was expecting the repair to take week or 2 but what caught me by surprise that they were finished Friday 5/22/2020. Even though I was able to pick it up on that day due to work. When I picked it up it looked like it was just how I got it off the show room floor from Long Beach Honda. And the quality of was amazing. If you guys need work done anything to your guys vehicle I highly recommend them.

Dislike this auto shop representative was unprofessional did not know how to handle the information in the computer from my insurance company I canceled everything.. going somewhere else I will not recommend this auto shop at all !!!

Angel is the man. Some lady merged into my car in the morning scraping the whole back left door. I washed the car and still had 70% scratch and tire marks on the door and back fender. Angel came out and with a little elbow grease removed all the visible scratches and paint/rubber marks from the other drivers SUV. I will come back to him for more business.
