Great customer service. I really appreciated their website where you could upload photos of the damage, make an appointment, and even check the status of your repair.

Unfortunately had used a few times but each with excellent results. Very knowledgeable and cordial. Had adapted very well to C-19 restrictions offering virtual consultations and over the phone paperwork.

Twice Jim and Amy have helped me after my car was hit while parked over the years.This place is honest and they go the extra mile to get ur car well and help the customer. They also know how to deal with Insurance companies🙄which is so refreshing.Customer service from the entire staff here is so genuine. I will NEVER go anywhere else if my car need a band aid🩹😏.

I was really impressed with the timeliness, thoughtfulness and thoroughness in responding to my online quote request. They were able to address my safety concerns with the damage at a minimal cost and with a very quick turnaround time. I really appreciated the stellar customer service at this shop and am happy to have found such a great resource.

Amazing experience with new ownership! My car was the victim of a hit and run almost a year ago. I took it to coastal collision center to be fixed. Though the work was good it took over two weeks to get my car back. I dont know about anyone else, but I massively depend on my car to get around. When it came time to get my AC fan fixed and tires rotated I was a bit nervous that it would take another 2 weeks but since it under went new ownership I figured I would get it a try. AMAZING. They ordered my part in advance so I didnt have to go without a car. I couldnt be happier, and the price was unbeatable as well. HIGHLY recommended.

Fantastic work. I arrived to this location greeted by an energetic group of workers. My vehicle suffered damage from an accident and I was told that my car would be ready within a timely manner. Every step of the way I was notified about the current status of my car and what was needed to be done. If there was a issue that they need more information then the staff will ensure that I was notified before advancing further with the repairs. There were no surprises and work was phenomenal. The areas that were damaged appeared as if the accident never happened. I was more than happy with the work and with their service. If you need help with your vehicle, then I will definitely recommend Coastal Collision Center without hesitation.

Really love this place! The people that work there are truly good people. They worked on my car end of December/beginning of January. If I have an issues with my car again (knock on wood I dont) this place will be my first choice. THANKS! Also their dogs are so cute.

Needed a repair after a minor accident it took them almost a month which was not the issue but when I finally got it back the bumper was not attached correctly. The paint job was a bust they did not fix the side door panel and when I left they forgot to add the coolant fluid.
