Spreen Mazda does not charge its customers with dealer adjustment price. The dealership is clean and staff are very friendly. I drove 50 miles to purchase my 2021 Miata from this dealership and saved $7500 had I purchased the vehicle from my local Mazda dealer. Danielle Rushing, my sales rep, was very professional and had a customer service in mind. I highly recommend Spreen Mazda to purchase your next Mazda vehicle.

I went to the have an airbag recall fixed today at Spreen Mazda. The agent who help me, Philip I believe, was friendly and professional. Unfortunately he is did not get my dry sense of humor. The Service Department was able to finish the repair quickly, under the estimated time, and I was able to get in and out of there in under an hour. The have a comfortable waiting area stocked with coffee, tea and water. I would recommend anyone who need service and is in the area consider using Spreen Mazda.

Abraham El Hajj was awesome,though I did not end up buying a car here I came in for a test drive and was helped by Abraham who was great. he let me take my time and get a good feel for the car and asked good questions to help me decide if I liked the car. he and his manager were very nice and very helpful and not at all pushy. they were respectful and even congratulated me on getting a new car even though it was not from them. ill most definitely be back when the time comes for my lady to get a new ride!

I had reached out via online for information on a vehicle they were advertising - reps responded in minutes and they were so informative and helpful! Abraham was consistent enough to send me photos of the vehicle. They worked with my trade-in and monthly payments! I drove from San Diego to pick it up the next day and Jose (manager), Chris and Stacy were all super helpful and welcoming! The Facility was clean and Danielle was amazing to work with. It felt like the staff here were genuinely working with me on my prices, and were friendly. I didnt feel pressure to make a purchase, but felt like they were listening to my concerns and numbers, unlike some other Dealers I had visited that were unwilling to work with me. I was happy to drive out of here with a Mazda, and it will be my first stop in the future!

Spreen Mazda was the worst experience in car buying that I have ever had. Ive driven a mazda for over 30 years and have never had this kind of experience. I called and gave them a stock number and was told that the cx9 that I wanted was there. I asked if the car was the 40,000 that was advertised and I was told yes but add ons would be more. Thinking that ment that if I wanted things added it would be extra since Destiny verified the price for me. The dealership had already added anti theft, paint sealant and seat protectant increasing the price by over 4000. The problem that I have is that I am sure that they could see the add ons when I inquired about the price but let me travel over an hour on false pretenses. Managements excuse was all the dealerships do it. I tried calling the general manager but has no luck. I have been to a lot of dealerships lately but not one lied about the price to get me there.

Just had a baby and needed a new family vehicle. Spreen Mazda understood my situation how difficult it is to go places with a newborn. I had a great experience buying a car at this dealership. Dario was really patient, kind, and knew his products well. The process was smooth and faster than I had anticipated. (I had been dreading the car buying process!) I went to several other local dealerships and I either got pushy salespeople (who became rude when things were not going their way) or received no responses when I asked for out-the-door quotes via email or over the phone. Totally shady and unprofessional. Those dealer added accessories that crooked dealers try to get $1000-$1500 for, theyre asking almost $6000. The two sales people they have working there are the kids who answer the phones, and have no idea how to handle customers. This place is a joke, and you should avoid them at all cost.

I saw an ad on cargurus, called about the car, Dario helped me out. The next day, Dario was off but made sure Ibrahim El Haj (Abe) knew what I was interested in. Abe took the time to bring ALL the cars we wanted to see. We wanted to see at least 5. Abe was fantastic! Would’ve given 5 stars if not for the not-so-transparent pricing. There were some fees that added up to about $4k. Jimmy tried his best to let us have the best deal, including best financing options! The people who clean the cars are not-so-good. They probably just have 3/4 effort. Ibrahim gave his best and cleaned as much as he could after the other guys gave up. Overall, when you go in this place, ask for Ibrahim, Dario, and Jimmy!

They presented all recommended maintenance, and talked honestly with me as to which items were necessary to do now, and which could wait. Came pre-approved with a loan and a car in mind. The car was listed online with a lower price and had no record of an accident. On the lot the car was marked 4k more and had visible damage to the front bumper. Staff was unaware of the damage and came out to take pictures, show management, etc. When we brought up the discrepancy with the info online and the cars damage we were told they knew about the damage (even though they didnt list it and the all of the staff were unaware, but okay). Manager would no longer speak to us but told the nice salesman that the damage wouldnt be fixed and no money would be taken off the price. Per their explanation, a certified pre-owned car didnt have any damage but this car had been in an accident. We still wouldve purchased the car if they were honest but that wasnt the case. If you buy a car from this place make sure to check it out and dont get messed with like we did.

I purchased a new CX-30 car using the Costco buying program. Don’t waste your time going to any other Mazda dealership. Everyone else used a bait and switch sales tactic, and that was very disheartening. However this was no the case with Spreed Mazda. I got the price and terms that where quoted with no games. I got the trim and color that I wanted. I am very happy with my experience. Ask for Dario he will make the deal work for you.

Bait-and-SwitchI entered a search for Mazda Miata on TruCar, and a salesperson from this dealer emailed me. After some back-and-forth emailing, she sent me an email with a quote (offering $1700 off MSRP). Great, so I made an appointment (1 1/2 hours away), planning to purchase. When I got there, after waiting about an hour, a salesman (the woman I had been emailing with wasnt there) completely disowned her quote and told me that they couldnt get that trim anyway, but that they could get a different one (which I would have been ok with), for $1000 off MSRP, but only if I also agreed to pay about $3,500 for some aftermarket enhancements. I declined, left, and later emailed my original contact to complain. A few hours later I received a call from a sales manager, who said that there was a specific vehicle they could obtain for me and restoring the $1,700 discount. I said OK, but asked that this fellow email me a specific, official quote for a specific vehicle, and he said hed do it by the end of the day, or the next morning. That was 3 days ago, but no word from him.So I wouldnt recomend believing much of what they tell you.

Made a quote for the same car and the same trim a couple months ago on a reasonable monthly quote. Came back with my fiancé and did the same thing with the same manager but because it’s somehow the peoples fault they aren’t making enough cars they raised the quote by almost 50% that’s outrages same car and same trim.

They listed a car online that was much lower than KBB price. When we went to negotiate pricing they added options such as appearance pkg and security that drove the price up by almost $4000. These are just silly dealer markups and they used deceptive advertising to get people into the dealership. The people were friendly but Id avoid these shady practices. Rating them one star is being generous.

He didnt purchase my car there and I had never been there before and the service I was getting done with free. That didnt change how I was treated bye these people. Although We did not purchase there, they really did their homework. Tracy Vong did a phenomenal job doing everything required to make us happy even with having a 2 hour drive. She was a pleasure to work with. We switched gears and went with a different model, not available there within our time allowable, much closer to home. I will say if they were able to provide the vehicle the drive wouldnt have mattered. They will treat you right and earn your business and your trust.

Be careful calling this place. They want to sell you a car regardless of the customers best interest and will try every trick in the book to sell you one. They call me multiple times a day regardless when I told them to STOP CALLING me. I will not be buying a Mazda, and I certainly wont be buying from Spreen.EDIT: I cant reply to the business reply so Im going to reply here. Ive specifically told your Representative to STOP calling me. I told him to put me on the DO NOT CALL list and he STILL kept on calling me, texting me, texting me on a different phone number. So from the moment my family and I walked into the door we were acknowledged and greeted. Our salesperson Hailee was super nice, helpful and knowledgeable as she was very informative and able to answer all of my questions. The manager was very respectful and attentive during the entire process and Tony, who help with the signing of all the paperwork was very detailed in explaining everything and made me feel good about my purchase. Such a friendly environment even the guy who brought my new car to the front offered me a genuine congratulations. All in all I had a great car-buying experience with Spreen Mazda and no complaints, hence the five stars!

This is my second purchase within 6 months and I keep coming back for the same reason... great customer service, care, and smoking deals! Dario went above and beyond in order to make sure we understood every feature that our new CX-30 had to offer, answered all our questions and made sure we were completely satisfied with the purchase from beginning to end. I was looking at buying a used Mazda here and I had two sales people helping me with the car because one of them was new. I had already test driven the car and showed extreme interest. We were working on the financing which I had sufficient down payment and was already qualified for when Another customer customer came in about this time and showed interest in the car. The sales staff told me the other person was interested in the car as well so I had better accept these terms or I will lose the car. I was trying to get my payment down just a little bit lower when they came back to me and said Im sorry but the car was sold to the other lady. She came in and bought the car without even test driving it? Come on clearly they gave her the same wrap about me being interested in the car so she just made the jump out of fear of losing the car. Thats shady business practices. That just shows that this dealership doesnt care at all about there customers. There just trying to make a quick sale. I will never come back here or refer this place to anybody. Horrible service!

Overall, I am happy with my purchase. I love my car, but am disappointed with the professionalism at Spreen Mazda. Originally when they made me an offer, they brought out an offer that was $12,000 more than the asking price. It took lots of negotiating to bring that price closer to the price that was listed online. I would definitely recommend looking at vehicles online before you go. I found that the price listed online was thousands of dollars cheaper than the price physically listed on the car. I am also disappointed because I was promised that my car would be detailed and ready for me. I went to pick it up, only to find that it had not been cleaned at all and they lied about the fact that they had detailed it. I even found a dirty spoon covered in dried up peanut butter in the back. Overall, I am disappointed in the lying and lack of professionalism at this dealership, however I am satisfied with my car. Hoping I never have to deal with this dealership ever again.

Just bought a Mazda CX5 from this dealership and it was a great experience. Danielle was my sales rep. She is one of the nicest people youll ever meet, but also a very knowledgeable sales and business person. Jose, the General Manager was a pleasure to work with as we fine tuned the details. I always appreciate the friendly, helpful and straightforward treatment I receive at Spreen Mazda. The service desk personnel I interact with wear masks, which I appreciated--as caregiver for my elderly mother, I delayed my regular service for several months because I was worried about COVID. While I waited for my car to be serviced, a couple of personnel who were placing reminder phone calls inside the showroom where the seating area is were not wearing masks. This was only an issue as it is an open space. This is the only negative comment I have ever had to make about Spreen Mazda--otherwise, it is an excellent operation if you need to have your Mazda serviced in the Redlands-Loma Linda-San Bernardino area.

I am still shocked at the horrible experience I had at this dealership. They misled us with the pricing not only one the website but for the hours we spent there. They added a sealant and security fee saying it was hardwired, but somehow not built into the original price. Jimmy came to us adding 2k and was claiming “transparency” but I felt like this was a ploy and conniving. I had every intention of walking away with a car and was choosing between 4, but instead they chose to walk away from our business and said the increase was the best they could do. This felt like unethical business and I’m glad they didn’t receive my money.

Straight purchase with no financing, but was told a soft credit check would be done. They ran a hard Inquiry instead. I did not seek or get a loan. Paperwork was sloppy and kept sending them back to redo it. Overcharged me, name was wrong etc.Car was not ready. Parts were missing. Car was damaged by the wheel. They didnt deliver on accessory until I contacted them 10 times and then involved corporate.When shopping for a car a few sales people were dodgy and refused multiple times to answer my question about actual price and model. Turned out they kept talking about a car they didnt have at a price they wouldnt honor.

Undergoing some remodeling right now so things will be much nicer when its done. Service was on time and within a reasonable amount of time. Detailed inspection, oil change with filter, and tire rotation for $70 with online coupon was great. Ill be back for future services.01/04/20 UpdateWent in for front brake replacement with coupon from the mail. I was pleased to find out that Mazda offers free pad replacement on following pad replacement service just pay for labor. When it was discovered that my brake system was missing some hardware from when an independent mechanic shop did the last service, Spreen went out of its way to get the parts from Riverside Mazda so I didnt need to come back for another visit. Philip was excellent the entire time, updating me and getting my consent with everything that needed to be done. Hes always a positive and welcoming employee. The new remodel of the dealership looks so premium and makes you feel like youre shopping at a luxury dealership.Update 6/12/20Another great service, they provided a free ride to and from a nearby blood bank while my car was bring serviced.

I was on my one week vacation. I knew I needed to get my Mazdas rear brakes replaced and this would be the only opportunity to do it for quite some time. Service was fast. Took about 2 hours to replace the brakes and they even called me a shuttle so I could go hang out at the nearby 24 hour fitness until they were done. I was very happy with the service.

Went in with my daughter to buy a used Mazda advertised online for $15,000. Emily was really nice and informative and did a great job showing us the car. Then we sat down and starting working on purchasing the car. They offered us lower than what we expected for our trade-in but that wasnt what killed the deal. Jose, the sales manager, is what killed it. Next thing I know I am looking at a piece of paper with a payments in the 300s because they added all these add-ons.They didnt bother giving a breakdown on each add-on or even a total price. We told them we didnt want any add-ons. We wanted the car as is for the advertised price of $15k. Now Jose comes to tell us that 2 of the add-ons are already on the car, which brought the total to the sticker price on the car, which was about $21k. I say about because we still werent given the out-the-door price, just a payment amount. Thats right..... all their used cars have sticker prices way more then their online prices.Then Jose begins say he can remove the add-ons if we dont want to pay for them. No I expect to pay the advertised price for the car as we test drove it. Then he proceeds to say why would he give us the add-ons for free if we dont see the value in it? My response was why didnt you add it into the price, if there was value it in?I am also curious how they are going to remove a protected coat on the paint but I didnt even bother asking because by this point I walked out.This place is shady. I only buy used cars and I have never ever had any dealership present a purchase like this.

These guys always do a great job. Their new service waiting area is huge, ideal for social distancing, as it is essentially combined with the showroom in one enormous great room. They have plenty of table/counter space to work on a computer (with good, free WiFi) and a large seating area in front of a big screen TV. I went in one day for an oil change (based on length of time, not mileage, with reduced driving to work) and to have them look at a minor repair issue (mud flap loose, which is integrated with the wheel well trim on my CX-5), then returned the next day to have them install the new trim they ordered overnight. Efficient service both times.

We purchased a 2017 Chevrolet truck. We got a great deal, or so we thought. The truck had just under 20,000 miles on it. We didnt buy any of the things that they were trying to up sell us on. The truck is now in the shop due to the breaks failing and deemed unsafe to drive. The entire ABS system has to be replaced. the dealership that is fixing the truck now says they have never seen this happen to a truck with only 20,000 miles. I can help but wonder if the truck was sabotaged when we bought it because we didnt buy any of the extras they would have made a commission on . They were visibly bot happy at the time of purchase. Also found that they had put the wrong oil filter in the truck, which was causing it to leak.

Spreen Mazda was great when it came to me buying my new Mazda 6. Their online system worked perfectly in setting up an appointment and a test drive. The sales team (Jimmy, Giovanni, and Gavin) were informative, fair, and easy to work with. I got a trade-in value that was reasonable and a new vehicle price that made sense. I appreciate the extra effort they went to in pulling off a dealer trade for the color I wanted. Spreen Mazda helped me get the exact car I wanted (2019 Mazda 3 Premium Hatchback), for the price I was comfortable with. NO BS. So, I had a lease that was due in November that I originally got from Riverside Mazda… but Spreen Mazda helped me out and made the entire process extremely easy and surprisingly quick. Had a very great experience here at Spreen Mazda last night, Everthing was very easy-going, and I never felt like I was being left in the dark about certain aspects of the car deal like I did at other dealerships I visited. Exceeded my expectations - Julian is the BEST! Ive been shopping around for cars, doing tons of research. I know exactly what I want and what Im willing to pay, yet most other dealerships I reached out to still play the games and jerk you around. I called Mazda Spreen at 2pm and Julian answered, he took my cell number and promised to personally find the car I was inquiring about and call me from his cell to confirm it was on site. No bait and switch games! By 2:30pm he called back letting me know he was sitting in my future car. I arrived about 15 minutes later and we took it out for a test drive. I knew this was the car I wanted so we started discussing numbers. Of course, like any dealership, they want you to use their financing, but I was firm about my decision regarding financing and the deal moved forward without any gimmicks or add-ons. By 6pm I was driving off the lot with my gorgeous new (used) car, without feeling bullied, pressured, or taken advantage of. The price was fantastic and it was honored as it appeared online. If you look at their website and think, this car/price is too good to be true, just call and ask for Julian and he will let you know if the car is still actually on the lot so you dont waste your time. Highly recommended, I will come back!

Web quote was not honored at first. Then offered very high interest even with stellar credit. Didnt make sense so we walked away. After heading home they called to offer a deal worth coming back for. Happy to drive away in a new car with a fair price and expected interest rate.

I could have not asked for a better experience with Spreen Mazda! My salesman Brian was professional and very helpful. He made the buying process quick and easy. My car was detailed and ready for delivery as soon as I was out of the finance office. The Finance Manager Julianna made the experience fun and painless by offering me great options to protect my new vehicle with extended warranties and GAP insurance. Yesterday I purchased a 2018 Mazda3 G.T. and it was by far the easiest car buying experience I ever had. Very professional staff, no haggling, no pressure buying. Strangely enough, I almost didn’t want to leave! The GM and Roger (combat vet) their vet/military specialist salesman were fantastic. My experience was 99% a positive one as far as a friendly staff and reasonable wait time. Those two areas were an excellent portion of my experience, however no one from the service department explained to me what the problem was exactly and what was done, exactly to my back hatch because now after a closer look and a few open and closes if the back hatch I am hearing a rattling noise every time I open and close it, and am also missing the piece that covers up where they worked or where they entered the back hatch door to gain entrance to replace part, I just noticed this yesterday which i understand I should have asked as well and asked for the explanation while I was still there when picking up my car in the first place, which is on me, however I thought that for Mazda being as professional as they usually are would have explained to me as a given what all was done otherwise they would have gotten a five out if five from me. I know they will if I take it back it call to explain what I found and it replace my door cover that is missing.

Called Spreen Honda, but the phone was transferred to Mazda. Dario was our sales agent. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He was the only sales agent there, so the car was still at Honda when we arrived there. They are doing construction on the building, and parking is limited. When the car arrived, the car was listed almost 4k higher then their online price, but Dario pulled up the website and they matched the online price without dely. They did try and push a security system multiple times with the manager and then again with the finance manager. They said they install them in all of the vehicles, but then try and push that cost onto the customer. We told them we were not interested, and they either left it on or took it off while they were detailing it. Once the car was purchased it took over an hour to actually get the keys and the car. The detailing people were at lunch...

Wasted my time at this place not because they didn’t want to help me but because I had already explained my credit issues to the sales guy Danny prior to coming. And that my credit had been pulled by several creditors before and I was reluctant on continuing having it pulled. Danny insisted that I come in because they work with over 250 banks and can possibly help! Well long story short they weren’t yet credit pulled again and a “yea sorry thanks for letting us try” more like thank you for letting me bs you into coming and letting me waste more of your time!

They left one of my tires extremely low. 5 mins after leaving my air pressure notification came on. Called the office back immediately, he explained that they may not have re-set the air pressure feature after rotating the tires. I re-set it and the notification came on once again. Went to go have my tires looked at, at a tire shop and they explained to me that one of my front tires was lower than 20 while the rest were at 35 but it was fine and not losing air so they just filled up with air. Incredible inconvenience. Will be doing oil changes/tire rotation elsewhere from now on.
