My daughter and I got our eyebrows done by Martina. My daughters eyebrows were not even. One eyebrow had an arch and the other was thicker with no arch. My eyebrows had blotches of hair that was either missed or something. Very unhappy with this experience.

They’re definitely a 9/10. Naomi and Jessie are amazing. Jessie takes really good care of you and pays attention to what you need but Naomi also knows what’s best and is detail-oriented. If you want a Brazilian or Bikini, it gets better with time, but overall, it’s a clean, fairly affordable, professional, and friendly environment.

I have been a client for more than 8 years @EWC and everyone is so professional and the rooms are so clean. I always get wonderful service and quality waxing. Shout out to Gianna shes awesome.

Got a Brazilian from Jessica, and the job was literally laughable. There was wax left all over my skin, and I had to finish everything up at home. Jessica told me that in order to get the rest of the hair, Id have to wait for my next appointment. As a service provider myself, I think its beyond unprofessional to give a less-than-average service in the hopes that someone will rebook. By NO means did I receive the service I paid for. They were sweet and understood my nervousness, hence the two stars, but Im definitely avoiding this place in the future.

I’ve been getting Brazilian waxes here for a few months. At first I was disappointed because I would always leave with a lot of stragglers. However, yesterday I went to a new person, Gianna, and she was so perfect. She took her time and tweezed!!! I’m so happy with my wax from yesterday.

First time coming to this location. I scheduled an appointment with Gianna based on her reviews. She did a great job and I’ll definitely be coming back to her. Thanks!

They are nice people but their job is so poor!! I got my underarms waxed which looked good. But my eyebrows they ruined them! First and last time I go to this place. Don’t get your brows done here if that’s what you want you will regret it!

I chose European Wax because I have gone to this company several times when I was visiting my sister in Arizona and had a great experience with my Brazilian wax. Im back home in Livermore and its time to have my Brazilian wax done so I walk into European Wax in my town. This time it hurt bad, I asked about the wax if its different or old. I asked how long she has been doing this and she said 3 years. I came back later that afternoon with my husband to talk to the manager because I was bleeding from my Brazilian wax and had a horrible bumpy rash. I explained the situation to the receptionist and she took my number and told me that she was texting it her manager right away. She said that manager would call me and the gal that gave me my wax. I had this done Dec. 14th 2016. I have never heard from the manager Yesenia or the owner of the shop Dave Preston. The gal that gave me my wax finally called me back a week ago to let me know she was sorry about what had happened, she reassured me the manager or owner would be calling me. Ive had scabs for 2 weeks and my skin is still bumpy. Taking a hot shower burned, Im so disappointed in this group of people that work at the Livermore European Wax Center for not caring enough to call their customer back. Please dont go to this place they are so unprofessional and just dont care. Take your business else where. Shame on you Dave Preston(Owner) and Yesenia(manager) for not returning my phone call, you have no business dealing with the public.
