Such a delightful experience! I was greeted by both employees in the store and offered help. I ended up only buying three things (cotton balls, nail polish and nose pore strips), but the person at the register took the time to make sure I used my free membership, and also corrected the bad information that was in my profile for their rewards program. Im so happy with the polish and the service!

There is a large variety of Afro hair products at this store, but I cant help but notice how the placement of these products has moved to the back of the store parallel with the counter. Retailers are VERY intentional about placement of products so it is laughable, considering Afro women spare no expense when it comes to hair products. I was always lucky to have someone at my disposal whenever I entered this store because they stayed close and watchful, but now Target just seems like a breath of fresh air.

I was in the store for a specific product. The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. I have never had a problem at this location and have been shopping here for years.

Absolutely 0 customer service. I have tried to call to simply ask if a product is in stock and I have been hung up on 4 times now.

Feels like theyre going out of business. Very low stock. Nice employees, not that knowledgable.

Horrible experience in this local store. The Sales associates has horrible interpersonal skills as well. Boring face and unfriendly. Her treatment left me with a bad flavor. However, I still bought a hair piece and when I got home, (on top of that) I realized the product was a defective/damaged. I went back the very next day and they didnt want to exchange it. I guess they knew it was defective and obviously were trying to get rid of it. I didnt even want my money back, perhaps exchange it for the same product and see if it wasnt damaged. But they didnt even let me do that. You wont see me there again, thats for sure.

I would give it a big fat zero but in order to write this review I have to give it 1 star! The old hag with short hair and her crew are rude unkind and extremely uninviting. We spend so much money in that place. This place is a joke the people in it are what make it an awful experience! I ask for help I get know help just dirty ass looks! The only person that was nice and helpful was the tall native Indian looking gal she was extremely helpful!

This location usually has want I come in for... and I dye my hair different colors like every month and dye friends hair too, so I go through a lot of products. So I really love that this location always seems to have what I need. But the sales associates (and this is for at least the 8 different locations Ive been to) dont seem to ever have accurate product knowledge. They kinda just guess or assume... Which is horrible to do when giving a customer advice on what to put in their hair. But they dont actually know a lot of the products or how they work... and that something may work on one person but not another in the same way. Im no professional but even I know more than than they do. Ive corrected them a few times about wrong info they give to customers. I mean this is hair people... wrong info could destroy some bodies hair. Also the other thing that just bugs me to no end (and maybe its just me) but when Im ready to check out... Im ready to check out. Not stand at the front and say Im ready two-three times and wait like 10 mins for you to come up. For all you know I could just walk right out of the store with hundreds of dollars worth of products. Thats just being a bad employee. But at least at this one they arent talking on their cell phones all the damn time.

Bad customer service. Dont recommend.

Closes at 5 pm Saturday but online they advertise 8pm closing time. Drove all the way there and got there 7 minutes late and was refused service. False advertising!!!!
