Debbie did such an amazing job on my curls! I came in for a haircut and some layers and I was not disappointed. I got the session that included lessons and felt so much more educated about my curls. She walked me through every step of the process and explained to me the best ways to care for and manage my hair type all while providing excellent customer service.This salon does a great job at following Covid-19 guidelines by asking clients to sanitize their hands and social-distancing whenever possible. The salon itself was very clean and has such a nice vibe inside with the decor and all the friendliness surrounding the place. You can even buy the same products that the stylists used on your hair. Overall, excellent customer service, amazing results, and left my hair feeling hydrated and defined (I’ve attached before and after pics as well). A little expensive but definitely worth the money. Great experience, will definitely return. :)

I am new to Livermore and exploring all new services in the area. I am done looking for a stylist! I walked in today and enjoyed incredible service while having fun conversation. Ashley and Debbie really know what they are doing and I feel confident moving forward and embracing my increasingly curly (and graying) hair. When I mentioned I was done with dying my hair I felt completely embraced for the decision. I plan on going back for more. Until then, I am trying a new all-in-one product that fits with my mom-on-the-go lifestyle.

I️ went here for a trim and partial highlight, and while everyone was friendly and lovely, I️ was so disappointed at how my hair turned out once I️ got home and checked it out. The “color” looked like nothing had been done at all and my haircut was very blah too...mediocre. Bummed out because I️ wanted to like this place but very unhappy with the results :(

If you have curls, dont think twice. One of the best haircuts Ive had and thanks to their product recommendations and technique for curl definition - my hair texture and form has improved tremendously and with just the use of a single conditioner and cleanser and no additional products.

What an adorable place. The staff is super friendly the shop is a quaint old house that looks like a Pinterest photo. Never have I received so many compliments on my hair since I began going here and with short hair its crazy what Debbie can do with scissors. Debbie is definitely a rockstar!

First time and Ill mos def be back. My curls are already looking so much better after the detox and trim.

My daughter went for hair color service, was suppose to get a blonde balayage showed a picture of what she wanted to the hairstylist Jason, and it came out nothing at all like the image, and looks absolutely horrible! It also damaged her hair and looks like a cheap, damaged discolored hair job that came out with orange and greenish tones, and is going to take a very long time to repair and look back to some sort of normalcy. Do not go here! Do not waste your money and your time at this place. They do not know how to do color. They are not experienced enough to do color.

Came in for trim and an untrained stylist took 5” off. Owner repeatedly argued with me about how much hair was lost. Sent pictures when I got home with a tape measure and photo from two weeks prior to prove how bad it was and ow we now will not respond to calls or emails.While I was there at one point the owner had stacked 4 clients on top of each other, each one waiting an unreasonable amount of time due to her greed.
