I have been here multiple times. They have cheap and expensive jewelry, also the Disney collection... The employees that work here are awesome they never pressure me into anything and they look out for my best interest. I will be a long time customer thanks to Alan and his coworker.

Mike the managerv was fantastic. I called before driving there to ensure they had what I was wanting and he pulled out for me to be ready when I showed up. I had a coupon also and none of his scanners would can it even after verifying it was valid. He was so patient and kind. He ended up doing something so I would get the $100 off as the coupon said anyway. A huge help.Definitely recommend this location!

I bought a Tungsten wedding band for $230 from Zales. It was a half size large so a bought a smaller one on Amazon. The Amazon ring is identical but only cost $19.

Got a ruby necklace for mothers day. Went in to get a longer chain, was sold one that pulled my hair. Went back in a couple weeks later because I had it and was at the mall (with no receipt). Gave the salesmen my phone number to see if hed exchange it (I even mentioned Id be happy to pay more if need be). He found my record seemed like he was going to do it then his manager came over and told me he would not do the transaction without my original receipt. Dont understand how service like that make customers want to come back.
