I am visiting from The Woodlands, Texas and brought some of my Tiffany jewelry with me. They had been in their bags for a few months and I didnt even look at them before I left home. When I opened the bags to put them on I was horrified to see how tarnished they were ..I thought they were ruined. I took them to Littleton Jewelry to see if they could clean them and the associate was so nice and had to buff them out they were so bad. When I offered to pay because they were linked jewelry and he did spend awhile on them he said no charge. I am really impressed with the service, my jewelry looks brand new, and I absolutely loved some of the unique pieces I saw in the store ! Will definitely keep them in mind next time I buy some new pieces. Thank You !

These guys were awesome. I went today to get a larger clasp for my necklace and they did it within 10 minutes. They also cleaned my wedding ring and diamond earrings for free and gave me a credit for my smaller clasp. They were cheaper than the jewelry store I visited in Highlands Ranch who told me they had to source it out. Not same day service. Highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough nice things about this place - Jesse and Family have done a wonderful job in creating a welcoming, professional, and very helpful jewelry store. I brought my engagement ring in because I had chipped the diamond that belonged to my grandmother, and he was able to rotate it and hide the chip in the setting that day (which was very helpful for me coming from the mountains!). I recently came to the store to have a watch band replaced with another band that I brought in. Instead of just replacing the one link they replaced the whole band. When I got to the car I realized they did not give me the original band which is a Cartier and has steel polished links in it I wanted it back. They said they cannot find it and since the store was busy I said please look give me a call and I will come get it later. They called saying they cannot find it they checked the trash and give them a few days. A few days later I called back still no luck. I mentioned that they have security cameras and it shouldnt be that hard to look at the cameras to find where the band went and replace it. The owner did not seem interested in this idea. The Cartier band has links that are valuable and all I wanted was my property returned. The owner asked if I would take $50 instead of the $150 per link which there are six that it was worth. All I wanted was my watchband back please keep that in mind on this review. When I explained to the owner that I was not going to let this go and wanted it back for sentimental reasons as well as financial he finally asked what the band was worth. When I told him he was not happy and he would not buy a new band. I found a used one on eBay and gave him the price which he was not happy about. I offered to let him buy it from eBay and just replace it which he did not like. When I told him that I would file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the police department he said he would just send me a check and hung up he called back a few minutes later to get my address and before he hung up he called me a filthy animal. I am disgusted and amazed at the a business owner would use such language. Please do not go to this business if you want to be treated fairly and not have insults hurled at you. The fact that an owner of a company would call someone a filthy animal and then hang up should give you all the information you need to know about this business. Ironically I could not find their business listed with the Better Business Bureau which is also a huge red flag, please check to see if you can find it though. I asked him to replace the item that was lost and he called me a filthy animal for asking for the return of my property. He admits this which begs the question why would anyone want to do business with someone who calls them a filthy animal for asking that their property be returned and nothing else. Once again there are security cameras all he had to do was look at it and find where the watchband went but he refused to do that. So in conclusion by his own response he called me a filthy animal for asking for my property returned. All I wanted Watch for the property returned or replaced. Instead of taking the time to actually replace it his solution was to write a check and then call me disgusting names please take this into consideration before giving this Company any of your business

HIGHLY recommend Littleton Jewelry & Watch, Char was an absolute joy to work with. I have a platinum eternity band that neded to be resized up; big box jewelry stores wouldnt touch it. I knew I would have to find a Master Jeweler, so called in and spoke with Char who asked me to bring my ring in. I brought it in, she was so excited to be able to help us and indeed confirmed with the jeweler that he could increase the size. She also took the time to inspect the ring and suggested retipping the prongs as the band is 40 yrs old and its time.I cannot express my gratitude and excitement when I saw the amazing work that had been done with my wedding band. I chose to have a bar put in, instead of adding a stone. The jeweler gave the bar a rounded look and it works perfectly with the band and style. I’ve had a couple things fixed here and they do an excellent job! They have a great attention to detail. When I accidentally cracked my engagement ring open, they fixed it so well I can’t even tell there was ever a problem and my ring has been sturdy ever since!

Staff was extremely nice and seemingly intelligible. Unfortunately my ring didn’t cost enough to justify resizing cost ($100 for a very intricate tiny white gold band) but they knew their stuff and even tried to talk me out of it before even getting the price since it’s just a little snug. I will definitely go back

We had a custom gold and sapphire bracelet created for an anniversary/Valentines gift that is absolutely stunning!! We came into the store with an idea and with their expert assistance, the idea became a beautiful bracelet. We made a couple of changes as the individual components started arriving in the store. We were never told that cant be done and my wife is now showing the bracelet to anyone that looks her way. Exceptional customer service and value!

I have thought about writing this review for a couple months and finally stopped procrastinating. These guys did some incredible work for me (special shout out to Char). The service was amazing. They walked me through the process, answered all my questions and produced an amazing result. My situation was somewhat unique... my wife passed away last year and I needed two things 1) I wanted to get the wedding ring she had always wanted so that my daughter had something special to inherit 2) I wanted to do something special for my kids; something that would last and that they could hold on to that expressed how much I love them. I decided on custom poured, engraved gold bars. Char helped me with the ring design, picked a beautiful diamond and had the ring made with platinum. It turned out perfect. She ordered the gold for the bars, melted and poured until I was satisfied, polished to a fine shine and had them engraved. They turned out AMAZING! My kids love holding them, looking at them and reading the message. They told me it makes them stop for a moment and take in how much they are loved even though mommy is gone. This was a rough time for me and Little Jewelry helped me make some powerful, lifelong memories. Their prices are competitive, but their service is off the charts. Thank you Jesse!!!!!

I do not often write up businesses on social media. One reason is probably because it is so uncommon to have a truly great customer experience. Littleton Jewelry is one exception. My wife and I chose this jeweler to try to replicate a very very unusual custom legacy ring. We had explored a couple of other options in jewelers, but nobody seemed to be able to meet our goals. With Littleton Jewelry we went thru a process where computer-aided design helped us pin down the exact details of what we were hoping to craft. It took us a couple of design iterations to get it perfect but that is what design is all about. The end result was truly amazing. It was just what we hoped for.I probably could have written this recommendation at that point but it did not end there. When we had a minor issue with the ring a year later, we brought it back to Jesse and his team. FOR NO CHARGE, they fixed everything in prompt fashion. When I first moved to CO 2 years ago and was driving down Sante Fe, I saw a dancing guy holding a sign saying watch repair. Shortly later, I walked into this inviting shop and met Jesse and Dara, the owners, and immediately felt I met new, trusted friends. I have taken many pieces of jewelry there to be fixed, cleaned or just evaluated. While in the store, you get the feeling they know every customer well and welcome them warmly. It truly feels like stepping back in time to the local merchants shop where everyone knows your name.One example of the excellent service is when I lost one earring of a matching pair. This was a necklace/bracelet/earring set from Africa my son had given to me years ago. They carefully and expertly took apart and restrung my necklace to produce the beads needed for another earring but instead of creating just one to match, they made two, so now if I lose one again, I have a back-up!! I also was impressed how they support their local community of Littleton by various involvements in local causes. I have had jewelry cleaned here, purchased jewelry here, had items inspected, and had numerous watch batteries changed and every time I am blown away by the ease of having my needs met and by the kindness and care put forward by all staff. On one visit (a busy day at the store) I had to wait approximately 10 minutes for someone to help me, but that comes with going to a small business. I will tell anyone who asks, it is worth the wait every time if you must wait (though every other time I have been to the store I was greeted and helped immediately). Took in my 20 year old Seiko for repair and the service was excellent. The work was of the highest quality. Took my watch to Batteries Plus before. They lost the watertight seal on the back and didnt screw the back on correctly; it almost fell off! Littleton Jewelry and Watch will take so much better care of your jewelry even with the little jobs like replacing a watch battery.

Based on their location on my commute path and excellent reviews we chose them to resize my 20 yr old custom gold wedding band. I was not disappointed. The service was fast, the work impeccable, and it now fits again. Based on that trial run we brought in 3 of my wifes rings, one a 100 yr old heirloom. We got terrific service from Jessie including discussing options for pros and cons of repair methods. Again the delivery was as promised and the work excellent. Great place. Owner was working when we entered. Fitted my watch in a few minutes, low cost. Polished my wifes engagement ring for free. Very pleasant atmosphere, will go back again and highly recommend!

Long story short, Sammy was very honest, more than the other stores I went to when getting quotes, helped steer me in the right direction, and made the process painless. Now when people ask I say ya, I got a jewler and I send them to Sammy.

This place is the best of the best.I walked in with the intention of inquiring about repairing my watch. I expected to get a cost estimate and pick up date. The guy I spoke with (Sorry, I have the worst name memory) was extremely friendly.He repaired my watch on the spot, and in an above and beyond fashion sized it as well.10/10.Highly recommend 😊

I walked in with my grandmothers ring that I was going to clean up and add some diamonds to it, and I was incredibly nervous. Getting it sized for my proposal that was happening soon. Husband/wife duo run the shop and they are so amazing and personable. She asked me what I was looking for and even looked up some pictures for the diamond settings on the ring.When I picked the ring up it was jaw dropping at how beautiful it was. They did a knock out job, my fianceè LOVES the ring! Thank you guys so much!

Update: the two ladies at the counter were very kind and helpful in explaining what work was done for the price I had paid for my rings. They do look beautiful and I will get them serviced there again, Ill just plan my budget more accordingly. Thank you for making my rings look brand new!!Owner is super nice and prices to change the battery in your watch are good, however after paying nearly 300$ to get 2 rings tipped and clean I will never go there again for such a service. At that price I expect them to add new stone to my ring. Then they had the nerve to tell me they we giving me a deal!!

Fantastic service with friendly, intelligent associates. Changed my Ebel watch battery and tighten my clasp while i waited. The prices for service and repair were very competitive. I will return for custom design and repairs soon and trust them completely! Excellent!

This little family owned (and ran) jewelry store is pretty much the best establishment Ive come across in a very long time - and Im not just comparing to other jewellers / jewelry stores! I found them just by Googling the closest jeweler to me because I needed a pin replaced in my favorite watch and I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and genuinely nice they were. When all is said and done I feel like they truly valued me as a customer and I left very happy with my experience and the quality they put in to making sure I was more than satisfied. I will be going back to them for any of my future needs.

I am so thankful that I discovered this store. They have been so nice and helpful. Ive had repair work done, as well as buying new jewelry. All done at a very affordable price. I live out of state (Alaska) and now bring any jewelry needing repair with me when I come to Colorado. They have always made sure that the work I need done is completed before I have to leave town. I will make most all of my purchases there in the future.

This place is amazing!! I purchased my husbands wedding ring here and absolutely loved it, so when I needed repair on my wedding ring we knew where to go! The staff is so friendly, helpful and they genuinely care! My husband went in and asked the woman how much to replace the top stones with real diamonds (he purchased this ring in NC from a small jewelry store so we were unsure if the entire ring was real) the wonderful lady responded by checking every diamond and to our delight they were ALL real diamonds! She went above and beyond to help him out and that meant a lot. While in the shop they replaced a small side diamond, cleaned the entire ring and re plated it as well! My band was scratched, dirty and dingy but now it has a mirror finish! I also had a few specks on the diamonds and etc now it looks brand new and absolutely perfect! Not to mention they said it would be ready on Saturday and it was ready today (Thursday) Talk about over delivering! I cannot say enough great things about this place, A+++!

I rarely post reviews, but my experience today is well worth taking a few minutes to recognize Jesse and David at Littleton Jewelry and Watch. I dropped in for a watch battery replacement, and in minutes got it back completely cleaned and serviced. I dont think my watch has been this clean in years. They even took the time to set the date. These are friendly, competent people, and the price was great.
