I promise I will never go to a Shell gas station ever again. You require masks well I have a vaccination and you can shove your mask request to straight where the sun dont shine. Please everyone dont ever visit a shell station.

Girl at the desk has an attitude problem. I she asked to see you ID so I took it out to show her and she snapped it out of my hands. Face tats and class here 👍

I stopped in today for a soda. I saw two employees in the store, Kim at least was wearing a mask, but her nose was uncovered. The other employee, a tallish blonde woman without a name tag I could see had no mask or facial covering whatsoever. This is unconscionable given the recent upturn in Colorados covid cases.

I did not catch her name, but the blonde cashier working at about 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, today, has atrocious customer service skills I spent $60 in this store and when I went to put my fuel rewards card in it disappeared from the screen, I said can you let me put my fuel rewards information in? She said that only works for gas and I said well thats funny because I get an email that tells me what my progression towards an additional $0.05 off a gallon is every time I spend a dollar in a shell location, she said no King Soopers rewards cards are only for fuel, I said well I wasnt trying to use a King Soopers rewards card I was trying to use a shell rewards card you didnt ask.and after getting to the car I realized that the $6 off of three pack of Marlboros they have as an ad requires you to take an additional step to put your phone number in, which she did not inform me of. It seems if you have a special in your store on a particular item and a customer buys that item you should mention the fact that theres a special attached to that item with instructions on how to use it.

It would be nice if the bad reviews would have reasons. I wish this place was the expensive Shell by my house. With the 0.10 cent discount this station is cheaper than Costco which is typically the cheapest top tier gasoline you can buy. Very few Shells are open 24/7 as well.
