You need to be patient and empathetic with people who need your help! Scheduling an appointment for a COVID test was fairly easy. Everything on the website was clear and easy to fill out. However, the person who was at the drive thru was unbelievably impatient, and she looked like shes just sick and tired of giving people instructions. How many people have you known who have swabbed their own nose?! You are on Kipling and Bowles, which means TRAFFIC and noise, and the volume of your speakers is not very high, so that makes it even more difficult to hear. Shes behind a window, wearing a face mask, and with a horrible attitude. She needs to remember that nobody is there because they want to. If you need a test, its because you were either in contact with a person who was sick, or youre feeling sick yourself. Obviously, people will be nervous and scared! And you treat them like they are a nuisance to you? This has been my pharmacy for years, and I had never needed this kind of service. I really hope I dont need it ever again if your staff behaves like this.

I wish I could give a negative star! I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for COVID testing for travel purpose. At 7:55 pm, 5 minutes before they close, the night before my appointment, someone called me and said they wouldnt be able to do the test. It almost gave me a heart attack because I will fly in two days! Where am I supposed to get another appointment with such short notice?! When I read all the reviews, this is apparently a repetitive problem! I booked my appointment 2 weeks ago! Isnt that enough time for you to be a little more considerate?

I really liked this place until the last few times. Tonight was by far the absolute worst. 2x now the pharmacy tech Emma has told me that our insurance was expired. No, we have insurance and it is active. Tonight I asked if they could please try to run my insurance again and she yelled at me in the line and told me to call the insurance myself. Come to find out they were using the wrong birthday. A little respect and help would be nice. The gentleman who checked me out and talked to my insurance was great, but I dont appreciate being treated so horrible by a pharmacy tech.

I must say this is a very nice store with a nice variety of products. However, their prices are astronomical! The worst part is their pharmacy. My wife and I have had our prescriptions with them for several years and they have they have steadily gone downhill. Today I waited at the drive up over 45 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me and even went inside at one point where there were 5 people waiting at the inside counter. The service is absolutely horrible and they simply don’t care and have terrible attitudes! We are taking all of our prescriptions to Walgreens!

If I could rate the pharmacy at this location ZERO stars I would. I have been getting my prescriptions here for six months and every time I go there is an issue with the pharmacy technicians. The technicians at this location are very uneducated and seem to not really know what is going on. There is always a line inside, the drive through is always backed up, and I’ve waited on the phone for over an hour on some occasions. One visit I arrived at the drive through and was told my prescription needed authorization from my doctor and could not go through so I was told to loop around and wait in line in the drive-through once again. After about 20 minutes of waiting I pulled out of the drive-through line and went inside to speak with the pharmacist. She told me no authorization was needed and that the technician was wrong and all she needed to do was override the prescription. On several occasions a pharmacy technician who was female with a rainbow headband and a leopard mask was very rude and unprofessional and referred to my last name when being looked up as “weird.” Very unprofessional and poorly trained staff. I will be picking up my prescriptions at CVS down the street inside the target instead

Oh goodness. I hate writing things like this, but I decided to do here we go.So, I’m trying to schedule an appointment for a vaccine online and when I select “show available times”. I thing appears and three different devices (iPhone 13, iPad Pro, and MacBook Pro all running the latest update Ana tried multiple browsers) don’t show the screen and I can’t continue in the schedule process. So, I called and apologise profusely because I’m struggling with something to see what I can do. The pharmacy person lets me know they can’t do anything. Which is whatever. I ask what options there are, and she goes to explain that everybody checked it this morning and it was just fine and basically just goes on a rude rant that I’m not doing it right and this is the only optionLike chill. I told her “that’s an interesting way to talk with someone who is not being a Karen and who only wanted to know if there were other solutions so she can problem solve. So have a lovely day, it’s just an interesting way to speak with people.”Now I’m in a bit of put off from trying to schedule anywhere and so that’s disappointing.

The staff is great and the store is well stocked and reasonably priced. It really sucks that they arent open normal hours on weekends though. If I have a script that comes due for refill on a weekend, I cant get it until Monday because I cant get to the pharmacy before it closes because of my schedule.

Web site says theyre following CDC vaccination guidelines. They accepted my appointment scheduling. I showed up for my appointment and was told sorry, were arent actually doing what we said. Goodbye.

I am not sure that it is a 24 hour store. Pharmacy is not. BUT - I always have great service there. The pharmacy can be busy at times, but they are always upfront and correct about wait times. Sometimes I go and I am the only one there. I always see them get yelled out. Theyre just doing what they can do in terms of insurance but are helpful in finding alternatives if they can. One time they called my physician to see how I could get a coupon! They are always available to answer my questions, and help me with OTC items too. The cashiers at the front our great too. Lately we have gotten Austin quite a bit. Friendly, helpful, interacts with people, genuine, excellent service. He should get a raise.

Best customer service of any pharmacy Ive ever used. I literally drive 1.5 hours rt out of my way just to use them. Every single person behind the pharmacy counter is 5 stars. They are also extremely helpful when I call.

Lynn was amazing. I work in private healthcare with the elderly. Lynn heard I was trying to make sure the man I cared for was safe, and she went out of her way to make sure that we got what we needed. Lynn is the exact kind of person you need. She looked in the back stock for aloe so I could make diy sanitizer for the man I care for.She was so kind and so personable. I will actually make it a point to go there from now on, solely because of Lynn. She is the kind of person who needs to be in charge. Compassionate and in charge💯 🥰

Got my passport photo done there. They didnt quite know what they were doing. Their software checked to make sure my passport photo was following the guidelines. It was supposed to be good to go. Sent my passport in. The photo was REJECTED for not having a white / off white background. CVS used the white back drop for the photo. I dont know if its that the stores lighting is terrible or what. Their pass port photo service is also over priced and I no longer have my receipt so i guess Im out of luck. Im going somewhere else to have to re do it.

Terrible! The first couple of times I came things were fine but staffing must have changed because there is only one person for the whole pharmacy and he’s unbelievably slow! Not many people at all in the store but no help for the pharmacy. Took over 30min. just to pick up a prescription. Ridiculous!

One of the best customer service experiences at any store location. Chad has been by far one of the best employees Ive ever met working anywhere. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience there was to be exceptional. He had to process refunds and redo orders due to me getting the wrong items but he never showed any sign of annoyance and went as far as to go find correct items for me and put back the wrong ones. I cant say enough but I am so happy that CVS has employees like that working there and show that they really do care. CVS ROCKS!!!!!! GREAT JOB CHAD & SEAN!!!!

Visited CVS yesterday. No toilet paper in the womens room. Daughter took some out of mens room. Mentioned to pharmacist to let someone know. He asks rude I hate my job bald guy to replace it. Daughter hears guy say well I cant find any theyll just have to use their hands. Obviously someone wants unemployed for the holidays! Surprise on him if he goes #2. Aint no tp in mens room. Guess he can use his pink slip

If I could give this place no stars I would. I go here expecting they had milk and I go in and all they have is nonfat(water milk)which was expired the same day 10/30 so I see milk in the back walk in cooler so I decide to grab it turns out all the milk was expired. I ended up going to Walgreens because of course they always have milk end of story CVS is terrible and deserves no stars sorry not sorry
