Decent stock. Average Walmart, but good experience. Clean facilities, Fresh foods. Had everything we needed upon visit. Overall good experience. Offer self checkout or regular checkout. Online orders also available.

Shelves were bare fruits moldy, cashiers dont know how to bag items. employee turnover rate is very high I suspect due to how management treats employees. Use to enjoy shopping there.

The pharmacy staff are always nice, but every time Ive had to go there it takes forever. They offer good service, just be ready to wait for it.

Only two live person checkouts open. About 15 self checkouts, but still line 5 deep for each. 6 of the stations had red light for needing live person for approval or help.Just not enough people to help customer. Sunday afternoon

I couldn’t find an employee to assist with finding some hot hands. They are in the sporting goods section btw. The gentleman that ultimate helped me was polite and helpful.

I always find what I need. Walmart clerks are pleasant, helpful and courteous, went helping me to find items.

This walmart has very poor service. When I was there they had no checkstands open, only self checkout. They intentionally disable a number of self checkout stands so that a line forms even though more than half of the self-checkout stands are not in use.The staff was rude and they blocked a lot of isles with pallets. The place was filthy. It really needs more regular cleaning. The bathrooms had refuse all over the floor.Walmart should be ashamed that they offer such a poor performance for their customers. They have a person whose only job is to welcome people into the store or say goodbye as they leave. Why not use that labor for opening more check stands. They say “welcome” with their words but their customer service says something entirely different.

Not technically just Walmart but all the stores. Gonna go broke just buying milk and bread. God have mercy

I really enjoy the front end team. The rest of the team really needs to pull it together. I was looking for something, I couldnt find it. Talked to 6, yes 6, different employees and one told me she was new, 2 laughed and said that they had no idea and the other three just stared blankly back at me. I dont even know if they understood what I said. In addition not a single motorized chair for my mother in law.

I always love to shop at walmart, there is a variety of items that I like to get and they always have them.

Everything’s cool except for the customer service. You’ll wait at a personal check out for more time then you should when there’s 4 employees around doing nothing but sitting on their phones and they’ll only have one or two lanes open. They could care less about your problems and it’s not worth it to speak up or ask for the manager she’s not even a smidge polite.

Reasons not 5 stars....limited staff available as well as there were lines to check out due to minimal self service aisles. Then upon exiting security verified receipt and matched up my 5 item purchase. Not among the best of my experiences at walmart, but considering I make the trip more often than once a week..something brings me back. Convenience of being a block away to shop- must be worth the inconvenience at the checkout.

How do you have a single employee working your entire store at 12:00 on a Saturday and turn down applications in the middle of a labor shortage? You offer no explanation other than “your application came back non-competitive”. What’s even more insulting is that you couldn’t even get a manager to speak face to face with someone inquiring about a job. Complain about no one wanting to work, and then don’t hire the people that apply. Walmart is and always will be a joke

Not the most impressive Walmart. Some make me say wow. This one not so much. Been here a few times not to find what I am looking for even though it says they have it online. So I end up driving to another.

This location is clean. It isnt quite as large as some locations so Ive found the selection to be slightly less, but typically it is stocked well. Employees are mostly nice but sometimes struggle in helping you find the more complicated items.

Not much going on but the normal, not the best customer service, amd a lot of workers seemed to be standing around.

Busy location especially on the weekend but still a good place to shop. Its conveniently located across from Costco.

The lines where so long.There where 20 people in line with full of stuff.It was the cashiers that take money.Then I looked down at self check that takes cards only lines where long there .People needs jobs and your a rich company,you would think you would hire people to cashier, so we wouldnt have wait in those long lines.ThankGoodness your cashiers where nice and could handle your problem here.They must be tired people handling all the long lines by themselfs all day long .(no help!)

Already love this place. Associates are friendly and helpful. But Brook in the pharmacy is amazing. She took extra time with me for a weird situation and when I came back the next day to finalize everything she remembered my name and why I was there. This is Impressive for such a place like walmart and definitely has insured my patronage

It SUCKED! the Self check outs were closed, lots of people and I that that was Littleton not Denver county their charging 10 cents for bags. I know its not a lot, but when Im on a budget everything counts.

As like every Walmart lines are long and self checkout is overcrowded. Associates are helpful but some serious theft policies in place. Cant even get a razor in your cart. Layout needs some work.

What a nightmare this store is. Are there any managers paying attention?! I stopped going there when they expected me to check out my own groceries but thought I’d give them another chance today!! A few things sure. Not a full cart! Only two checkouts with a person, Lisa in lane 8 working her butt off, lines down the aisles! No inventory, now I hear July 1st they start charging for bags. Donzo!!!!

Lucky I cant give a zero, this store is consistently out of everything. Never enough registers open. Doesnt take cash at majority of the minimum self check outs. I drive a extra 10 mins to avoid this store. You cant be Walmart and be out of everything.

It is a store that offers us everything for the home and also at a very good price. Unfortunately, there are no longer staff to attend to you.

Unfortunately the closing staff is extremely rude and I would not recommend this location. I recommend to management and store owners to reconsider the front of store evening staff as they are nasty to their customers. Personally I will not be revisiting this location. Ever again. I will however, continue to share my horrible experience here because of the front of store evening staff so others will never have to experience what I did. It was extremely cruel unfair and uncalled for and these customer service Representatives not only give customer service a bad reputation but should lose their jobs for treating others this way. I have Bought several artificial boxes of nails from Walmart over the past few months. When I didn’t need them anymore and I couldn’t find my receipt I was told that I was not allowed to return cosmetic items. When I purchased these nails nobody said that cosmetics were excluded from the Walmart return policy. In fact when I was waiting in line for over 25 minutes just to try to return the items none of their policies on the wall or what was flashing on their television said anything about make up being excluded from their return policy. I have a literally spent over $300 on cosmetics at Walmart alone in just the past few months. I have been a faithful Walmart customer my whole life because they had such a great return policy and I will never shop here again because of this. I work in retail and I work with hundreds of people and I will make sure that I tell everyone of them how Walmart deceives people into buying products and then does not clearly state what the return policy is on excluded items. It is a shame that a corporation this large is going to lose a customer who gives them thousands of dollars a year because they’re going to treat me like I’m a thief simply because I don’t have my receipts. And Walmart wonders why people are leaving their company in droves they have such a bad reputation. Again I will never shop at Walmart in the future because of this.

Absolutely ridiculous that the have over 30 registers, but only one that accepts cash at 5pm on a weeknight. I literally only had one item, and had to wait 25 minutes in line to check out. Get it together Walmart management.

Charging for bags when customers have to bag their own stuff is ridiculous..

I wanted to buy pants for work (Dickies) but the selection is so mixed up it was difficult to find my size. The store is messy as well. I normally shop at the Walmart at Hamilton and Santa Fe but I was in the area so we stopped here.

No one works at this store. The lines are outrageously long and you camp out every time you go in. No cash accepted or given except cigarette counter check out! HIRE PEOPLE

5 stars for the pharmacy. Rest of the store seems kind of trashy. Pretty well stocked, just doesnt seem very clean. Employees are nice though.

Waited at the jewelry counter for assistance at the perfume case for over 20 minutes, asked 2 associates for help - to which they supposedly paged someone yet no one ever came. I pressed the little button multiple times and still no help. Guess Ill order online and have it shipped. 🤷‍♀️

With the Christmas rush on, they have extended the hours to 11:00 which is nice if you like me is a last minute shopper. Always leave the store and get a smile & a thank you have a good night from the employee. As busy as they are its overall smooth running, two thumbs, five stars, top notch and any other ways it can be said.

I didnt like how loud it was with the music for childrens donations. I have high anxiety Walmart is already packed as it is I felt like it was a bit much and Elisa at customer service didnt seem to happy to be at work

The line was long it was slow through the drive through when we finally got our food it was soggy and old cold and when we took it back in to the manager she was kind of rude to mebut she was rude kind of rude to me prior to that because I asked her for the bathroom code and she was just really rude so then I didnt have any problem at all returning those Whoppers and they were nice about replacing them although she did make me go get the old Whoppers from the trash in my van. Other than that the mill was fairly inexpensive in the fudge Sunday or chocolate Sunday was delicious..

First time at this location. It was very well maintained, clean and wiped down after every customer in the self check out line. The girl with the blue hair at self check out needs a big attitude check and needs to realize that she works in customer service and us asking her for help, when the machine wouldnt read our inserted cards, shouldnt be an inconvenience to her but obviously was.

Love this store but, lately it seems that the employees do not like their jobs and appear to be bothered if you ask for help. Front end workers are usually friendlier.

Always clean better stocked then some of the other I much rather shop at this store then the 2 by my house...you have a few rude employees but not necessarily as many as 4th an wadsworth does ... but your store is much cleaner 👍

Horrible, never, ever again. 2 cashiers only. 20 minutes and still cant get security container off $5 movie. Paid for it. Had to go to returns to get it removed. 1 clerk there only. If I had known I could have gone to self checkout and then to returns it would have halfed my time. Nope. I saw a potential 15 minutes security thing off a $5 movie. I was told I couldn’t pay my rent without My Account number despite being in the system already and having no problems at any other Walmart . The manager said it didn’t matter what the issue was, but that he was siding with his new employee regardless . He then told me to leave the store before cops came . He wouldn’t share his name but was bald and heavy set .The store manager has been on vacation for months . I’ve also seen shoplifting happening here and didn’t care to stop it after the incident . Lol

This Walmart creeps me out. Been in cleaner outhouses compared with the restroom here & outhouses smelled better. Poorly laid out & hard to find things by thinking logically.

Every time I try to go in for a money order there’s always an issue whether their machine doesn’t work someone doesn’t know how to upload the money order papers or they’re short staffed and dont have anybody to work the money center. It’s bs.

They have everything! The produce department in grocery is pretty good, happy about that. Self check out is very easy and there are always helpful staff nearby at self check if you need them.

Its a Walmart. Theres really nothing outstanding but it also isnt a bad Walmart either.

***update** Manager called and processed my refund. He was great, but Walmart’s system and services are not. I’d suggest getting delivery elsewhere. *** If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT order Grocery Delivery from this location. They never delivered my groceries, never reached out to me to communicate, and when I tried to find out what’s going on, I was passed from the 800 number customer service to chat to the local level, then back. No one could give me an answer, no one could cancel my order. My money is being held, I have no groceries and no resolution. Waiting on said manager to call me back and I’m not confident that will happen. Don’t waste your time or effort with these people. They are disorganized and unhelpful.

I called to talk with an associate. I just needed to make sure they had an item on the shelf before I gathered my 4 young kids and made the extra stop. The phone rang for over a minute before someone hung it up. I called right back. This time they picked up the phone and without acknowledging me they set the phone on the counter. I heard a bunch of details about one guy transferring money to some guy named Anthony in New Jersey. Luckily, I am not ambitious enough to try to steal from peoples wire transfers. Highly unethical and insecure. Also, just plain rude. I waited patiently, giving the benefit of the doubt, thinking I would be next to be helped. Nope. Next person in line with no please hold to the person on the line. I can only assume at this point that this is common practice for this location. I checked both call times. I foolishly waited 10 minutes with these people. I get it, retail gets busy. But to not even acknowledge my existence or offer a call back? Rude. This place is going to go under. Plenty of Walmarts with adequate service around this area. This location will not be missed.
