I came in here after being sold the wrong pair of shoes at Tilly’s frustrated. The staff were super welcoming and knowledgable. I asked for a pair of shoes and the lady brought multiple pairs to try on which was nice. They were extremely helpful with my new pair of Doc Martens and explained to me steps to break them in and care for them. I will definitely be shopping here again!

Crimson (Crymsin) is by far one of the best sales people I have EVER encountered. I DONT usually buy clothing and shoes brand new. I walked in to that store cause my kids wanted to (I didnt even intend to purchase a single thing) and I walked out with a receipt of over $300!!! She was the best at upselling! She genuinely loves her job! What a breath of fresh air! Thanks again!

They didnt have the boots I wanted. Pleasant lonesome mam had them ordered for me. 5 stars for the Miss and zero for the manager. For having 1 employee during this busy season. Hell the morgue has 2 recipients.

Decent selection, just very distant staff. I sent my repeat customer here for a pair of shoes she was looking for and they didnt help her or welcome her into the store.

Horrible we walked in and didn’t get greeted and was ignored! We were even trying in shoes in the store and no one still asked us if we needed help! I am so upset that we didn’t get any help but as I am trying on shoes another couple comes in and they greet them right away management needs to train their employees on how to greet but this store lost my business I’m shopping at Any other journeys and never recommending this place!

Its been years but Nick is somebody any business should have. I had a bad experience at this location years ago so I hadnt been back in quite some time. The employee working Nick was above and beyond the reg employee expectations. Good job Nick

Came here looking for shoes for my son. There were about 5 employees and they were all standing in the back having a conversation. I stood at the counter for 10 min, once they noticed me I asked for help with a shoe size. The staff was of no help, pointed to the kids shoes which I had already looked at and did not offer to get me any sizes to try. Once I walked away I could hear them talk poorly about myself and my son, another customer also heard. Will never come here again!

Worst customer service. The manager was disrespectful and made me clean and shine my shoes that were only ever tried on 1 time before she would accept my return with receipt. Do not ever buy from this store until the manager has been replaced by a professional who knows what customer service is.

Expensive, but good selection of shoes. Good customer service, they were on it.
