JD Sports very big in my country the UK where this company originates. Top brand sportswear clothing and shoes.

Long story short: my wife was buying a pair of shoes for our daughter exposed at 350 kr. But in the meantime she were searching the right size, a shop assistant removed the exposed price tag and they asked her 600 kr when she wanted to pay... Unprofessional and wrong! If the exposed price was wrong, they needed simply to tell her. Anyway, we will never go there anymore even if we live literally at few meters....

Returns are a bit of a hazel, they charge you for the return unless you travel to one of their physical stores, making trying out different sizes through online shopping for example less than ideal.

Online store shows more options than this store.

Nice selection of shoes of known brands in the 100 to 200 USD range. I found a pair that was custom made for the store.Poor attention to customers - even when outnumbered by the staff.No shoehorns. Fingers must be used.I expect a bit more in this price range. Luckily I don’t buy shoes that often.And yes, they only let you try on the left shoe. If you wanna try both on you have to pay for the pair first. That didnt exactly add to the buying experience in a positive way.

I was taken care of a very rude staff member that didn’t seem keen on helping me and my friend. She switched personalities as quick as she helped some guys. Massive underbite.

On 10 / 9-19 bought a pair of Fila shoes for my daughter. Went 27 miles back and forth to fulfill her desire for these shoes in a special color that was not in the immediate area. When I come home with the shoes, it turns out that it was a display copy I received, ie. the shoes were worn internally, snuggly, the pressure on the insole was worn, etc. it also appeared on the outside and underneath that they were worn.Returns the weekend there and asks for help, another 27 miles round trip. They change the shoes without problems but refuse to give me compensation for what happened, I asked for mileage but was denied.Two weeks later, my daughter comes home from school and shows the shoes that have now broken. Incredibly poor quality!I now sacrifice another holiday, Saturday 28/9 and put myself in the car ... 27 miles round trip to advertise the shoes. Now Im a little upset and ask to get the money back and buy some other shoes in my home town as I want to avoid spending more time and money on these problems.Being denied by the staff, she claims I have to advertise the shoes three times before I can claim the money back.Once again, I agree to take a pair of new shoes when she refuses to meet my wishes. Bought a pair of Nike air max this summer but unfortunately one pair of shoes has broken down so went back to the store with them and they resolved it directly by ordering a new pair free of charge. Big thanks to Rajad who helped me there and who was very good and had a nice response :)!

Best sports deal

Nice store with a large selection, my favorite species is the sports shops that are in line there. Have also noticed that their website is pretty funny with good offers. Hope they will open more stores in Stockholm. Very happy and friendly staff. The only thing is that the store can be a bit messy because of many visitors. Would recommend going in when it is not so crowded, then the store is even nicer.

Waited for 30min to get the shoes in my size and then they dont even have them. So I waited 30min unnecessarily. Poor service either, they did not apologize for the delay.

Ignorant staff, poor service and ordered a size in their store but got the wrong one sent home to me.

Returned a pair of sneakers when the size was wrong, after 10 days I heard from them when my money had still not been returned. Now, 2 months later, the company still has not completed the transaction. Strongly recommends buying from JD Sports, a more insidious impression of a company I never got.
