My experience with Karl in the jewelry department was very pleasant. He helped me and my family member out a lot he was very knowledgeable and friendly. So much so we both mentioned it after our experience.

It is definitely not the Penneys of even five years ago. Inventory is so reduced that I can no longer find anything to buy. I used to buy the majority of my casual wear. Gone now are Lee Jeans and casual tops. SAD!

Always great deals and sales! Reasonably priced, great for kids and adults.

This place is amazing. Prices are fair and they have almost everything you would want to buy. Many options to choose from with clothing. The hair place is amazing. They cut your hair the way you want and the price they charged is reliable.

I had the most pleasant experience today thanks to Antoine! I was trying my best to ensure I was finding the right clothing for my best friends wedding and he was so helpful, kind, polite and understanding! If you want superb customer service, Antoine is your man! Highly recommend!

JCPenney has been around forever.The sales lady went out of her way to help me find just what I needed.

Shop looked disheveled and sad. At the check out I was asked to sign up for the credit card. No night deal, I understand all workers are supposed to ask this, but I dont use credit cards and said No throughout the purchase she kept insisting, so I informed her, that my religion encourages me to not take loans or use credit as much as possible. I told her its basically a sin to me.She kept insisting I get the credit card like some sort of drug pusher. I feel this was very rude l, especially after saying I cant get the card for religious reasons.I dont want the worker fired, but someone in management needs to ease off credit card pushes, and a reminder that trying to makes someone do something against their religion is rude at best, discrimination at worse.

I went into JC Penney, but thought at first I was in Dillards because I wasnt paying attention. I was surprised at the lack of brand choices and the cheap quality of the items. Then I saw a cashier announce a sale at JC Penney. She sounded very professional. She needs to look for another job. Too good for JC Penney. I gave this location 2 stars because at least it fooled me into thinking I was at Dillards.

Found what I needed right in the center. Most dressing rooms are closed and only 2 registers were open. If they opened one at each end it would be easier to do my other shopping

Shop here for clothes, dishes, curtains, gifts, etc. Not sure why they arent busier. JCPennys has nice products and great prices. Could be how they target customers through marketing. Dont forget the store is in the mall next time you go there. And JCPennys could pull in more customers if they had a coffee shop inside and did a better job at promoting.

Friendly, helpful staff and a reasonable selection of kids clothes. That got 3 stars.The 4th was for the cashiers not losing their cool with a fairly rude customer immediately followed by a screaming toddler whose parents seemed to not care at all come next.And a 5th star for the friendly and astonishingly persistent sales pitch for their credit card. No, I dont want it at all, I realize I could save XX dollars, no for real I dont. But kudos on the effort 😉

They have a good selection but everything is ridiculously expensive. Not worth buying from here unless they have good sales. The dresses and coats are cute here, thats what keeps me coming back.

This place does not get but one star and they really do not deserve that.I came in for a cut and hair coloring. She did cut my hair but it was minimal. She stated she would finish cutting my hair which she did not. The job she did looks very unprofessional . I could have done a better job myselfI do not reccomend Theresa at the JC Pennys Salon. I will not go back

What happened to JC Penny? Amazon, and Walmart done took over. Hardly anything in it. Can purchase the stuff I looked at online and cheaper.

This store always has sales! Doesnt matter what section youre shopping in. Google penneys coupons before you go, because most likely youll get another 10 to 20 % off the total.

So I went into this store September all the staff was very helpful I was returning something I went up stairs and this lady named Julie she was so helpful she went above and beyond to help me. She got the price just right and got the appliance I needed. Thank you for all your help I definitely will be coming back to this store to do business.

I find it really difficult to shop here. Its always hot inside (summer or winter) and the prices arent clearly marked. Every time I try I end up getting frustrated and leaving.

There all the same only difference is the employees. The employees earn the stars. Not sears because it the employees that actually make u wanna buy or not. Good job employees of the month. Thanks

The furniture stocked at this place are of high quality and fair priced. The delivery team is also fast to have your merchandise delivered on time. I am glad to be a regular customer here and wont stop any soon!

I went for st. John bay Jeans for my husband. Something we were always able to get at Pennys. But they no longer have them. Why would you get rid of something that people like? I think you need to bring them back

Fast, friendly, and darn good prices. I was pleasantly surprised. JC Penney isnt bad, I think its actually a good place to shop.

They have stores that I like such as sephora, Macys, Dillards, Macys, h&m, Victoria secret, sunglass hut, etc.. it isnt too big either.

Although a bit run down and aged. Pennys is always a great place to find a great deal on items. You will have to look for them, but they are there. Happy shopping.

This jcpenney is one of the beat. The manager in the Jewelry department is so nice they have a great selection and she will cut deals if she can. It seems like if you need some kind of jewelry they have it its clean friendly has its own entrance open late and clearance is insane

Poor selection of clothing

It could have been better. Some workers had short attitude fuses. It is a few days before Christmas so that could be the reason why. I recieved the help I wanted it just came with the deep breath signs and followed by unhappy tones associated with eye rolls.

Extremely frustrated with jewelry department. Sent my husbands watch for repair in September. Didnt get it back until mid November. When I went to pick up the watch it was still not working, in fact it was in WORSE condition and there was a part missing! They go through an outside repair shop so we had to send it back! Still waiting on the watch and who knows when it will be done. They will not give us the repair shop contact info so I have to go through the jc penny jewelry manager every time. They said it is because of the holiday they havent heard back. They should be following up constantly to correct this situation . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR WATCH REPAIRS. FIND A REAL JEWELER!!!Update:We recieved the watch back with the missing part replaced BUT the stop watch wasnt working. We sent it back yet again but we had to get the GM involved because the jewellery manager tried saying this was the best they could do. I feel like if you offer a service whether you outsource or not, it is your responsibility to follow through. Anyway we got a refund from the GM. But today my husband said the part the was MISSING after originally sending it there then replaced fell off again in the watch!! ( this was not even the original reason the watch was sent in for repair... This was done by the jeweler)We will never go back there again. We will go to a legit jeweler from now on. I would suggest that no one trust these people with any valuable stuff!
