I think the Family Dollar there was awesome they have a excellent person working there theyre going to lose a good guy. He helped me out even in the phone when he was busy at the cash register he didnt have to do that. I wish I knew his name but I didnt have time to talk to him cuz hes rude people behind me its a people out there theyre rude but that guy was awesome I dont get out much and hes awesome was that tell you

This is a place to get things st. Discounted price.... They have a wide variety of things to choose from! The Asst. Manager, Tyler is a very nice guy, hes very helpful and takes the time to find what your looking for! I give Tyler 5 stars!

After reading other reviews I feel better about posting how I was harrassed by staff claiming I had put something in my bag. This was over a year ago and tonight I thought about going to this location because its the closet to me then remembered how mean the lady was to me. I let her look in my bag as well . When she didnt find anything she didnt apologize or anything. Like come on. And the store is very unkempt. This store definitely needs to some people with heart and good work ethic.

Doing there best during this craziness! Just a pain that you must have EXACT change to the penny if your paying with cash. Just FYI...

Worst place to shop. All the women that work there have attitudes as well as the worst work ethics ever. The only 2 good employees are Jeremy and Tyler. Today I got a dirty look as well as the silent treatment for looking through the door 45 minutes after it was supposed to be open. Worst store manager ever. Someone replace her

Yesterday me & friend came to see if they had the same fan I purchased at Walmart. So, I took the fan out before I came into the store. I put the fan in a basket in its original Walmart bag. I walked away from the basket which had others items in it. And the female Mexican asst mgr instructed a employee to take the basket and check the Walmart bag. I never concealed anything or walked out their store with any unpaid for items. I couldnt believe what was happening.

This place is convenient but thats the ONLY reason most of us go there. The store is dirty there are boxes empty and full all over the aisles.I totally feel terrible for anyone that works there. Not sure if they cant keep employees because its a terrible place to work or if customers are rude. Ive seen it and done it!! Just being honest. You walk in and feel the stress in the air. Was there on weds night shortly after 7 and they were closing. Telling customers to grab one or two things or come back another time! What??? Wow can sure tell these stores are franchises. Its sad!

Have shopped here for years. Today was told by an person I didnt recognize to take my backpack ( its a purse according to the reciept) to the counter.I refused and invited her to shop with me. I have never been treated like a shoplifter before. Filed my complaint but was so mad I left my dog treats ( have reciept) behind. Very upsetting. Also customer service is a difficult to access process. Its a really dingy, cluttered facility with extremely rapid staff turn over. Will not shop here again and reccomend others do the same.

Terrible store. Cashier accused me of lying and even when she realized she was wrong, did not apologize; she tried to hide that she had the receipt she hadnt given me but said she had. In addition, the store looks like a warehouse; nothing is on shelves its all just scattered around. Will not return.

I personally do not understand why the health department has not shut them down every time I go in there the food has a bad expiration date. I went in there last night pointed out to the woman at the register that the pie expiration date is May 10th 2019 which is 10 days ago and she said Okay so I went in there today all the pies are still there pointed out to the manager that all the pies there have a bad expiration date....they deserve negative stars. ...you can apologize all day...they always apologize when they know their caught....their food always has bad expiration dates.....if the people that work their would pay attention to their work instead of socializing well now ...that would be nice. Watch your expiration dates because Im reporting you alk to the health department

The worst customer service Every time I walk in there I am harassed by two women who work there. I am boycott family dollar.

The employees were friendly.Theres a sign in the front of the little mall that says Family Dollar among all the other stores. Thay had a sidewalk sale going on. It was not busy. They have a variety of things from clothes to some grocery items to nice pictures for cheap to gardening stuff, fans, sandles and much more for very cheap.

Bought over $200 of stuff and the two ladies working were so nice and even put everything so nicely in bags i brought

Store is a mess...associate ran out of money in the drawer and just started shorting people change. Most of us just wanted to get out.
