I was informed by the owner at the Colorado mills location that I could get a refund if I came back in 14 days with a receipt. There were no postings anywhere about refunds. I tried to return my stuff and she then said only store credit and once you use that store credit the sale is absolutely final. Long story short this place is a bit of a scam. They do not allow anyone to use the dressing rooms and do not allow refunds so if you buy something you are most likely stuck with it. The clothes aren’t cute enough to take that chance

*Consumers beware*I wish that I could give zero stars. This place is horrible. They were not upfront about return policy. We had to return the items for store credit ONLY, because they didnt fit (and they DO NOT HAVE FITTING ROOMS) The rude manager told the cashier to put a final sale stamp on our receipt as we were walking out of the door, it was done behind our back and secretively, we didnt notice until we were walking out the door. I asked, why did you put final sale on our receipt? we havent been able to try anything on . They responded that its store policy and to take it up with the owner.This store is horrible, its no wonder they have so many horrible reviews. Plus the store smells like dead bodies.

Same experience as Jam Rrr. It is very depressing to shop here when they dont have fitting rooms open, dont give refunds, only store credit within 14 days of original purchase, the next exchange is final sale. She kept offering store credit and i could come back to try things on when fitting rooms open... Maybe next week ... Maybe next month so you basically want to keep my money in the house that i never come back to claim it since the fitting rooms arent open.... Right.

This place is such a scam. You’re not allowed to try stuff on. So I asked how long I have to return what I buy and the younger girl said 14 days. So I buy the items, I try them on in a bathroom, and bring back the two that didn’t fit and the older lady says no returns, only exchanges. Wow, really? Then she said the girl never said that I could return it when she wasn’t even there when I asked the girl. Don’t give this place your money

My daughter and her friend bought shirts here. The total was 9.56 for the shirts, paid with a 20 dollar bill. The sales associate claimed they didnt have change and then only gave them $9 back. I didnt realize it at first but the girls learned to never shop there again.

Me and my friend went to this store and got some stuff and payed with a $20 and it was $9.56 and I was sould have got $10.44 and they gave me only 9.50. DONT GO THEY THEY SCAMMERS. They steal from their customers. They are stealing money and when they say, Sorry, we dont have any change. Just leave and dont buy anything. They think because we have kids that we wont see that the scammed us. But my friend caught that they gave us only $9. Pls, make sure your kids dont go to this store.

SCAMMY. They charged me for an item I did not get or even try to buy. I noticed when I got home and they have no contact information to reach out, so I had to wait until I could make it back to the store. I went back and told them and instead of taking responsibility, they told me I should have come back right away and that they won’t do anything about it. I live 30 minutes away and couldn’t get back there right away. Make sure you check your receipt before even leaving.

I bought a shirt thinking i could return it if i didn’t like it because their dressing rooms are not open! When i bought the shirt i was not aware that i couldn’t return it because there was no sign and nobody told me. So i bought the shirt and can’t return it so now i’m left with an ugly bad quality shirt that i want my money back for.

Yes, cute clothes and shoes....but you cant try anything on, because COVID, which is fine. EXCEPT, when you purchase, go home and try on with the tags, and then return items that dont fit, they say NO REFUND! Not acceptable. Never shopping there again.

Rude customer service and you can’t even return anything these people need to get there stuff together they almost made me cry by mocking my size.Never again

Irritated with this store and I will not be shopping here again. They did not state anywhere in that store that there was no return policy. They should train their employees better because they should’ve stated that before people bought their clothes.

Wanted to return or exchange a dress. The women at the register told me I couldn’t even thought the sign on the register that states their return policy said I could????? You can buy similar clothes at similar and/or better prices from online stores such as Fashion Nova or SHEIN that offer free shipping and sometimes free returns.

Cheap apparel, you get what you pay for, but everything is really cute and affordable.

SW Plaza. Manager ridiculously rude. Absolutely refused to take an outfit off a mannequin in the window. Shouted from front of store to dressing room, telling my 15 year old daughter she didnt need the Small on the mannequin because the Medium looked too tight. If i could rate 0 I would

I was shopping with my grand daughter. I was impressed so many stiles . so much variety . and so reasonable prices .the sales staff were very helpful .this place was way above average

The owner lady had a terrible attitude. I had asked for a discount on a shirt that had a clear makeup stain. She rubbed it all over and smudged the stain all over the collar, and said she can only give me a dollar off. That would have been fine, but she had ruined the whole shirt by rubbing that stain. She just smirked and said sorry. Terrible service.

So my skirt I got yesterday was a little big. Went in and asked if I could exchange. One lady said yes. I went and grabbed something else. I came back to exchange and the owner told me skirts are final sale no returns or exchanges. I literally had to walk out. No one told me this when I bought it yesterday. Had all the tags and everything. The one lady tells me I can, and the other who I am assuming was one of the owners told me no. Like. HORRIBLE customer service. So now Im out $15 with nothing to show for it. I have shopped there many times. After this terrible experience I am not coming back. So make sure you ask before you buy ANYTHING if you can exchange it if it doesnt fit because they wont tell you. Inexcusable. The cashier not telling me, an associate telling me I can exchange, then the owner telling me no just shows how unorganized and unprofessional they are.
