Claudia is one of the most helpful and patient Burlington associates. I got a great deal on a three piece suit that Claudia helped me pick out. Claudia even measured my dimensions to find the perfect fit. Bottom line, with Claudias help I had the confidence to ace the interview and I was presented an offer to start with the company. So real quick because I cant give 0 stars. This store is full of rude employees and the Manager is not much better they laugh at theyre customers and talk about them. Whom ever did the Hiring you out should reevaluate youre staff. Have an awesome day.

The chola girl with long hair and drawn on eyebrows is the rudest! They had 2 cashier lights on signaling it was open and I waited for 5 minutes because they usually tell you when to come forward and she’s talking with a coworker the whole time. She even came to the first cashier and turned off the light after looking at me and still refusing to acknowledge me. I finally just walked up to the only register lit up and she tells me I need to go to the register which light she just turned off while looking right at me. Communication is everything and she refused to acknowledge me so I can only assume she’s just being lazy and stealing time. Quit if you hate your job that much.

Went to two different Burlington stores, called this one and spoke to Jen. I was looking for small maternity jeans needed for work and asked specifically for small maternity jeans. She assured me that they had plenty in stock and I told her thank you and that I would be on my way to their store which is 45 minutes away. I get to the store and no small maternity jeans. Spoke to Jen who then treated me as if I was stupid and walked me to the same section I looked in and nope, still no small jeans. Obviously common sense is just not one of her traits. She then dismissed me like it was no big deal. Incompetent and rude. Hire better staff.

Store was clean and merchandise was good. Only frustrating problem was they had 1 cashier and she was very slow. She did take each article off the hanger, then thoroughly take off each security tag and fold the clothes. I guess that was nice of her but as one of the 9 people standing in line waiting to check out, she really needed to pick up the pace, and Burlington should of had more cashiers.

What the hell happened to this store?! It is so getto now! It used to be such a beautiful place to shop! Im actually disgusted. I am here right now and I am going to leave and I wont ever be back.

Overpriced and grungy place.

I asked an associate to put something on hold for me that was going to be a gift for Christmas because my chip card was scratched and the machine wasnt letting me swipe. I had only my card at the time as my method of payment so I asked to put it on hold and asked her how long it would be on hold for and she said until tomorrow, me thinking ok cool until close tomorrow. I get off at 6 I will go to the bank get cash and go pay for it . I call to make sure they will have it until then and they said they have nothing on hold for me, frustrated I told them who and when they put it away to keep on hold . And the lady on the phone rudely interrupted me saying that its only a day hold. Okay ?? It hasnt even been a full day how can someone expect to be there before open to get what they have on hold ? Very upset with that so I will have to take my money else where since they dont want to properly hold things for customers.

They Have a good selection of dress shirts for me and my Grandsons.

At approximately 2:15pm on 8/12/18, I attempted to make a return, which I seldom do as I am usually happy with my purchases. I had purchased an item one week prior and attempted to return as the item in question was causing physical pain, thus unsuitable for my purposes. The manager refused the return and when questioned as to why, she became very rude, condescending, belligerent, and clearly wanted to make a scene, in what I can only guess was an attempt to embarrass or shame me in front of the other customers. My wife and I were weekly patrons to this store, but no longer after this. Hope this store finds it worthwhile to keep her on the payroll while losing a weekly customer over a $25 return.

Best Burlington I have been to. Well organized, clean, easy to get up and down the isles and great customer service.

The customer service is good but the selection and arrangement of young mens clothing has decreased 80 percent. How do you go from having over 100 xls shirts to just 8? Whoever rearranged the mens section did a rediculous job. Fleece knits and regular shirts all around. I have hated Ross for a while now but since its just around the corner I took my business there and had a better selection to choose from.

Being harraded since you walk in. The mamager on duty at 6:56 pm kept folowwing me and my parter around the store. The breaking point to this was when walking into the fitting room some guy named luis walked in. Rushing in to check me and see what i had. Necer coming back into this store.
