I came into the store and was greeted by a lady named Carmen.I asked for some shoe suggestions and she was very thorough and showed me a few options. I was asking about great options for all white shoes for Europe.I settled for the Adidas all white EQTs. Not only was she super informative, but she gave me my space and let me try out a few options.Thanks for the great experience!

I usually don’t shop with Shoe Palace, this was by far the easiest and best visit to any shoe store that I have ever encountered. The associate that helped me was Unique and she is amazing! She went above and beyond to find my three year old the perfect pair of shoes. What made it even better was the fact that she was letting my three year old pick shoes while showing him exactly what I wanted. She even sat him down and put his shoes on! I will be returning to shoe palace to work with Unique! She is a great associate, you need more of her!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION! the workers are racist and constantly judge customers. all they do is pretend to look busy while avoiding helping customers. I work at another store in the mall and over hear there conversations all day since they talk so loud. every customer that walks in are talked about when they leave . I went to go buy a pair of shoes and asked one of the guys for help, he smirked and laughed then proceeded to walk in the back ignoring me. i asked a 2nd dude and he completely ignored me. this stores obviously not focused on sales, as i watched 5 customers all leave due to poor customer service. do not visit this store. go to the flatirons location for better service. the owner of this establishment should be ashamed of the piss poor performance there employees give.

I have the hardest time finding size 5 shoes. Bri was awesome!! Bri helped me get the exact shoe I want/needed and made it an effortless process. I definitely love the variety this establishment offers and great staff.

Bought shoes here for 8 year-old, 60$,lasted about 3 weeks then the whole side tore out. I took them back to show them and see what they would do, they would not return them because they did did not have the original box they came in, we had reciept for those and another two pair we had bought that day, over 300 $ spent that day. just want to post this so others can see how these people do business.We will not shop here ever again, poor customer service, the box really!!!! looks like were not the only ones treated poorly. Your business will not last!

The scamed us thinking it was a raffle so we would win free shoes. We got a call saying we won them but it turned out we had to buy the shoes. That is a lottery, not a raffle .

Let me start by saying my husband and I ALWAYS shop here. But unfortunately after today we will NEVER again. We were in around 4-4:30pm on July 3rd 2017, there was a Hispanic man with a bun (didnt get his name) who was unbelievably rude. Asked for a size and he completely ignored us, Asked again, and he proceeded to help someone first, okay whatever. So then when he FINALLY brought out the sizes (it took him probably 10 minutes) he only brought one pair of each shoe.... ok well I cant buy the shoes based off only one shoe. So I asked if I could see the other one, he rudely told me no that there is only 2 of them working so I can only see one.. He then just walked away... like really dude? Im not one to leave bad reviews but this experience was absolutely HORRIBLE. I think he either needs re trained of fired. No shoes bought today since I wasnt even allowed to try a pair on. Was looking to buy 3 pair but I guess Ill take my business elsewhere.

They are a little expensive but I got so kyrie Irvings and they held up good about to go get another pair

My experience here was horrible! The employee that was working had an attitude when I asked if they had my size in the shoe I wanted. All I have to say is the couple of times I have been to this store have not been pleasant. Whenever I go the employees are always so disrespectful!!!
