I won’t be visiting here again. They decided to change their hours but not on their website or on Google. Upon arriving 15 minutes after their updated close time, all of the employees there simply told me I can’t help you.Reply to comment: you had the chance to earn my business. I talked to 8 employees from your lumberyard to your showroom. Any one of those could have taken ownership and dealt with me with more than “I don’t know” or “We can’t do anything.” Empower your employees to help solve your customers problems, not just pass them off. That’s how you earn business. Front Range Lumber took my call after business hours ordered what I needed and will have it tomorrow morning. Business Earned.

Always coming here for building materials for the various jobs that my boss has around the Denver Metro area. From the employees in the will call office to the material loaders in the yard, everyone is always very courteous and helpful.

This is a great place to go if you want to sit in the lumberyard for 45 min and not be helped despite calling front office- even went in and got a refund on lumber and no one cared. So crazy youd think theyd want money and happy customers to keep business going.
