I am looking to build a retaining wall so stopped by Colorado Best Block to see what they had to offer that would match the block currently on my property. Since I had a trailer on my truck when I pulled in and there were no customer parking spaces to accommodate a trailer I pulled beyond the parking area to park out of the way. Was heading to the design area to see what they had to offer when a fork lift driver asked me about my vehicle with trailer 8nforming me that I could not park in that area. Understood. Since there were no areas to accommodate at truck and trailer except for an active loading zone I ended up pulling out of the facility and parking on the main road.On my way back in to get to the design area I stopped to look at some block that was adjacent to the customer parking area, then continued on. Almost to the design area when another employee approached me and informed me that the block that I had been looking at had already been sold and I could not be in that area without vest and hard hat. No, how can I help you. No offer to show materials, just a rude cant be where I was even though I was clearly heading to look at the sales display area.Guess they are doing very well and they dont need new customers.

I love Colorado Best Block. Best block wall system available, nice stone to choose from and so many options. I have built all my raised flower beds, my huge fire pit and the walsl surrounding it all with best block. Great service, great people.

We shopped around a bit and these guys had the best customer service and prices for what we wanted by far.When we got delivery we had an issue with the blocks that showed up (long story short, the coloring was off). Frank in sales confirmed our suspicions that the coloring was off and got this fixed for us and the blocks replaced within a week free of charge. Can not emphasize enough how great their customer service is.

The price is ok but the customer service is horrible! If you are DIY, spend a little more money and go with someone that will at least answer questions.

If you are going to use block or brick for landscaping this is the only place you need to go. Every shape, style and size is here. The customer service is great and the sales team will show you everything they have. Good pricing on most items. Great place.
